Electrochemical Characterizations and Structure of Li0.99Na0.01FePO4/C as Cathode Material for Li―ion Battery

Abstract: In order to improve the rate performance of lithium iron phosphate, Na+ doped LiFePO4/C cathode materials were prepared by carbothermal reduction technology. Samples were characterized by X―ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transfer infrared spectroscopy (FT―IR), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Their electrochemical performances were investigated by galvanostatic charge/discharge in terms of cycling performance and rate capability. The results show that the samples have well regulated olivine type structures without any impurity peaks. Na―doping improves the conductivity and the Li+ diffusion rate of composite materials and decreases the polarization of electrode, and enhances the cycling performance and rate capability effectively. Compared with LiFePO4/C, Li0.99Na0.01FePO4/C exhibits good electrode properties with discharge capacities of 147.6, 126.4 and 105.1 mAh/g at 0.5C, 2.0C and 5C rates, respectively. In addition, it has excellent cycle stability at different rates and good performance.

Abstract: Cordyceps sinensis is a well-known traditional Chinese herb commonly used as a tonic drug for hundreds of years. It is mainly distributed in Asian high-altitude grasslands, growing parasitically on buried larvae of Lepidoptera. Hirsutella sinensis is the only anamorph of C. sinensis that has been supported by several reports especially at rDNA-ITS level. However, the rDNA-ITS sequences of C. sinensis available from the NCBI database are still significantly divergent, except for the apparently erroneous-accessioned sequences. Based on the GenBank sequences, a hypothesis of three cryptic species involved in C. sinensis species complex was proposed before. In order to examine this hypothesis, we carried out the experiment by designing specific primers for targeted rDNA-ITS sequences using the DNA sample from individual C. sinensis fruiting body. Specimens of C. sinensis were collected from Sichuan and Qinghai of China, respectively. Our results suggested that only the C. sinensis-group A is the authentic C. sinensis. The so-called C. sinensis-group B and C. sinensis-group C are most likely different fungal species rather than the cryptic species of C. sinensis.

Abstract: 赤霉素(GAs)在植物的种子萌发、茎的伸长和花的发育等许多方面起着非常重要的作用。最近几年,对GA生物合成及其信号传导途径相关基因的研究取得了惊人的进展。这些进展促进了对其生物合成及其信号传导途径的认识。GA生物合成相关基因的表达受到多种内源和外源因子的调控, 其中研究较多的是发育阶段、激素水平和光信号等内源及环境因子的调控。GA信号传导通常处于抑制状态, GA信号通过去抑制作用激活该传导途径而促进GA刺激植物生长和发育。

Abstract: Transformed hairy roots of \%Polygonium multiflorum\% Thunb.were obtained by the transformation of \%Agrobacterium rhizogenes\% LBA9402.It was clearly demonstrated that T-DNA of \%A.Rhizogenes\% Ri plasmid was integrated into the cells of hairy roots by the experiments of PCR and Southern hybridization.Through the screen of basic medium and the research of growth curve of hairy roots,the optimum inoculum time was selected in 30 days or so in the optimum condition-MS medium.On the condition,the content of rhein was 2.85 folds higher in hairy roots than that of natural plants by means of HPLC.

Abstract: In order to fully understand the effect of magnetic induction intensity produced by rock compression, a magnetic core of Nd-Fe-B was implanted into cylindrical marble specimen and cylindrical limestone specimen, respectively, to produce magnetic field around the specimen. Three variables tests, including stress-strain-magnetic induction intensity, were carried out in the process of rock compression by means of the change of magnetic circuit and magnetic induction intensity due to rock fracture. Experimental results show that the variation of magnetic induction intensity around the rock is caused by the change of rock internal fissure, and there are corresponding numerical relations among the stress-strain-magnetic induction intensity. Before arriving the critical maximum stress, the abnormal increase of magnetic induction intensity around the marble and the limestone spesimens occurs respectively, which is an omen of rock disruption. During the rock disruptive stage, there is a definite anti-symmetry in the change of stress-strain curve and the change of magnetic induction intensity-strain curve. The rock stress- magnetic induction intensity relational expression was obtained by segmentally fitting.

Abstract: The author proposes a new self tuning fuzzy modeling by means of fuzzy competitive learning. Based on fuzzy competitive learning, the adaptive fuzzy inference is used in fuzzy system. Moreover, based on this modified fuzzy system, the paper presents an on line identifying algorithm with which the on line parameter estimation of nonlinear system is realized. To demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method, simulation results are presented at the end of this paper.

Abstract: 利用东北红豆杉(Taxus cuspidata)cDNA文库作为模版,通过PCR技术扩增得到我国东北红豆杉紫杉烷13α-羟基化酶(Taxane 13α-hydroxylase,简称13OH)的全长cDNA,将PCR产物克隆到pGM-T载体后测序结果表明该序列长度为1458bp.同源性比较分析结果表明:其碱基序列与已经报道的东北红豆杉(Taxus cuspidata)的13OH基因的一致性为99.38%,其氨基酸序列同与已经报道的东北红豆杉的13OH氨基酸序列的一致性为99.18%.将获得的cDNA全长序列正向插入到含有GUS报告基因的pCambia1305.1后成功地构建出东北红豆杉13OH植物表达载体pC13OH,通过电击法把pC13OH转入根癌农杆菌GV3101中.利用该工程菌株对普通烟草进行了转化,在潮霉素选择压力下获得了完整的再生植株.利用13OH基因特异引物,通过PCR技术筛选到4株阳性再生植株.在这4株再生植株中,有3株植株GUS报告基因的组织化学染色呈现阳性反应,表明该植物载体表达载体中与13OH相融合的GUS基因成功地得到了表达.为今后深入研究13OH基因在烟草中的表达和开展紫杉烷13α-羟基化酶基因对红豆杉细胞的转化以及研究作用于该基因的小RNA调节子打下了基础.
