Abstract: To investigate the clinical manifestation, imaging features, pathological characteristics, and diagnosis of hepatic follicular dentritic cell sarcoma, a case report combined with literature review was introduced. A large single mass in liver was showed in CT scan. Enhanced CT showed obvious uneven change of liver neoplasm during the arterial phase and the portal vein phase with tortuous disorganized blood vessels. Immumohistochemical staining of CD21, CD23 and EBER was positive. HFDCS is extremely rare. Except for pathologicaldiagnosis by liver biopsy, its preoperative diagnosis rate is extremely low. Its diagnosis is based on the histopathology and immumohistochemistry. HFDCS was first reported by Shek in 1996, and often occurred in women aged 19 - 82 years (with an average age of 46.7 years). Its main clinical manifestations were abdominal pain, abdominal distention, weight loss, anemia, fever, etc. Some patients were asymptomatic.

Abstract: Background: Adult hemophagocytic syndrome is a critical condition that is often difficult to diagnose and results in a bad prognosis because of the lack of effective and unified treatment. Aim: To investigate the clinical, diagnosis and treatment of hemophagocytic syndrome. Case Presentation: A 22-year-old female patient received a splenectomy, and the spleen was sent to the King Med Center of Medical Inspection. The results confirmed the diagnosis of hemophagocytic syndrome related to EB (Epstein-Barr) virus infection. Conclusion: Early diagnosis and early intervention are important factors for affecting the progression of the disease and improving its prognosis.

Abstract: Water-soluble polysaccharide was isolated from grapefruit with the method of water-dissolving and ethanol-precipitating. By single factor test and orthogonal experimental method, the extraction conditions of the water-soluble polysaccharide were investigated, which contained liquid-solid ratio, temperature, time and pH. The results showed that pH was the most important factor of polysaccharide extraction, followed by temperature. The optimized extraction technology conditions were obtained. The liquid-solid ratio was 1:40, temperature was 90?C, time was 2.0 h, and pH was 2. The highest extraction rate of crude polysaccharide was 8.30%.
Parameters Design for a Parallel Hybrid Electric Bus Using Regenerative Brake Model

Abstract: A design methodology which uses the regenerative brake model is introduced to determine the major system parameters of a parallel electric hybrid bus drive train. Hybrid system parameters mainly include the power rating of internal combustion engine (ICE), gear ratios of transmission, power rating, and maximal torque of motor, power, and capacity of battery. The regenerative model is built in the vehicle model to estimate the regenerative energy in the real road conditions. The design target is to ensure that the vehicle meets the specified vehicle performance, such as speed and acceleration, and at the same time, operates the ICE within an expected speed range. Several pairs of parameters are selected from the result analysis, and the fuel saving result in the road test shows that a 25% reduction is achieved in fuel consumption. 1. Introduction Facing more and more stringent emissions regulations and the world ever-increasing petrol price, the automotive industry is looking for cleaner and more efficient powertrain for the next generation of vehicles [1]. Hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) which combines the traditional internal combustion engine with the electric motor and batteries is the prime choice for automakers as the next generation of alternative powertrain because of its good fuel economy and better operating range compared to the traditional vehicle and acceptable price and cost. Many Chinese bus manufacturers and powertrain producers are engaged in projects to develop clearer and more economical hybrid buses to meet the requirements [2]. City buses often have low average speed and rapidly accelerated movement when they move in city routes. In order to transfer more and more heavier guests, most cities of China adopt the 12?m long buses. The average speed is less than 35?km/h, and the distances between two stops often are less than 500 meters, even if there exit many traffic lights between them. In most situations, the maximal velocity of city buses is less than 50?km/h. Naturally the hybrid system should be able to emulate the engine driving in low speed, to recover the brake energy, and to stop the engine when the bus is in stops or waiting for the traffic lights [3, 4].(i)The EV function uses the motor to drive the bus from zero to a certain speed, so the start process of low efficiency clutch-slipping, high fuel consumption, and high emissions in traditional engine buses is avoided.(ii)The larger the brake regeneration is, the better the fuel economy is. Biogas Production by Co-Digestion of Goat Manure with Three Crop Residues

Abstract: Goat manure (GM) is an excellent raw material for anaerobic digestion because of its high total nitrogen content and fermentation stability. Several comparative assays were conducted on the anaerobic co-digestion of GM with three crop residues (CRs), namely, wheat straw (WS), corn stalks (CS) and rice straw (RS), under different mixing ratios. All digesters were implemented simultaneously under mesophilic temperature at 35±1 °C with a total solid concentration of 8%. Result showed that the combination of GM with CS or RS significantly improved biogas production at all carbon-to-nitrogen (C/N) ratios. GM/CS (30:70), GM/CS (70:30), GM/RS (30:70) and GM/RS (50:50) produced the highest biogas yields from different co-substrates (14840, 16023, 15608 and 15698 mL, respectively) after 55 d of fermentation. Biogas yields of GM/WS 30:70 (C/N 35.61), GM/CS 70:30 (C/N 21.19) and GM/RS 50:50 (C/N 26.23) were 1.62, 2.11 and 1.83 times higher than that of CRs, respectively. These values were determined to be the optimal C/N ratios for co-digestion. However, compared with treatments of GM/CS and GM/RS treatments, biogas generated from GM/WS was only slightly higher than the single digestion of GM or WS. This result was caused by the high total carbon content (35.83%) and lignin content (24.34%) in WS, which inhibited biodegradation.
Comparison of Seven Chemical Pretreatments of Corn Straw for Improving Methane Yield by Anaerobic Digestion

Abstract: Agriculture straw is considered a renewable resource that has the potential to contribute greatly to bioenergy supplies. Chemical pretreatment prior to anaerobic digestion can increase the anaerobic digestibility of agriculture straw. The present study investigated the effects of seven chemical pretreatments on the composition and methane yield of corn straw to assess their effectiveness of digestibility. Four acid reagents (H2SO4, HCl, H2O2, and CH3COOH) at concentrations of 1%, 2%, 3%, and 4% (w/w) and three alkaline reagents (NaOH, Ca(OH)2, and NH3·H2O) at concentrations of 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% (w/w) were used for the pretreatments. All pretreatments were effective in the biodegradation of the lignocellulosic straw structure. The straw, pretreated with 3% H2O2 and 8% Ca(OH)2, acquired the highest methane yield of 216.7 and 206.6 mL CH4 g VS ?1 in the acid and alkaline pretreatments, which are 115.4% and 105.3% greater than the untreated straw. H2O2 and Ca(OH)2 can be considered as the most favorable pretreatment methods for improving the methane yield of straw because of their effectiveness and low cost.

Abstract:

According to the hierarchical characteristics of monthly rainfall in different regions, the paper takes the geographical factors and seasonal factors into the hierarchical linear model as the level effect. Through clustering methods we select two more representative regional meteorological data. We establish three-layer model by transforming the interactive structure date into nested structure data. According the model theory we perform the corresponding model calculations, optimization and analysis, accordingly to interpret the level effects, and residual test. The results show that most of the difference in Monthly Rainfall was respectively explained by Variables (Meteorological factors, seasonal effects, geographic effects) in different levels.

Abstract: 基于Von-Karman薄板大挠度理论,利用Galerkin法得到面内周期荷载作用下四边简支矩形薄板的二阶常微Mathieu-Hill型参数振动方程;运用二次特征值法分别求出矩形薄板线性参数振动方程周期为2T和T时的主要与次要动力不稳定域,并用有限元数值分析方法验证了二次特征值法的精确性,同时定性地分析了主要参数共振下非线性弹性对系统定态振幅的影响。分析结果表明:① 当激发力频率近薄板两倍自振频率时,薄板发生强烈的横向参数共振;② 二次特征值法可精确计算矩形薄板发生动力不稳定时对应的频率和激发系数;③ 随着薄板振幅的增长,非线性的存在抑制了定态振动幅值的无限增长,牵引系统向大频率方向振动,导致振幅稳定增加或迅速增大的复杂振动状态
