Negative Transfer of Mother Tongue in English  [PDF]
Yanan Zhao
Creative Education (CE) , 2019, DOI: 10.4236/ce.2019.105070
Abstract: Many studies have shown that language acquisition has an important impact on Second Language Acquisition. The transfer of mother tongue falls into two kinds: positive transfer and negative transfer;?positive transfer occurs when the habits of the two languages are similar;?otherwise its negative transfer. Contrastive analysis, error analysis and inter-language theory have all deal with the negative transfer of language, which makes people understand native language’s negative transfer better and develops foreign language teaching. Chinese senior school students learn English on the basis of their Chinese. So they would be affected by their mother tongue and their knowledge. Based on that, the present writer wants to find out students’ problems in their English study by analyzing the mistakes according to language transfer theories. Such a study is also advantageous to the improvement of English teaching methods.
Study on Business English Practical Teaching from the Perspective of Economics of Language  [PDF]
Cuiling Zhao, Yanan Zhao
Creative Education (CE) , 2019, DOI: 10.4236/ce.2019.104054
Abstract: The theory of Economics of Language holds that the relationship of language learning and language application is just like investment and benefit. Business English teaching is an investment that can bring economic benefits, so we should try to get a higher return with a lower cost. With an analysis of economic value of business English practical teaching, this paper puts forward some principles and strategies for business English practical teaching. Optimizing the allocation of education resources and establishing a practical teaching system highlighting both language skills and business practice can maximize the economic benefit of Business English education.
An Investigation into Culturally-Loaded Words Teaching and Learning by Non-English Majors  [PDF]
Chen Guan, Yanan Zhao
Open Journal of Modern Linguistics (OJML) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/ojml.2016.62004
Abstract: Culturally-loaded words and expressions are the direct and indirect reflection of national culture in the structure of words and expressions. Improper use of culturally-loaded words may result in misunderstanding in cross-cultural communication. By means of paper test and questionnaire, this paper aims at investigating the current situation of culturally-loaded words teaching and learning among non-English majors in Baoding University. Some suggestions are proposed on how to improve culturally-loaded words teaching and learning based on the study result.
Research on the Approaches of the participation of China’s SMEs in International Trade under Financial Crisis
Yanan Zhao
International Journal of Business and Management , 2009, DOI: 10.5539/ijbm.v5n1p69
Abstract: Over the past 30 years, China's rapid growth of economy has been benefited from the tremendous contribution of SMEs, especially in foreign trade. However, the greatest impact of the financial crisis on China is on exports, and SMEs unavoidably is suffering hardest hit from it. Therefore, it is necessary to examine how SMEs participate in international trade under the new environment thereby contributing better and faster development to our economy. After the analysis of the development of SMEs in international trade, it has been drawn that the current trend of the overall development of SMEs in China is good, but there existing some internal problems, which will cause SMEs facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities in the financial crisis .As a result, SMEs should take the approaches to participate in international trade, such as adhering to independent innovation to enhance the market competitiveness of products; taking the use of operating flexibility to seek for new market space; taking full advantage of new tools to explore international market space; paying attention to avoiding trade barriers, and actively responding to anti-dumping lawsuits; actively investing abroad to conduct transnational business, etc., by which SMEs will soon be out of difficulties and fundamentally improve the depth and level of participation in international trade.
A Characterization of Complex Projective Spaces by Sections of Line Bundles  [PDF]
Shuyu Liang, Yanan Gao, Yicai Zhao
Advances in Pure Mathematics (APM) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/apm.2015.58044
Abstract: Let M be a n-dimensional compact irreducible complex space with a line bundle L. It is shown that if M is completely intersected with respect to L and dimH0(M, L) = n + 1, then M is biholomorphic to a complex projective space Pn of dimension n.
Networked Cooperative Distributed Model Predictive Control Based on State Observer  [PDF]
Baili Su, Yanan Zhao, Jinming Huang
Applied Mathematics (AM) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/am.2016.710103
Abstract: Although distributed model predictive control has caused significant attention and received many good results, the results are mostly under the assumption that the system states can be observed. However, the states are difficult to be observed in practice. In this paper, a novel distributed model predictive control is proposed based on state observer for a kind of linear discrete-time systems where states are not measured. Firstly, an output feedback control law is designed based on Lyapunov function and state observer. And the stability domain is described. Furthermore, the stability domain as a terminal constraint is added into the constraint conditions of the algorithm to make systems stable outside the stability domain. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Yaming Zhao, Yanan Hou, Yuguo Cui, Hongwei Liang, Luanning Li
International Journal of Nonferrous Metallurgy (IJNM) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/ijnm.2015.42002
Abstract: Sulfation roasting was studied to extract copper from the copper sulfide concentrate. Sodium sulfite was added as sulfation agent to the copper sulfide concentrate during roasting in this study. Sulfur removal rate at different roasting temperatures was investigated, and the effects of roasting temperature, roasting time, and the amount of sodium sulfite on copper extraction were studied. Copper extraction higher than 96% was achieved at optimum roasting conditions.
Oxidative Desulfurization of Fuel Oil by Pyridinium-Based Ionic Liquids
Dishun Zhao,Yanan Wang,Erhong Duan
Molecules , 2009, DOI: 10.3390/molecules14114351
Abstract: In this work, an N-butyl-pyridinium-based ionic liquid [BPy]BF4 was prepared. The effect of extraction desulfurization on model oil with thiophene and dibenzothiophene (DBT) was investigated. Ionic liquids and hydrogen peroxide (30%) were tested in extraction-oxidation desulfurization of model oil. The results show that the ionic liquid [BPy]BF4 has a better desulfurization effect. The best technological conditions are: V(IL)/V(Oil) /V(H2O2) = 1:1:0.4, temperature 55 °C, the time 30 min. The ratio of desulfurization to thiophene and DBT reached 78.5% and 84.3% respectively, which is much higher than extraction desulfurization with simple ionic liquids. Under these conditions, the effect of desulfurization on gasoline was also investigated. The used ionic liquids can be recycled up to four times after regeneration.

Research Journal of Applied Sciences, Engineering and Technology , 2013,
Abstract: The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between 1) the variables of position and working age of each objective and 2) responses variables on organizational environmental protection climate of an organizational climate in a rubber products factory located in North China. Organizational environmental protection climate can be measured by organizational environmental protection climate survey using an environmental protection question-naire. Themes of organizational environmental protection climate are listed and an organizational climate question-naire containing eighteen environmental protection-related questions is developed. Fifty-fifty multivariate analysis of variance is used to reveal the relationship between 1) the variables of position and working age of each objective and 2) responses variables on organizational environmental protection climate. It is concluded that 1) the factor of position affects total environmental protection climate; 2) objectives in efferent position have significant dissimilar perceptions in the performance of environmental protection of the organization; 3) objectives in efferent position have significant dissimilar perceptions in the priority of environmental protection when the organization suffers from stress of production tasks in the Chinese rubber products factory.
