Abstract:

This paper discerns the socio-economic interests and environmental impacts generated by the projects of an industrial nature. Research has highlighted the traditional approach adoption that neglects the impact assessment of which environmental issues are causing in-depth imbalance between economic growth and environmental disaster threatening human life. The sustainable development principle requires the equitable distribution of the newly created wealth owing to economic growth in social and environmental fields. Hence, a new approach in accordance with the requirements of sustainable development should be recommended from the projects’ design until their terms. This paper discusses the major challenges in the context of reorient to construction projects both in a conception stage than in the execution progress according to the sustainable development principle. An approach to this case study is the research method advocated. Traceability analysis and especially the followed of products sold by CCTEC Co. Ltd. have enabled to bring out on the one hand the four projects induced by products CCTEC Co. Ltd.: residential, public sector, industry and trade the other hand to measure the performance attributed by these projects. Research results show that economic performance is largely award winning without much concern to social and environmental performance. This situation suggests the revision of product design and production traceability in accordance with the sustainability of the project.

With the internet business growth and development or the potential customers growth, future business development and enlargement should be focused. Variable stars in the open cluster NGC 2141

Abstract: We report the results of a search for variable stars in the open cluster NGC 2141. Ten variable stars are detected, among which nine are new variable stars and they are classified as three short period W UMa type eclipsing binaries, two EA type eclipsing binaries, one EB type eclipsing binary, one very short period RS CVn type eclipsing binary, one d type RR Lyrae variable star, and one unknown type variable star. The membership and physical properties are discussed, based on their light curves, positions in the CMDs, spatial locations and periods. A known EB type eclipsing binary is also identified as a blue struggler candidate of the cluster. Furthermore, we find that all eclipsing contact binaries have prominently asymmetric eclipses and O Connell effect (O Connell 1951) which increases with the decrease of the orbital periods. This suggests that the O Connell effect is probably related to the evolution of the orbital period in short period eclipsing binary systems.

Abstract: Polymer solutions have very important applica-tions in the enhanced oil recovery due to their unique viscoe-lastic properties increasing microscale displacement effi-ciency. In this paper, the viscoelastic properties of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) solution have been in-vestigated. Results show that the viscoelastic properties of HPAM increase with HPAM concentration increasing, and decrease with the increase of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). Meanwhile, adding NaCl can destroy the viscoelastic proper-ties.

Abstract: In this article we investigate a nonlinear viscoelastic equation that admits blow-up and decay. First, we establish blow-up results for this equation, even for vanishing initial energy. Then, we show that the solutions decay under suitable conditions.

Abstract: Conventional truck scale without fault diagnosis will be disabled when anyone load cell is going wrong in operation. A fault-diagnosis method for load cells is proposed based on information-fusion technique. The radial-basisfunction- neural-network(RBFNN) with a training algorithm is employed to approximately model the internal relations among load cells for predicting their outputs. The prediction outputs together with the real outputs of the load cells are sent to a fusion-detection model developed by us. This model employs the criterion of voting-fusion-diagnosis to generate the fusion-diagnosis results, which include locations of faulty load cells, the types and the degrees of faults, the estimated outputs of faulty load cells in normal operating condition. Field tests show that the truck scale installed with the proposed diagnostic facilities discriminates load cells precisely. In the case of one faulty cell, its maximum weighing error is less than 0.7%, exhibiting a performance better than that of a 4th class scale under normal operating condition.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the new drugs containing toxic Chinese medicinal materials, which have been sent for registration in recent years, sums up the patterns of toxic Chinese medicinal materials, and makes requirements for the studies of pharmacy, pharmacodynamics, toxicology and clinics of new drugs containing contents of toxic Chinese medicinal materials, and the principles for the evaluation of new drugs. It is of guiding significance in the research and development of new drugs in traditional Chinese medicine.
Properties of Gallium Phosphide Thick Films Prepared on Zinc Sul-de Substrates by Radio-Frequency Magnetron Sputtering

Abstract: Radio-frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering was employed to prepare gallium phosphide (GaP) thick films on zinc sulfide (ZnS) substrates by sputtering a single crystalline GaP target in an Ar atmosphere. The infrared (IR) transmission properties, structure, morphology, composition and hardness of the film were studied. Results show that both amorphous and zinc-blende crystalline phases existed in the GaP film in almost stoichiometric amounts. The GaP film exhibited good IR transmission properties, though the relatively rough surface and loose microstructure caused a small loss of IR transmission due to scattering. The GaP film also showed a much higher hardness than the ZnS substrate, thereby providing good protection to ZnS.

Abstract: This paper makes use of the concept and theory of fuzzy number in fuzzy mathematics, to research for the response time of operator in accident of Chinese nuclear power plant. Through the quantitative analysis for the performance shape factors (PSFs) which influence the response time of operators, the formula of the operator response time is obtained based on the possibilistic fuzzy linear regression model which is used for the first time in this kind of research. The research result shows that the correct research method can be achieved through the analysis of the information from a small sample. This method breaks through the traditional research method and can be used not only for the reference to the safe operation of nuclear power plant, but also in other areas.
Thermal Hydraulic Analysis Using GIS on Application of HTR to Thermal Recovery of Heavy Oil Reservoirs

Abstract: At present, large water demand and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions have emerged as challenges of steam injection for oil thermal recovery. This paper proposed a strategy of superheated steam injection by the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor (HTR) for thermal recovery of heavy oil, which has less demand of water and emission of CO2. The paper outlines the problems of conventional steam injection and addresses the advantages of superheated steam injection by HTR from the aspects of technology, economy, and environment. A Geographic Information System (GIS) embedded with a thermal hydraulic analysis function is designed and developed to analyze the strategy, which can make the analysis work more practical and credible. Thermal hydraulic analysis using this GIS is carried out by applying this strategy to a reference heavy oil field. Two kinds of injection are considered and compared: wet steam injection by conventional boilers and superheated steam injection by HTR. The heat loss, pressure drop, and possible phase transformation are calculated and analyzed when the steam flows through the pipeline and well tube and is finally injected into the oil reservoir. The result shows that the superheated steam injection from HTR is applicable and promising for thermal recovery of heavy oil reservoirs. 1. Introduction Steam injection [1–3] is the most widely used and the most efficient process available today among the various enhanced oil recovery techniques currently being employed in heavy oil reservoirs and tar sand deposits. At present, fossil fuel such as oil, coal, and natural gas is burned to provide the energy to steam. Mostly, wet steam is adopted as the injection medium. The relatively large water demand and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions have emerged as challenges of the steam injection for thermal recovery [4]. Superheated steam, compared with wet steam, has higher heat content and specific volume, by which for steam stimulation not only can the bottom hole steam quality and steam swept volume be increased, but also it is characterized by higher viscosity breaking, heat expansion, blocking, crude oil distillation rate, and oil displacement [5, 6]. The High-Temperature Reactor (HTR) [7–10] has a distinct advantage in inherent safety, economics potential, high efficiency and potential usage for process heat application.
