It is proved that, for the nondivergence form elliptic equations ∑,=1=, if belongs to the weighted Herz spaces (,), then ∈(,), where is the 2,-solution of the equations. In order to obtain this, the authors first establish the weighted boundedness for the commutators of some singular integral operators on (,).

Abstract:
Atmospheric air temperature data from 92 stations in China’s radiosonde network were used to analyze changes in the freezing level height (FLH), glacier snow line, and ice edge from 1958–2005 (48 years) and to examine the impact of these changes on the cryosphere. In general, the FLH, glacier snow line, and ice edge exhibited latitudinal zonation, declining from south to north. Trends in the FLH, glacier snow line, and ice edge showed spatial heterogeneity during the study period, with prevailing upward trends. Temporally, the FLH, glacier snow line, and ice edge trends differed on various time scales.

Research indicates that the temperature’ s dropping rate of heat source body has an inverse relationship with enclosed coefficient η for different structural zones. This result can explain the tectono-physicochemical reason of magmatite evolution and its difference.

The potential health
hazards of trihalomethanes (THMs) contamination in drinking water in Shenzhen
were estimated. The concentrations of THMs in drinking water from 13
centralized water supply systems were determined from Jan 2015 to Dec 2016 in Shenzhen. The
water environmental health risk assessment model recommended by USEPA was
established based on the water monitoring data of THMs. Preliminary health
risks of THMs through ingestion
of drinking water were assessed. The median
concentrations of THMs, TCM, DBCM, BDCM and TBM in
drinking water were 37.0, 24.5, 2.3, 7.8 and 0.3 μg/L respectively. The
values of carcinogenic risks for THMs, TCM, DBCM, BDCM, and TBM to the
individual per year in drinking water were 4.52 × 10^{-5}, 2.38 × 10^{-5},
6.07 × 10^{-6}, 1.52 × 10^{-5} and 7.45 × 10^{-8} respectively. The values of non-carcinogenic risks for THMs, TCM, DBCM, BDCM and TBM to the individual
per year in drinking water were 9.32 × 10^{-2}, 7.68 × 10^{-2},
3.61 × 10^{-3}, and 1.23 × 10^{-2} and 4.71 × 10^{-4} respectively. The health
risk caused by THMs to the individual through ingestion of drinking water was in the order of TCM, BDCM,
DBCM and TBM
from high to low. The carcinogenic risks induced by THMs through ingestion of
drinking water are acceptable with tolerable
value offered by USEPA (1.0 × 10^{-6} - 1.0 × 10^{-4}), but reached
to the tolerable value (5.0 × 10^{-5}) by International Commission
on Radiological Protection (ICRP). The non-carcinogenic risk of THMs is
tolerable (HI
< 1).

This paper focuses on a small Greek village named Vrisa and a specific condition of Lesbos as the arrival island for hundreds of thousands of refugees, aiming to reconsider places in state of emergency and think of flexible future reconstruction strategies which are able to adapt to the new unpredictable conditions of post-disaster. After the 2017 earthquake, the buildings in Vrisa were marked with red, yellow and green which shows different levels of damage. Also, there are some regulations to restrict the fa?ade, square meter, decoration and funding of rebuilding. By analyzing the characteristics of Vrisa village before earthquake and situation after earthquake, we came up with three reconstruction strategies from different aspects to find solutions. Meanwhile, this paper hopes to provide a reference and suggestions for similar cases of post-earthquake reconstruction.

Abstract:
The streak artifacts caused by metal implants degrade the image quality and limit the applications of CT imaging. The standard method used to reduce these metallic artifacts often consists of interpolating the missing projection data but the result is often a loss of image quality with additional artifacts in the whole image. This paper proposes a new strategy based on a three-stage process: (1) the application of a large-scale non local means filter (LS-NLM) to suppress the noise and enhance the original CT image, (2) the segmentation of metal artifacts and metallic objects using a mutual information maximized segmentation algorithm (MIMS), (3) a modified exemplar-based in-painting technique to restore the corrupted projection data in sinogram. The final corrected image is then obtained by merging the segmented metallic object image with the filtered back-projection (FBP) reconstructed image from the in-painted sinogram. Quantitative and qualitative experiments have been conducted on both a simulated phantom and clinical CT images and a comparative study has been led with Bal's algorithm that proposed a similar segmentation-based method.

We focus on a type of combined signals whose forms remain invariant under the autoregressive operators. To extract the true signal from the autoregressive noise, we develop a strategy to separate parameters and use a two-step least squares approach to estimate the autoregressive parameters directly and then further give the estimate of the signal parameters. This method overcomes the difficulty that the autoregressive noise remains unknown in other methods. It can effectively separate the noise and extract the true signal. The algorithm is linear. The solution of the problem is computationally cheap and practical with high accuracy.
