Preliminary study of circulating microRNA expression profiles in patients with atrial fibrillation

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression profiles of the circulating microRNA (miRNA) of patients suffering from persistent or paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF) by using miRNA chips to provide the basis for further investigation of the regulatory mechanisms of miRNAs in AF. Methods A total of 10 patients with persistent AF in 5 and paroxysmal AF in 5 and 5 healthy volunteers were enrolled in the study from Cardiology Department of General Hospital of PLA. Their whole blood specimens were taken to extract the total serum RNA. MiRNA chips were used for hybridization, and then miRNA expression profiles were obtained. The volcano plot method was adopted to search for differentially expressed miRNAs, and MEV software was used to conduct cluster analyses. Results Compared with the healthy control group, 13 miRNA models exhibited significant differential expressions in the serum from persistent or paroxysmal AF patients. Among the 13 models, 8 were up-regulated of expression, namely, miR-316, miR-3612, miR-634, miR-376a, miR-517b, miR-377*, miR-590-3p, and miR-664, and 5 were downregulated, namely, miR-1, kshv-miR-K12-5, miR-378c, miR-204, and miR-27a. A difference in miRNA expression profiles between patients with persistent and paroxysmal AF was discovered. Conclusion The circulating miRNA expression profiles may present significant changes in persistent or paroxysmal AF patients, showing that circulating miRNA could be used to study the regulatory mechanisms in the occurrence and development of AF.

Abstract: A tremendous demand for an ever increasing reliance on network resources has led to a rapid rise in those resources. The network are faced with more and more threaten from Worm, port scan,DDos and network abuse, so the effective and rapid measure is required. This paper setup a framework to analyze network anomalies based on wavelet by using NetFlow. And we have evaluated various wavelets for their effectiveness at detecting different kinds of anomalies. The system has gained ideal effect.

Abstract: 摘要: 布尔查询中的求交操作被广泛应用于各种信息系统中,是进行文档检索的基本操作之一。其基本形式可以视作多个有序整数序列的交集问题,而提高求交运算的效率是当前研究的重点。在传统求交算法的基础上,利用单指令多数据流(single instruction multiple data, SIMD)并行指令集,针对其核心的搜索步骤,提出了两种基于SIMD的跳跃式搜索算法。该算法在提高性能的同时,能有效适配在传统多倒排链求交算法中。实验证明,优化后的算法相比未使用SIMD的情况下有了很大的提升,甚至优于SIMD优化后的两两相交算法,性能最高提升37.3%。
Abstract: Conjunctive Boolean query is one fundamental operation for document retrieval and widely used in many information systems and databases. In its most basic and popular form, a conjunctive query can be seen as the intersection problem of multiple sets of sorted integers, and how to improve its efficiency is becoming one important research highlight. Based on the traditional intersection algorithms, this paper proposes two optimizations on the essential searching algorithms using SIMD instructions. The optimized search algorithms are able to be adopted into various multiple sets intersection methods while improving intersection efficiency. Experiments show that the optimized algorithms performs much better than the traditional ones, even outperform the recent SIMD intersection algorithms,and the improvement is up to 37.3% at most

Abstract: 首先对跨国供应链计划进行了简要介绍,并且讨论了跨国供应链中的不确定因素-市场需求的三种数学描述形式-随机、模糊、模糊随机;提出了基于模糊随机期望规划的生产-分销二级跨国供应链战术计划模型,它与以往供应链计划模型最大的不同之处在于将市场需求看作模糊随机变量;然后设计了计算机模糊随机模拟技术和遗传算法相结合的智能算法求解模型;最后对模型进行了数值仿真分析,即对模糊随机期望模型使用智能算法,对其等值确定性模型使用分枝定界法,计算结果精度对比证明了模糊随机期望模型的有效性.

Abstract: An information disguising and hiding technique is used to protect DEM (digital elevation model) data for store and transformation in this paper. A method is designed to compress the DEM data with a very low bit ratio which would be hidden in the disguised data. The integer wavelet with parameter is used, and a wavelet coefficients set which can embed the information is built. This paper expands the just noticeable distortion (JND) analysis based on the human visual system (HVS) to apply it in the DEM data. Furthermore this paper constructs Hash one-way by the Rabin method, and the algorithm can protect two groups of the DEM data at a time and be public.

Abstract: 费氏中华根瘤菌(Sinorhzobium fredii)的区域分布与抗逆特性比较明显,在山西省石灰性土壤环境条件下,其数量分布达5100~5100000个/g(土),约占土著大豆根瘤菌的99.4%。该菌群与当地晋豆品种的自然结瘤率达80%以上,是山西省高感土著大豆根瘤菌的主要类群和资源优势,而与美国大豆“Osumi”等品种不亲和,几乎不结瘤。供试高效费氏中华根瘤菌株与当地“晋豆19”与“晋豆20”等主栽品种具有较好的结瘤固N效果。费氏中华根瘤菌的产酸性能有利于在山西省碱性土壤中生存,其活化根际养分效应与结瘤固N效果可能同等重要。

Abstract: Nanometer MCM-41 molecular sieve and rhodamine B (RhB) have been used for the host and guest, respectively, to prepare host-guest (nanometer MCM-41)-RhB composite materials by liquid-phase grafting method. Powder X-ray diffraction, chemical analysis, infrared spectroscopy, low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption technique and diffuse reflectance absorption spectroscopy were used to characterize the prepared (nanometer MCM-41)-RhB host-guest composite material. The results showed that the framework of the molecular sieve in the host-guest composite material is well retained and highly ordered. The RhB was confined and dispersed inside the channels of the host material. A blue-shift of 56 nm in the UV-vis diffuse reflection absorption spectrum of the host-guest composite material prepared further indicated that RhB trapped in the channels of the molecular sieve. The guest was stereoscopically confined by the channels of the nanometer MCM-41 host. The prepared host-guest composite material shows luminescence. The material has the potentiality as luminescence material. Abstract: Objective To explore the difference of Young' s modulus in the biceps brachii during muscle relaxation and tension. Methods A total of 141 healthy male volunteers with age range from 16 to 34 years ( mean 22 years old ) were included in the study. A shear-wave elasto-sonography ( AixPlorer model, Supersonic Imagine, Aix en Provence, France) coupled with a linear array transducer array (4-15 MHz) was used. The scanner was set at the SWE mode and then at Q-BOX mode and the ultrasound trans- ducer was placed directly above the biceps brachii belly and carefully aligned with the muscle bundle. The elastic moduli of the biceps brachii were measured during muscle relaxation and tension in all 141 volun- teers. Results The Young' s modulus of biceps brachii was 123. 658 ±31. 392 kPa during muscle tension and 45. 658 ± 13. 479 kPa during muscle relaxation, respectively with statistical significance (P = 0.0000), Conclusion The Young' s modulus of the biceps brachii was higher during muscle tension than those during muscle relaxation.

Abstract: Compare with traditional Fuzzy sets,Vague sets is more natural and more directly perceived through the senses on characterizing feature of things.So we introduced it into image retrieval system.A model called IRUV(Image Retrieval Using Vague) and the relevant feedback algorithm for image retrieval based on Vague sets,are designed and implemented.The experimental results indicate that this model and algorithm are efficient in characterizing image feature and can provide (satisfac-)(tory) image retrieval performance.
