Abstract: This paper is concerned with the problem of -stability of impulsive neural systems with unbounded time-varying delays and continuously distributed delays. Some -stability criteria are derived by using the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method. Those criteria are expressed in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), and they can easily be checked. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.

Abstract: Senizergues has proved that language equivalence is decidable for disjoint epsilon-deterministic PDA. Stirling has showed that strong bisimilarity is decidable for PDA. On the negative side Srba demonstrated that the weak bisimilarity is undecidable for normed PDA. Later Jancar and Srba established the undecidability of the weak bisimilarity for disjoint epsilon-pushing PDA and disjoint epsilon-popping PDA. These decidability and undecidability results are extended in the present paper. The extension is accomplished by looking at the equivalence checking issue for the branching bisimilarity of several variants of PDA.

Abstract: A finite volume method for the numerical solution of viscoelastic flows is given. The flow of a differential upper-convected Maxwell (UCM) fluid through a contraction channel has been chosen as a prototype example. The conservation and constitutive equations are solved using the finite volume method (FVM) in a staggered grid with an upwind scheme for the viscoelastic stresses and a hybrid scheme for the velocities. An enhanced-in-speed pressure-correction algorithm is used and a method for handling the source term in the momentum equations is employed. Improved accuracy is achieved by a special discretization of the boundary conditions. Stable solutions are obtained for higher Weissenberg number (We), further extending the range of simulations with the FVM. Numerical results show the viscoelasticity of polymer solutions is the main factor influencing the sweep efficiency.

Abstract: As an innovative investment and financing system of urbanization and the key to the local financing platform to resolve the debt risk, PPP projects have great significance to the current Chinese economy. At present, domestic PPP projects lack of benefit sharing standard and the mechanism of risk-sharing and risk factor analysis is the premise of risk-sharing. Adopting the raw data of major risk factors by questionnaire investigation from a key domestic PPP project, and using SPSS and factor analysis method to do an empirical test, a financing risk index system is built. The results of the study also reveal that financing risk factors are the most important ones to a particular PPP project.

Abstract: The interactions of bovine serum albumin (BSA) with two alkylimidazolium-based ionic liquids, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([bmim]BF4) and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([bmim]PF6), in buffer solutions at pH 7.0 were investigated by isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) and circular dichroism (CD). CD spectra showed that the two ionic liquids changed the secondary structure of BSA. Data process was based on the supposition that there were several independent types of binding sites on each BSA molecule for the two ligand molecules. The results obtained by using this supposition combined with Langmuir adsorption model showed that there were two types of such binding sites. One was the high affinity binding site, and the other was the low affinity binding site. The binding constants, changes in enthalpy, entropy and Gibbs free energy for the two types of binding were obtained, which showed that the two types of binding were driven by a favorable entropy increase. Furthermore, for either the ionic liquids, the number of the high affinity binding sites is much smaller than that of the low affinity ones. These results were interpreted with the molecular structure of BSA and the different substituent groups on imidazole ring of the two ionic liquid molecules.
Species delineation using Bayesian model-based assignment tests: a case study using Chinese toad-headed agamas (genus Phrynocephalus)

Abstract: Assignment tests revealed two distinct nuclear DNA clusters with 95% (230/243) of the individuals being assigned to one of the clusters with > 90% probability. The nuclear genomes of the two clusters remained distinct in sympatry, particularly at three syntopic sites, suggesting the existence of reproductive isolation between the identified clusters. In addition, a mitochondrial ND2 gene tree revealed two deeply diverged clades, which were largely congruent with the two nuclear DNA clusters, with a few exceptions. Historical mitochondrial introgression events between the two groups might explain the disagreement between the mitochondrial and nuclear DNA data. The nuclear DNA clusters and mitochondrial clades corresponded nicely to the hypothesized distributions of P. vlangalii and P. putjatia.These results demonstrate that assignment tests based on microsatellite DNA data can be powerful tools for distinguishing closely related species and support the validity of P. putjatia. Assignment tests have the potential to play a significant role in elucidating biodiversity in the era of DNA data. Nonetheless, important limitations do exist and multiple independent datasets should be used to corroborate results from assignment programs.Species are fundamental units in biology, yet conceptually defining them has been a difficult task owing to the complexity and continuity of the speciation process itself and the diversity of reproductive modes among organisms. Attempts to resolve this debate have lead to the proliferation of different species concepts, most of which embody important aspects of the speciation process but lack a general applicability necessary for characterizing all species diversity. Abstract: This paper illuminates the intrusion detection system monitoring process and puts forward that in intrusion detection methods of analysis by the iterative AdaBoost framework, in each iteration, the algorithm produces a belt of the weight values classifier, the iterative end into multiple classifier. Finally, the classifier are weighted joint to get a higher rate of classifier, and hence overcome classification algorithm USES a single produced to meet the requirements of the recognition system defect, so as to improve the system to attack rate, reduce false alarm rate of purpose, in KDD99 were selected as the experimental data. The simulation experiments show that the method is accurate in early warning detection.
