Purification and characterization of a gastrointestinal tract epithelial receptor for the adhesion factor of Lactobacillus  [PDF]

Abstract: An epithelial receptor for the Lactobacillus surface adhesion factor was isolated and purified from mucus of the gastrointestinal tract of SPF chickens, using chromatography. The purified protein was analyzed with discontinuous, native gel electrophoresis and binding assay with cultured intestinal epithelial cells. A single band was obtained after purification. The molecular weight of this band was about 60 KDa. The purified protein inhibited the attachment of Lactobacillus to intestinal epithelial cells, suggesting that it is the gastrointestinal receptor for the surface adhesion factor of Lactobacillus.

Abstract: The objective of this experiment was to purify and analyze adhesion protein from the surface of Lactobacillus. The surface adhesion ligand of Lactobacillus was isolated with of LiCl method and (NH4)2SO4 method, followed by sephadex chromatography, analyzed with discontinuous native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and tested with a binding assay with intestinal epithelial cells. We get the adhesion matter by two methods: ammonium sulfate and LiCl extraction. Further purification with sephadex chromatography produced 3 components. The second component of eluted from chromatography had adhesion enhancing ability compared with the control. A single band was present in discontinuous native—poly-acrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis and molecular weight was determined to be 43-66 KDa. The purified adhesion ligand can improve the number of Lactobacillus adhering to the intestinal epithelial cells.

Abstract: C3b was separated and purified from the SPF chicken serum.It was linked with E.coli antigen by the glutaral.11 days aged SPF chicken were immunized by the complex antigen and the chickens of control group were immunised by the FCA-E.coli antigen.They were boosted at the age of 18 day.The immune response was monitored by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) for anti-E.coli anitibody.The ELISA results indicated that during the early several weeks,IgG titers elicited by FCA(FCA-E.coli)were higher than those elicited by C3(C3b-E.coli),but decreased rapidly after a peak around the end of 4th week from being immunized.Chickens immunized with C3b always gave increased response,and the IgG titers were equal to that of FCA at the end of 5th week from being immunized and then higher and higher than that of FCA.Thus the adjuvant effect of C3b is different from that of FCA,it could induce production of memory cell and make the antigens stimulate immune cells consistently and stably.

Abstract: On principle, the coherent light intensity in a laser cavity should be calculated according to field strength superposition of the light waves propagating back and forth in the cavity. This paper compares the calculations using the field strength superposition and that using the usual light intensity superposition. Our work indicates that the results on local saturated gain and light intensity calculations really give considerable discrepancies, but the field distribution and power output calculations agree quite well.

Abstract: The field distribution in Gerry's GDL device was calculated with a revised Een-sch's finite difference method. The results agreed quite well with Rensch's calculation. This revised method was applied in a wider range of coupling. Thus the question, why the power output from a unstable cavity is the half of that from a stable one, can be explained more exactly by the fact that the coupling used was too large as compared with the optimum value.

Abstract: 本文分析了北京市郊一类典型辐射逆温。发现逆温强度不仅随时间的变化是起伏性的,而且随高度是分层的。所以,在时-空剖面图上通常呈现为多个分离的逆温强度中心。逆温层厚度的发展常常具有爆发性特征。逆温层顶多为周期性波动状态。逆温层内部湍流强度的时-空变化是不连续的,动量和热量的输送在时间上是阵性的,在高度上是分层的。作者认为这些特征主要是由于逆温层内部风场和温度场之间的相互作用决定的。

Abstract: We investigate the condition that the neutrino energies Ev can be considered to be small enough to be neglected in the energy momentum conservation equation in the reactions d+ve → u+e- and u+e- → d+ve. It can be simply expressed as Ev < 4αcμe/π, where αc is the strong coupling constant and μe is the electron chemical potential. Then for Ev < 4αcμe/π, we generalize the mean free path for nondegenerate neutrinos given by Iwamoto and obtain a formula that is valid for both nondegenerate and degenerate neutrinos. We also model the mean free path for both nondegenerate and degenerate neutrinos with energies Ev < 4αcμe/π.

Abstract: T2cutoff is a very important parameter in NMR logging.By which,effective porosity,permeability,free fluid saturation and irreducible water saturation can all be calculated accurately.Log analyst all use 33ms in sandstone and 92ms in carbonate rock as its value at home and abroad.But actual analysis find that it should be various but not unitary value.Error even incorrect interpretation result of reservoir parameter should be get by single T2cutoff.In this paper,give the origin of 33ms and analyze its absurdity.And also give the methods of determining T2cutoff and these availability.
