Research on Stratified Cluster Evaluation of Enterprise Green Technology Innovation Based on the Rough Set  [PDF]

Abstract: This paper analyzes the impact of corporate green technological innovation which is based on internal and external environmental factors, using hierarchical clustering approach to building a multi-index system. Evaluation index system for the various environmental factors inherent in the ambiguity, the use of rough set theory set a new business model for green technology innovation and environmental assessment. The model overcomes the traditional rough set model calculation bottleneck. Empirical studies demonstrate that the proposed index system and evaluation model have effectiveness, relevance and objectivity.
Research on Motivations of Transnational Enterprises Carrying out Disruptive Innovation in Chinese BOP Market

Abstract: In recent years, some transnational enterprises began expanding their business to Chinese low-income consumer market, and get good return. From the view of disruptive innovation, it indicates that these transnational enterprises have carried out disruptive innovation strategy in the Chinese market. Based on disruptive innovation and BOP market theory, this paper shows that the main factors which motivate transnational enterprises to carry out disruptive innovation strategy in Chinese market are: the nature and scale of the Chinese market, and how to avoid local enterprises to become “destroyer”. On the other hand, it is necessary to develop the disruptive innovation capability for transnational enterprises to tap the above market. Abstract: Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are still hailed as the panacea of economic development of many countries, since they play a fundamental part of the economic fabric in developing a crucial role in furthering growth, innovation and prosperity. In the quest to achieve growth, SMEs unfortunately face severe challenges including the marketing of their products, which stem from unqualified employees in the marketing department, inadequate finance to undertake marketing research, go international, and to participate in trade fairs among other factors. Leaving most SMEs to face these challenges alone usually leads to high rate of demise and low growth rate, hence government and other multi donor organizations provide support to these SMEs in the area of finance, market, managerial capacity building among others. This research assesses the impact of the government support in the form of marketing assistance (training of marketing staffs, access to foreign marketing, trade fairs and exhibitions) to some selected retail SMEs in the ten Regional Capitals of Ghana on their growth. Using firm data report, the results indicated that the provision of support for SMEs to participate in trade shows and exhibitions highly impact positively on SMEs growth, followed by the provision of support in access to international market, and support in the training of marketing staffs of SMEs.
Study of New Wall Materials Design Based on TRIZ Integrated Innovation Method

Abstract: New wall materials alleviate the problems of high energy consumption and heavy pollution in the production process through the forms of new natural raw materials, energy conservation, land conservation, waste utilization, etc.. In this paper, design of new building wall materials is achieved through the integrated innovation method of Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Technical contradictions and physical contradictions in various stages of product design and production are resolved from the perspectives of user survey, R & D design, manufacturing, marketing. According to the different advantages of TRIZ, TAM and QFD in various stages of product, new wall material products of Guizhou Long Life Forestry Group are used as an example, with the integrated innovation method, the company’s new wall materials products are designed, and green, environmental, economical series wall materials products are designed and marketed in China. An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Psychological Contract and Job Satisfaction of the Cenozioc Employees  [PDF]

How to manage the cenozioc employees to maximize the value of their human capital has always been a problem that plagues the practice world. However, the research on the relationship between the psychological contract and job satisfaction of the cenozioc employees is still scarce. This study examines the relationship between the psychological contract and job satisfaction of the cenozioc employees based on 142 valid data collected through structured questionnaire survey. The empirical results show that the cenozioc employees’ job return satisfaction has positive correlation with the normative responsibility of organization, interpersonal responsibility of organization, developmental responsibility of organization, normative responsibility and developmental responsibility of employee, and has negative correlation with the interpersonal responsibility of employee. The cenozioc employees’ job content satisfaction is positively correlated with the developmental responsibility of organization, normative responsibility and developmental responsibility of employee. The cenozioc employees’ job relationship satisfaction is positively correlated with the interpersonal responsibility of organization and developmental responsibility of employee. The research conclusion has be in favor of the complete understanding of the theory of psychological contract and improvement of job satisfaction of the cenozioc employees from the perspective of psychological contract.

Abstract: Dividend policy is an important part of the company’s financial management, which is directly related to the company’s survival and development. Although higher incentives can increase shareholders’ confidence in the company’s development and obtain considerable profits, it will reduce the company’s retained earnings, affect the company’s further development, and the company’s expected growth rate will fall; lower dividends will bring the company more development funds, but deviate from the company’s shareholders’ wishes and damage the company’s image. A company’s dividend policy affects the company’s financial structure and investment financing activities, reflecting the company’s direct return on shareholder investment. This article starts from the “UF network”, analyzes its dividend policy, and tries to explain the reasons for this feature.

Research on the Allocation of Cash Flow Rights and Control Rights in Venture Capital Financing Contract  [PDF]

Abstract: In view of the allocation of cash flow rights and control rights in venture capital firms, a financing contract model is set up by introducing the entrepreneur’s self-owned capital in this paper. This paper analyzes the affecting factors and mechanism to the allocation of cash flow rights and control rights, shows the relationship between cash flow rights and control rights, gives the bargain intervals of the entrepreneur and the venture capitalist about the allocation of cash flow rights and control rights. It is shown that the more the entrepreneur’s self-owned capital and the higher the venture capitalist’s evaluation of the venture project and the ability of the entrepreneur, the fewer cash flow rights and control rights the venture capitalist will want; the relationship between cash flow rights and control rights of the venture capitalist is complementary but not corresponding, so the result provides a theoretical explanation for Kaplan and Stromberg’s empirical researches about the disproportion between cash flow rights and control rights in venture capital firms.
