Car FAQ Assistant Based on BILSTM-Siamese Network  [PDF]

Abstract:
With the development of artificial intelligence, the automatic question answering technology has been paid more and more attention. Along with the technology’s maturing, the problem is gradually exposed. This technique has several major difficulties. There is semantic recognition. How accurate are the answers to the questions? Because Chinese grammar is relatively complex. There are many different ways of saying the same thing. There is a powerful challenge to semantic recognition. Due to poor semantic recognition, the accuracy of the corresponding questions and answers is low. Aiming at this kind of questions, we build a Q & A library for common use of cars. Firstly, TFIDF method is used to build a basic FAQ retrieval system. Then we use BILSTM-siamese network to construct a semantic similarity model. The accuracy rate on the test set was 99.52%. The final FAQ system: first retrieves 30 most similar questions using the TFIDF model, then uses BILSTM-siamese network matching and returns the answer of the most similar question. The system has a lot to be improved. For example, how to combine this system with speech recognition? How to realize speech recognition will be a great challenge.
Construction of Risk Prediction Model for Alzheimer’s Disease Based on Meta-Analysis  [PDF]

Abstract:
Objective: Construction of risk prediction model for Alzheimer’s disease based on Meta-analysis. Method: Documenting such as CNKI, WanFang database and VIP database, which were published in China from 2010 to 2018 and had data on risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease. Meta-analysis of standards compliant literature using RevMan5.3 software and then combine the results to obtain a comprehensive risk for each risk factor, the risk prediction model is established based on the natural logarithmic trans-formation value of the comprehensive risk. Result: A total of 28 articles were included in the literature. There are 7 risk factors entering the model through data screening and they were family history of dementia, ApoE, education level, brain trauma, drinking history, family history of dementia and gender and smoking history, a total of 2,229,980 patients were included. Conclusion: Ultimately the model will be used to effectively control risk factors and slow the progression of the disease.

Abstract:
As one of the core contents of China, “The Belt and Road” is very necessary to analyze the impact and significance of “The Belt and Road” on the domestic areas and Korean Peninsula areas in the context of big data. The text mining method was used to extract the core content and hot topics from the news reports of “The Belt and Road” in China and the Korean Peninsula in recent domestic and international news data. Using the unique attributes of public opinion media and news reports. Focusing on the key theme of “The Belt and Road”, using clustering algorithm and TF-IDF method, combined with LDA topic model, the structure and content of the theme are analyzed in detail on the pre-built big data analysis platform. The establishment of a big data platform and the use of TF-IDF and LDA topic models have improved the efficiency of data analysis. On the domestic front, the eastward extension of “The Belt and Road” is imperative and the prospects are clearer. On the Korean Peninsula, its own security situation is the core issue, and the United States is the biggest drag factor. In the future, it is necessary to focus on the common focus and solve the problem.

Abstract: Hypericum perforatum L. (St. John’s wort) is a medicinal plant with pharmacological properties that are antidepressant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, anti-cancer, and antibacterial. Its major active metabolites are hypericins, hyperforins, and melatonin. However, little genetic information is available for this species, especially that concerning the biosynthetic pathways for active ingredients.
Generation and analysis of expressed sequence tags from the medicinal plant Salvia miltiorrhiza

Abstract: Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. is a well-known traditional Chinese herb. Its roots have been formulated and used clinically for the treatment of various diseases. However, little genetic information has so far been available and this fact has become a major obstacle for molecular studies. To address this lack of genetic information, an Expressed Sequence Tag (EST) library from whole plantlets of S. miltiorrhiza was generated. From the 12959 cDNA clones that were randomly selected and subjected to single-pass sequencing from their 5′ ends, 10288 ESTs (with sizes 100 bp) were selected and assembled into 1288 contigs, leaving 2937 singletons, for a total of 4225 unigenes. These were analyzed using BLASTX (against protein databases), RPS-BLAST (against a conserved domain database) as well as the web-based KEGG Automatic Annotation Server for metabolic enzyme assignment. Based on the metabolic enzyme assignment, expression patterns of 14 secondary metabolic enzyme genes in different organs and under different treatments were verified using real-time PCR analysis. Additionally, a total of 122 microsatellites were identified from the ESTs, with 89 having sufficient flanking sequences for primer design. This set of ESTs represents a significant proportion of the S. miltiorrhiza transcriptome, and gives preliminary insights into the gene complement of S. miltiorrhiza. They will prove useful for uncovering secondary metabolic pathways, analyzing cDNA-array based gene expression, genetic manipulation to improve yield of desirable secondary products, and molecular marker identification.

Abstract: Large-leaved gentian belongs to Gentianaceac of Gentiana and there are four primordial plants of its family in China at present,all of which can be used as medicinal materials,but they are greatly different in quality.Those used as medicinal plants are mainly wild ones,which cannot meet the demand in the market of Chinese medicinal materials,especially those of high quality.This article states the morphological difference,the distribution of resources and the pharmalogical actions of the four species of large-leaved gentian,the genuine traditional Chinese medicinal materials,as well as the problems emerging from the utilization of their resources and the exploration of the approaches to their sustainable utilization.In addition,it proposes that on the basis of keeping the original properties of large-leaved gentian the production SOP of this plant should be studied and developed and the bases of its standard cultivation be set up in accordance with the national criteria for the management of the quality of Chinese medicinal materials(GAP),thus guaranteeing the sustained supply of high-quality medicinal materials of large-leaved gentian.

Abstract: There exists close relationship between the construction of GAP cultivation bases of Chinese medicinal materials and the quality of them. A good or bad base may be one of the key factors which may exert influence on the ecological and economic results of medicinal materials. In the construction the environmental factors of the bases should be analyzed specifically, selecting medicinal crops for cultivation in accordance with different soils of the bases; the studies on the ways of cultivation, the theory of the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine and the processing techniques of Chinese medicinal materials should be improved gradually; the concept of system theory should be introduced in the work of the construction; and the ways of management and operation of enterprises + bases + research institutions + farmer households within the limit of laws and rules should be put into practice so as to build the bases into ecological and economic compounds with possibly greater results.

Abstract: This paper presents a method to model network delay for overlay network application. The network topology measurement technology and network AS information is used to build up model of network delay via AS and geographic distance. Based on global Internet measurement result, we calculated the parameters of the model. Furthermore, the model verification is done by comparing on AS-MMI protocol and HMTP protocol.

Abstract: A ring R is called right principally quasi-Baer (simply, right p.q.-Baer) if the right annihilator of every principal right ideal of R is generated by an idempotent. For a ring R, let G be a finite group of ring automorphisms of R. We denote the fixed ring of R under G by RG. In this work, we investigated the right p.q.-Baer property of fixed rings under finite group action. Assume that R is a semiprime ring with a finite group G of X-outer ring automorphisms of R. Then we show that: 1) If R is G-p.q.-Baer, then RG is p.q.-Baer; 2) If R is p.q.-Baer, then RG are p.q.-Baer.

Abstract: By using the characteristics of the new building in China, this article constructs the virtual repeat sale method to produce virtual repeat data which is similar to the repeat sale model on the house price index. Case-Shiller procedure and OFHEO method are used to calculate the house price index for new building in China. A discussion is given and furthering models are needed to take advantage of the virtual repeat sale data.
