Abstract: by reference and simplifying the volume expressions of Barrel Theory, this paper puts forward the Double Bottleneck Concept, the Weights of plate as well as the K-value concept on the flex coefficient of the items reflecting the comparative needing of the factors. It also advances the automatic arrangement on the position of each item and the Max Area Pattern representing the athletic diathesis and ability. It also analysis training pattern in different time-limitation by the Max Area Pattern based on the concept of Balanced-Development.
SOAP-Based Security Interaction of Web Service inHeterogeneous Platforms  [PDF]

Abstract: With the development and application of SOA technology, security issues of Web services based on heterogeneous platform have become increasingly prominent. The security of SOAP message is of great importance to Web service security. In order to solve the security issue of heterogeneous platforms, a security processing model named SIMSA (Security Interactive Model based on SOAP and Authentication) based on SOAP and authentication is proposed in this paper. By experimental verification, the model ensures the safety of SOAP message transmission and enhances the security of Web service in heterogeneous platforms.

Abstract: This critical review is mainly concerned with methodological issues in prosody research, with the aim to highlight progress toward developing predictive knowledge about prosody. The review shows that there has been a steady progression in terms of methodological rigor as the field goes through major methodological trends that can be described as analysis-by-introspection, analysis-by-transcription, analysis-by-hypothesis-testing and analysis-by- modeling. All the major methodologies currently still co-exist and each still has it own merit. But all of them are evaluated in terms of their effectiveness in establishing knowledge that is generalizable. Finally, an emphasis will be made on the need to have much more linking and integration between different subareas of prosody research.
Neural Network Approach for Solving Singular Convex Optimization with Bounded Variables  [PDF]

Although frequently encountered in many practical applications, singular nonlinear optimization has been always recognized as a difficult problem. In the last decades, classical numerical techniques have been proposed to deal with the singular problem. However, the issue of numerical instability and high computational complexity has not found a satisfactory solution so far. In this paper, we consider the singular optimization problem with bounded variables constraint rather than the common unconstraint model. A novel neural network model was proposed for solving the problem of singular convex optimization with bounded variables. Under the assumption of rank one defect, the original difficult problem is transformed into nonsingular constrained optimization problem by enforcing a tensor term. By using the augmented Lagrangian method and the projection technique, it is proven that the proposed continuous model is convergent to the solution of the singular optimization problem. Numerical simulation further confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed neural network approach.

Biological Neural Network Structure and Spike Activity Prediction Based on Multi-Neuron Spike Train Data  [PDF]

Abstract: The micro-scale neural network structure for the brain is essential for the investigation on the brain and mind. Most of the previous studies typically acquired the neural network structure through brain slicing and reconstruction via nanoscale imaging. Nevertheless, this method still cannot scale well, and the observation on the neural activities based on the reconstructed neural network is not possible. Neuron activities are based on the neural network of the brain. In this paper, we propose that multi-neuron spike train data can be used as an alternative source to predict the neural network structure. And two concrete strategies for neural network structure prediction based on such kind of data are introduced, namely, the time-ordered strategy and the spike co-occurrence strategy. The proposed methods can even be applied to in vivo studies since it only requires neural spike activities. Based on the predicted neural network structure and the spreading activation theory, we propose a spike prediction method. For neural network structure reconstruction, the experimental results reveal a significantly improved accuracy compared to previous network reconstruction strategies, such as Cross-correlation, Pearson, and the Spearman method. Experiments on the spikes prediction results show that the proposed spreading activation based strategy is potentially effective for predicting neural spikes in the biological neural network. The predictions on the neural network structure and the neuron activities serve as foundations for large scale brain simulation and explorations of human intelligence.

Abstract: The construction project consulting service is very important to the project safety and the project lifecycle. In the delivering project systems not only the selection of the project delivering mode but also the arrangement of design and supervision should be taken account into. In China, it is not uncommon that the design service and the construction supervision service respectively are delivered different bodies. The combination of design and supervision could largely improve the efficiency and performance of construction project, which will be the development direction in the consulting service.
New Types of Fuzzy Filter on Lattice Implication Algebras

Abstract: Extending the {it belongs} to ($in$) relation and {it quasi-coincidence with}($q$) relation between fuzzy points and a fuzzy subsets, the concept of $(alpha, eta)$-fuzzy filters and $(overline{alpha}, overline{eta})$-fuzzy filters of lattice implication algebras are introduced, where $alpha,etain{in_{h},q_{delta},in_{h}vee q_{delta},in_{h}wedge q_{delta}}$, $overline{alpha},overline{eta}in{overline{in_{h}},overline{q_{delta}},overline{in_{h}}vee overline{q_{delta}},overline{in_{h}}wedge overline{q_{delta}}}$ but $alpha eq in_{h}wedge q_{delta}$, $overline{alpha} eqoverline{ in_{h}}wedge overline{q_{delta}}$, respectively, and some related properties are investigated. Some equivalent characterizations of these generalized fuzzy filters are derived. Finally, the relations among these generalized fuzzy filters are discussed. Special attention to $(in_{h},in_{h}vee q_{delta})$-fuzzy filter and $(overline{in_{h}},overline{in_{h}}veeoverline{q_{delta}})$-fuzzy filter are generalizations of $(in,invee q)$-fuzzy filter and $(overline{in},overline{in}vee overline{q})$-fuzzy filter, respectively.
Pulsed sextupole injection for Beijing Advanced Photon Source with ultralow emittance

Abstract: In this paper we present the physical design of the pulsed sextupole injection system for Beijing Advanced Photon Source (BAPS) with an ultralow emittance. The BAPS ring lattice is designed in such a way that two options of pulsed sextupole injection are allowed, i.e., with septum and pulsed sextupole in different drift spaces or in the same drift space. We give the magnetic parameters of the injection system and the optimal condition of the optical functions for both options. In addition, we find that the pulsed sextupole induces position-dependent dispersive effect and causes non-ignorable effect on the injection efficiency in a storage ring with a relatively small acceptance, which should be well considered.
Towards the ultimate storage ring: the lattice design for Beijing Advanced Photon Source

Abstract: A storage ring-based light source, Beijing Advanced Photon Source (BAPS) is proposed to store 5-GeV low-emittance electron beam and to provide high-brilliance coherent radiation. In this paper, we report our efforts of pushing down the emittance of BAPS to approach the so-called ultimate storage ring, while fixing the circumference to about 1200 m. To help dealing with the challenge of beam dynamics associated with the intrinsic very strong nonlinearities in an ultralow-emittance ring, a combination of several progressive technologies is used in the linear optics design and nonlinear optimization, such as modified theoretical minimum emittance cell with small-aperture magnets, quasi-3rd-order achromat, theoretical analyzer based on Lie Algebra and Hamiltonian analysis, multi-objective genetic algorithm, and frequency map analysis. These technologies enable us to obtain satisfactory beam dynamics in one lattice design with natural emittance of 75 pm.
PEPX-type lattice design and optimization for the High Energy Photon Source

Abstract: A new generation of storage ring-based light source, called diffraction-limited storage ring (DLSR), with the emittance approaching the diffraction limit for multi-keV photons by using the multi-bend achromat lattice, has attracted worldwide and extensive studies of several laboratories, and been seriously considered as a goal of upgrading the existing facilities in the imminent future. Among various DLSR proposals, the PEPX design based on the third-order achromat concept and with the special design of a high-beta injection straight section demonstrated that, it is feasible to achieve sufficient ring acceptance for off-axis injection in a DLSR. For the High Energy Photon Source planned to be built in Beijing, PEPX-type lattice has been designed and continuously improved. In this paper, we report the evolution of the PEPX-type design, and discuss the main issues relevant to the linear optics design and nonlinear optimization.
