Abstract: There are various bacteria living in this world. The most common one is Staphylococcus aureus. Almost everyone has heard of it. It is easy to find their habitats, such as hospitals, homes, parks, schools etc. Some of them are difficult to be eliminated because of drug-resistant mutations. Hence, lots of researchers devoted their efforts to eliminate them. This review illustrates the characteristics of the Staphylococcus aureus and the main threat of their drug-resistant strains, especially methicillin-resistant S. aureus. What’s more, the article also highlights the plight in the drug development.

Abstract: The constrained total variation minimization has been developed successfully for image reconstruction in computed tomography. In this paper, the block component averaging and diagonally-relaxed orthogonal projection methods are proposed to incorporate with the total variation minimization in the compressed sensing framework. The convergence of the algorithms under a certain condition is derived. Examples are given to illustrate their convergence behavior and noise performance.

Abstract:


In recent years, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has gradually become a hot topic with the public’s increasing concern. In this study, authors briefly introduce some reviews and concepts of CSR, and then combine the idea of Game Theory and Matrix linear equations method to conduct an empirical analysis between enterprises with enterprises and enterprises with government. By analysis, we find that it is very important for the development of enterprises in these two parts: the fulfillment of social responsibility and the supervision of government. Finally, the authors also put forward some suggestions to the fulfillment of CSR and hope to improve the poor sense of presence.

Abstract:

The present calculations of three geometry conformation for tetrahydrofuran (THF, C4H8O) using density functional theory lead to the energy level sequence E(C1) < E(Cs) < E(C2v), where, both the geometry symmetry C2v and Cs are probably a transition structure. The C1 symmetry is the equilibrium conformation, for its energy is the lowest one and it is only possible without the negative harmonic frequency. In C1 conformation, the 4 of carbon atoms C and oxygen atom O constitute a curved surface or the helix surface. The tetrahydrofuran molecule can be as a simple prototype of deoxyribose and has been reviving a quite deal of interest in radiation damage research. It is well known that the sugar ring of deoxyribose is considered as a plane in most of the references. If the equilibrium conformation of THF is C1 symmetry with the helix surface, and for the same reason, the sugar ring of deoxyribose would be also the helix surface; this probably causes the double helix of DNA. It is hardly believed that the sugar ring is a plane in deoxyribose.

Abstract:

Age of knowledge explosion requires us not only to have the ability to get useful information which represented by data but also to find knowledge in information. Human Genome Project achieved large amount of such biological data, and people found clustering is a promising approach to analyze those biological data for knowledge hidden. The researches on biological data go to in-depth gradually and so are the clustering algorithms. This article mainly introduces current broad-used clustering algorithms, including the main idea, improvements, key technology, advantage and disadvantage, and the applications in biological field as well as the problems they solve. What’s more, this article roughly introduces some database used in biological field.

Abstract: Rural microcredit means that the loan institutions extend the small amount of loans to the farmers. The purpose of rural microcredit is to meet the increasing needs of agriculture, animal husbandry, aquaculture, and the other business activities associated with the rural economic development. However, the rural microcredit is currently facing severe problems, such as operation risk, business risk and natural risk. Of those risks, the natural risk of rural microcredit has the most different forms and complex relationships, and the effective coping strategies lack of controllability. In the event that we can’t control and make up the losses from natural risks, it will cause the rural incomes and productions stepping down; and there is no way to get any compensation from the other capital, and this will cause the farmers can’t pay the principal and interest. As a result, natural risk prevention and control become a very important issue in rural microcredit. This paper analyzed the original cause of formation and characteristic of natural risk, and discussed how to predict the natural risk in rural microcredit. Finally, we gave the result and performance evaluation, and provided various methods to defend against the natural risk.

Abstract: As an important part of culture, religion can influence people’s attitude about worth and wealth, thus their economical behavior and financial decisions. Based on CGSS2010 data, this paper analyzes the relationship between religion and people’s choice of financial assets. The empirical results of this paper show that, those who believe in religion are more willing to hold risk assets than those who do not believe in religion, including the stocks and funds, bonds, etc.

Abstract: This paper investigates autonomic cloud data center networks, which is the solution with the increasingly complex computing environment, in terms of the management and cost issues to meet users’ growing demand. The virtualized cloud networking is to provide a plethora of rich online applications, including self-configuration, self-healing, self-optimization and self-protection. In addition, we draw on the intelligent subject and multi-agent system, concerning system model, strategy, autonomic cloud computing, involving independent computing system development and implementation. Then, combining the architecture with the autonomous unit, we propose the MCDN (Model of Autonomic Cloud Data Center Networks). This model can define intelligent state, elaborate the composition structure, and complete life cycle. Finally, our proposed public infrastructure can be provided with the autonomous unit in the supported interaction model.

Abstract:
With the rapid development and popularization of web services, the available information types and structure are becoming more and more complex and challenging. Actually web services involve the need for dynamic integration and transparent knowledge integration, in light of the urgent information changing track. Under this situation, the traditional search engine and information integration cannot finish this challenge, thereby bringing the opportunity for knowledge fusion and synchronization. This paper proposes a multi-matching strategy ontology mapping method for web information, i.e., ubiquitous ontology mapping method (U-Mapping), which can be viewed as a base collection of information on multiple ontologies made to appear anytime and everywhere. This approach is usually built independently by different information providers, avoiding the grammatical and semantic conflict. Finally, the ontology case information can be utilized under the consolidation of the U-Mapping, concerning language technology and machine learning methods.
Adaptive Cache Allocation with Prefetching Policy over End-to-End Data Processing  [PDF]

Abstract:
With the speed gap between storage system access and processor computing, end-to-end data processing has become a bottleneck to improve the total performance of computer systems over the Internet. Based on the analysis of data processing behavior, an adaptive cache organization scheme is proposed with fast address calculation. This scheme can make full use of the characteristics of stack space data access, adopt fast address calculation strategy, and reduce the hit time of stack access. Adaptively, the stack cache can be turned off from beginning to end, when a stack overflow occurs to avoid the effect of stack switching on processor performance. Also, through the instruction cache and the failure behavior for the data cache, a prefetching policy is developed, which is combined with the data capture of the failover queue state. Finally, the proposed method can maintain the order of instruction and data access, which facilitates the extraction of prefetching in the end-to-end data processing.
