Abstract: In order to decrease the content of heavy metals in the crops soils, a novel method based on using an aqueous solution bearing cysteamine as the key ingredient was studied to extract the polluted heavy metals including Cd, Cu, Zn, Ni and Pb. By using the single-factor method, remediation-related technical index were screened and they are, respectively, applied to the solid material whereby the heavy metals are released and extracted from the solid material. The biomass solution residues remaining in the solid material after the heavy metal extraction procedure is rapidly biodegradable, so that no objectionable traces remain in the solid materials or soils.

Abstract: In the title compound, [Cd(C12H8N5)2(H2O)4]·2H2O, the CdII atom is located on an inversion center and is coordinated by the two N atoms [Cd—N = 2.278 (2) ] and four O atoms [Cd—O = 2.304 (2)–2.322 (2) ] in a distorted octahedral geometry. Intermolecular O—H...O and O—H...N hydrogen bonds link the complex into a three-dimensional supramolecular framework.

Abstract: Bone Morphogenetic Protein 11(BMP11) acting as a regulator of anterior/posterior patterning in the axial skeleton is known to play a key role in murine bone morphogenesis. In pigs, the number of thoracic vertebra and lumbar vertebra is an economically important trait affecting body size and BMP11 is assumed to be involved in this process. With primers designed according to the homologous sequence of human and murine BMP11, the porcine BMP11 exon3 was first obtained by PCR. The intron2 was subsequently amplified based on primers designed from exon3 and a degenerate forward primer. The exon 2 and partial exon 1 were cloned by use of the RT-PCR and 5 -RACE approach. The cDNA sequences and the protein sequences share high sequence identity with their mammalian counterparts being 95.7, 94.0, 93.5% with human, mouse and rat cDNA sequences and 99.4% for the amino acids whereas the corresponding value is only 74.8 and 81.2% with zebra fish.

Abstract: The title complex, [Cd(Paba)2]·2H2O or [Cd(C12H9N2O3S)2]·2H2O, was synthesized by the reaction of the potassium salt of 2-(2-pyridylmethyleneamino)benzenesulfonic acid (PabaK) with CdCl2·2.5H2O in methanol. The CdII atom lies on a crystallographic twofold axis and is coordinated by four N atoms and two O atoms from two deprotonated tridentate 2-(2-pyridylmethyleneamino)benzenesulfonate ligands in a slightly distorted octahedral environment. There are extensive hydrogen bonds of the type O—H...O between the uncoordinated water molecules and the sulfonate O atoms, through which the complex forms a layered structure parallel to (001).
Quick Distribution Reduction Algorithm in Inconsistent Information System

Abstract: In this paper, the conditional entropy based criteria is adopted to select proper attribute distribution reduction in an inconsistent information system. The quick distribution reduction algorithm proposed in this paper employees a hash based heuristic backward greedy policy, which could achieve a time complexity of O(|A| |U| ), where |A| is the number of conditional attributes in the inconsistent information system, and |U| is the number of records in the inconsistent information system. At last, the efficiency of the quick distribution reduction algorithm is proved by comparable experiments.
Capilliposide Isolated from Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl. Induces ROS Generation, Cell Cycle Arrest, and Apoptosis in Human Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer Cell Lines

Abstract: Several data has reported that capilliposide, extracted from a traditional Chinese medicine, Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl. (LC) could exhibit inhibitory effect on cell proliferation in various cancers. The current study investigated the antitumor efficacy of Capilliposide and elucidated its potential molecular mechanism involved in vivo and vitro. Our results indicated that LC capilliposide inhibited proliferation of lung cancer cells in a dose-dependent manner. LC capilliposide induced cell cycle arrest at the S stage and enhanced apoptosis in NSCLC cells. Treatment with LC capilliposide increased the intracellular level of ROS, which activated the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway. Blockage of ROS by NAC highly reversed the effect of LC capilliposide on apoptosis. Xenograft tumor growth was significantly lower in the LC-treated group compared with the untreated control group . The results also show that LC treatment does not produce any overt signs of acute toxicity in vivo. These findings demonstrate that LC capilliposide could exert an anti-tumor effect on NSCLC through mitochondrial-mediated apoptotic pathway and the activation of ROS is involved. 1. Introduction Lung cancer has been the most common malignant tumor worldwide and the leading cause of human cancer-related deaths for several decades [1]. Nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for nearly 80% of lung cancer cases and approximately two thirds of these patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage. Chemotherapy or radiation therapy is largely ineffective and highly toxic with a low survival profile. Although the prognosis is improved by early diagnosis and treatment, tumor recurrence and progression still plague some patients [2]. Developing novel drugs and therapies with fewer side effects is of significance for prognosis of patients with NSCLC [3]. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) including superoxide anion, hydroxyl radicals, and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) are produced by all aerobic cells, which had important role in variety of various biological processes during physiological and pathological conditions [4]. ROS are thought to play multiple roles in tumorigenesis, progression, and maintenance [5]. On the one hand, cancerous cells have shown a higher level of ROS compared with their noncancerous counterparts. Up-regulation of ROS is usually accompanied with oncogene activation which may contribute to cancer progression. Abstract: The paper presents related standards about thesaurus development and focuses on analyzing the thesaurus data model under the standard of ISO 25964. Based on the data model, the paper designs thesaurus development system model and implements the key functions. The system changes traditional working mode of thesaurus development. It can satisfy the requirement in network environment and make data processing, updating and maintenance more convenient.
