Surface Functionalization of Multiwalled Carbon Nanotube with Trifluorophenyl

Abstract: A new approach to dispersion of multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWNT) in common polar solvents was reported. Here, a detailed study of nanotube chemistry by using trifluorophenyl (TFP) to modify the surface of MWNT was discussed, which was not reported before. A characterization of the reaction products using a variety of techniques was provided. The results confirmed that the surface of MWNT was successfully functionalized. Furthermore, trifluorophenyl multiwalled carbon nanotube (TFP-MWNT) was well dispersed in polar solvents, such as tetrahydrofuran (THF), acetic acid (Ac), N,N-dimethyl formamide (DMF), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), due to the adsorption of trifluorophenyl groups on the surface of raw MWNT. Following chemical modification, dispersed individual nanotube suggests the potentials for wide applications.
Defect-Related Photoresponse and Polarization-Sensitive Photodetection of Single ZnO Nanowires

Abstract: Defect-related photoconductivity of single ZnO nanowires is investigated. The photoconductivity shows power-law dependence with incident green laser intensity due to the defect mechanisms including both recombination centres and traps. The device based on single ZnO nanowire shows a sensitive photoresponse to green light with significant on/off ratios. In addition, the photocurrent is highly sensitive to the polarization of the incident illumination. Therefore, the nanowire may act as apolarized photodetector.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a method to modify a pair of elements of the comparison matrix, by which the \$CI\$ value of the modified matrix is less than that of the original one; then the convergence theorem for the algorithm is established and its practicality is showed by some examples.
Expansion mechanism of farmland at a village in Horqin steppe of northern China.

Abstract: Based on a multilevel model, the expansion mechanism of farmland in Horqin steppe of northern China was studied at field, household, and village levels. The results showed that there was no significant difference among households in reclaiming the steppe. The households with extra labor force and relatively higher basic education tended to reclaim steppe if they lived mainly on cultivation and animal breeding, while those with large livestock number were not favorable for farmland expansion. Corn cultivation was more sensitive to economic situations, while rice planting was more constrained by natural conditions. Therefore, relatively good basic education might favor the conversion of grassland to farmland, while transferring residual labor forces might detain the trend.
Digital receiving technology of multi-bandwidth synthetic aperture radar system based on FPGA

Abstract: Considering the problems in traditional multi-bandwidth synthetic aperture radar (SAR) system, such as too many filters and sampling clocks, we present a new digital processing scheme. This scheme needs only one highest frequency sampling clock to obtain the discrete data; other data with lower frequencies can be acquired by interpolation; and digital filter fulfills the function of filtering signals with different bandwidths. This technique simplifies the design of the SAR system and improves the reliability. The architecture of the algorithm, the simulation results, and the implementation of the algorithm based on FPGA are expounded in detail.

Abstract: 试验研究小麦籽粒生长期热效应结果表明,小麦开花后热胁迫降低同化源供应,影响库性能,进而影响产量和品质。不同热胁迫形式和不同热胁迫时期对籽粒生长的影响不同。中等高温(25~32℃)下籽粒灌浆持续期缩短,籽粒重下降;极端高温(33~40℃)下籽粒灌浆速率的降低和籽粒灌浆持续期的缩短相伴发生,最终籽粒重明显降低。非叶器官具有较高的磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶(PEPC)等C4途径酶活性,其光合耐热性高于叶片。籽粒可溶性淀粉合成酶(SSS)对高温胁迫极为敏感,该酶活性的降低是热胁迫下粒重下降的重要机制。发挥非叶器官C4光合活性,增强籽粒SSS耐热性是热胁迫下稳定粒重的重要途径。
Tapered dielectric structure in metal as a wavelength-selective surface plasmon polariton focuser

Abstract: Symmetric tapered dielectric structures in metal have demonstrated applications such as the nanofocusing of surface plasmon polaritons, as well as the waveguiding of V-channel polaritons. Yet the fabrication of smooth-surfaced tapered structure remains an obstacle to most researchers. We have successfully developed a handy method to fabricate metal-sandwiched tapered nanostructures simply with electron beam lithography. Though these structures are slightly different from conventional symmetric V-shaped structures, systematic simulations show that similar functionality of surface plasmon polariton nanofocusing can still be achieved. When parameters are properly selected, wavelength-selective nanofocusing of surface plasmon polaritons can be obtained.

Abstract: Four new gradually delaminate models of the three-dimensional macro-/mesoscopic structure and delamination of the heterogeneous anisotropic composite (HAC) are set up by conducting research into its structure and performance. A general theory, which demonstrates the three-dimensional constitutive relation of the macro-/mesoscopic performance of this structure is further developed. The macroscopic expression of HAC is presented in terms of a Tanigawa delaminate homogeneous equivalent approach, the mesoscopic problems are analysed utilizing Eshelby-Mori-Tanaka theory, with the introduction of the representative volume elements of monolayer single unit cell and interlaminar double unit cells. According to the gradual continuity of the structure as a whole, great attention is given to the modelling and research of the interlaminar macroscopic and mesoscopic problems of HAC structure. Comparison with the existing solutions is made through calculation of typical cases.

Abstract: RBAC模型是当前应用最广泛的一种访问控制机制。本文阐述了RBAC模型的基本原理,针对基于Internet的电力系统自身特点,提出一种加入组织结构的RBAC模型,并在系统授权时采用分级授权的方式,减轻管理员的负担,减少出错机率,增加权限管理的灵活性。给出了处理私有权限的方法,描述了用户登录和获得权限的过程;设计了访问控制数据库的结构;讨论了设计的合理性、适用性。
