Amelogenesis Imperfecta - A Case Report

Abstract: Amelogenesis imperfecta (Al) is a diverse collection of inherited diseased that exhibit quantitative or qualitative tooth enamel defects in the absence of systemic manifestations. Also known by varied names such as Hereditary of enamel dysplasia, Hereditary brown enamel, Hereditary brown opalescent teeth, this defect is entirely ectodermal, since mesodermal components of the teeth are basically normal. The Al trait can be transmitted by either autosomal dominant, autosomal recessive, or X-linked modes of inheritance. It is necessary to diagnose the case and provide durable functional and esthetic management of these patients, where the unaesthetic appearance has a definite negative psychological impact.

Abstract: Introduction: Incidence of spondylolisthesis in general population is 5% - 7%. No matter what the etiology is, patients usually have significant functional disability. Few studies have investigated the long term effect of posterolateral fusion on functional outcome. Objectives: To study the efficacy of posterolateral fusion in spondylolisthesis especially in terms of functional outcome. Methodology: From July 2010 to June 2012, a total of 86 patients, operated with postero-lateral fusion were followed up and evaluated based on VAS for low back pain, ODI and neurological deficits. Results: Follow up was 83% of original study population (86). Average follow up was 13 months. The mean difference between pre-operative and post-operative VAS at final follow up was 3.5 cms (SD = 2.94); ODI was 28% at 4 months and 36% at 8 months. Claudication pain relieved in all; functional outcome was good in 67%, fair in 27.5% and failed in 5.5%; 75% had fusion at an average of 5.5 months. Conclusion: Posteriolateral fusion is still a safe, promising and appealing technique.

Many researchers have studied the effect of corruption on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and majority of them have come to the conclusion that higher levels corruption in a country deter FDI. This paper is a case-based comparative study of the effect of corruption on FDI in China and India. Corruption in India has negatively affected FDI, whereas that is not true in China. This study finds that while corruption does affect FDI inflows into a country, the effect also depends on nature of corruption and not only on size of corruption.

Abstract: Relation between emission of biophotons and the “space-time” of the universe has been conceptualized and the concerned calculation is verified with the experimental results. The theoretical result derived is at par with the experimental results on biophotons. Some concepts like “Film Theory of the Universe”, K-Suryon, “Super Theory of Relativity” and “Siva’s constant ‘K’’’ have been utilized in the calculations. These calculations emphasized that the experimental results on biophotons are an effect of cosmic interactions. It is a new dimension of research on biophotons and may lead to new path for experimental verification in the areas of consciousness and neurosciences.

Abstract: Based on Vd = K equation and the consideration that maximum velocity is “velocity of light”, diameter of a space time for a particular fundamental force has been calculated. With Siva’s classical equation for space time, the quantity of fundamental force has been calculated in terms of relative energy with photon. This has been converted into relative force and the relative forces interpreted in terms of coupling constants of fundamental forces. All the fundamental forces are manifestation of space time material only. Space time will be different for different fundamental forces and their elementary force carrying particles. Specially, it has elaborated the difference between mass and energy for gravity space time. A generalized equation of space time and coupling constants has been derived. This equation can be used to calculate the space time parameters of other fundamental forces by knowing the coupling constant and vice versa. Space time parameters will be different for fundamental forces. In order to keep the parameters such as c,G,h,lp,tp and mp applicable to all other fundamental forces, a new parameter Siva’s constant “K” has been introduced. Thus all the observations are based on “K” and transformation is possible by a new additional parameter “K” such that c=h=G=K=1 instead of c=h=G=1. Ultimately, this paper may be a ground work to discuss lot of issues such as “consciousness” and “decoding of quantum information” in future.

Abstract: Siva’s constant “K” has been explained in brief. Its numerical values have been calculated for each fundamental force of nature. Spin of quantum mechanics has been interpreted in terms of Sivas constant “K”. Thus limitation to velocity of light and interrelation between relativity and quantum mechanics has been explained in a novel and profound way. Involvement of “physics of consciousness” in synchronizing relativity and quantum mechanics has been emphasized. Concept of “bio force” as fifth fundamental force in addition to other four fundamental forces, strong, weak, electromagnetic and gravitational forces also has been emphasized. Consciousness has been explained as entanglement between bio force particle named as “jeeton” and gravitational force particle “graviton”. Thus frequency mediated consciousness has been explained.

Abstract: Anomaly detection, also called as outlierdetection refers to identifying patterns in a given data set that deviates from usual manner. The patterns identified are called anomalies or intrusions. There are several existing solutions for Anomaly detection. However, it is difficult to successfully find anomalies from huge amount strident, high-dimensional data, because of the limitations in existing anomaly detection techniques. Since the existing systems are not scalable, they are not suitable for large scale systems. In this paper, we provide a study on traditional anomaly detection techniques and the limitations imposed by those techniques, and hence we illustrate the need of suitable anomaly detection technique for large scale systems. Finally, we discuss an automated anomaly identification methodology [37] for large scale systems.

Abstract: Data objects which do not comply with the general behavior or model of the data are called Outliers. OutlierDetection in databases has numerous applications such as fraud detection, customized marketing, and the search for terrorism. However, the use of Outlier Detection for various purposes is not an easy task. In this paper, we propose a technique for detecting outliers in an easier manner using clustering. We analyze our technique to clearly distinguish the normal data from outliers.
Super Theory of Relativity-Explanation to ‘Rest Mass of Photon’, ‘Quantum Entanglement’ and ‘Consciousness’

Abstract: Siva’s theories explained the necessity of new theory for description of the Universe, space ,time ,space-time and matter. It explained the formation of ‘space time continuum’ in terms of ‘Films of the universe’ and an effect of consciousness associated to living things. Thus it is required to bring consciousness in to physical laws and transformations. The relation between physical world and consciousness has been analyzed clearly and explained that consciousness, if we interpret in physics, must be an inertial frame of reference which can be transformed in to inertial frames defined by ‘Special Theory of Relativity’. It is possible only by changing the signal velocity from ‘c’ to ‘c√2’ . Thus the ‘Special Theory of Relativity’ has been modified and named as ‘Super theory of Relativity’. The relativistic factor for it is also calculated as [1 (v2/c2)]1/2 where v = vo [{1- (vo2/c2)}]-1/2 here vo is its absolute velocity .The necessity to adopt a new signal velocity which is greater than that of light has been discussed and the ‘Principle of Relativity’ and ‘Principle of simultaneity’ which are basics for transformation has been applied to interpret it in terms of relativity. It has been concluded that velocity of light is a part of signal velocity and photon will have rest mass. It says that the observable velocity is a result of absolute velocity multiplied by relativistic factor for ‘Super Theory of Relativity’. Thus infinite signal transformation is introduced for transformation between Inertial frames of reference. Infinite signal velocity will explain the ‘Quantum entanglement’ in terms of transformation of physical laws from one frame to another as explained in ‘Special & General Theories of Relativity’.

Abstract: Nickel alloys had gathered wide acceptance in the fabrication of components which require high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, such as metallic bellows used in expansion joints used in aircraft, aerospace and petroleum industry. Micro Plasma Arc Welding (MPAW) is one of the important arc welding processes commonly using in fabric- cation of Nickel alloys. In the present paper welding of Inconel 625 sheets using pulsed current micro plasma arc weld- ing was discussed. The paper mainly focuses on studying the weld quality characteristics like weld pool geometry pa- rameters, microstructure, grain size, hardness and tensile properties of Pulsed Current Micro Plasma Arc Welded In- conel 625 sheets at different welding speeds. Results reveals that at a welding speed of 260 mm/minute better weld quality characteristics can be obtained.
