Emergency Control Strategy Based on Multi-agent Theory under Blackout  [PDF]

The multi-agent theory is introduced and applied in the way to strike the control amount of emergency control according to stability margin, based on which an emergency control strategy of the power system is presented. The multi-agent control structure which is put forward in this article has three layers: system agent, areal agent and local agents. System agent sends controlling execution signal to the load-local agent according to the position and the amount of load shedding upload from areal agent; The areal agent judges whether the power system is stable by monitoring and analyzing the maximum relative power angle. In the condition of instability, determines the position of load-shedding, and the optimal amount of load-shedding according to the stability margin based on the corrected transient energy function, upload control amount to system agent; local-generator agent is mainly used for real-time monitoring the power angle of generator sets and uploading it to the areal agency, local-loads agent control load by receiving the control signal from system agent. Simulations on IEEE39 system show that the proposed control strategy improves the system stability.

Abstract: During 2015, marginal scorch symptoms were detected in the production base of indigowoad rootin Hubei, China. On the basis of morphological features and 18S rDNA sequences, the pathogen was identified as Cladosporium sp. Koch’s postulates were fulfilled by pathogenicity tests on potted indigowoad root seedlings. To our knowledge, this report is the first of marginal scorch on indigowoad root caused by Cladosporium sp. We propose the name “marginal scorch” for the new disease.
Solid Dynamic Models for Analysis of Stress and Strain in Human Hearts

Abstract: This paper proposes a solid model based on four-dimensional trivariate B-spline for strain and stress analysis of ventricular myocardium. With a series of processing steps in the four-dimensional medical images, the feature points of ventricular inner and outer wall are obtained. A B-spline surface is then used to build the dynamic deformation model of the myocardial walls. With such a surface model, a hexahedron control mesh can be constructed by sweeping the cloud data, and the ventricular solid model is built by fitting the trivariate B-spline parameters. Based on these models, a method of isogeometric analysis can be applied to calculate the stress and strain continuously distributed in the ventricle. The model is represented smoothly in the cylindrical coordinate system and is easy to measure myocardium dynamics for finding abnormal motion. Experiments are carried out for comparing the stress and strain distribution. It is found that the solid model can determine ventricular dynamics which can well reflect the deformation distribution in the heart and imply early clues of cardiac diseases.
Development of Skewed Functionality of HIV-1-Specific Cytotoxic CD8+ T Cells from Primary to Early Chronic Phase of HIV Infection

Abstract: In recent years, the prevalence of HIV-1 infection has been rapidly increasing among men who have sex with men (MSM). However, it remains unknown how the host immune system responds to the infection in this population. We assessed the quantity of HIV-specific CD8+ T-cell responses by using Elispot assay and their functionalities by measuring 5 CD8+ T-cell evaluations (IL-2, MIP-1β, CD107a, TNF-α, IFN-γ) with flow cytometry assays among 18 primarily and 37 early chronically HIV-infected MSM. Our results demonstrated that subjects at early chronic phase developed HIV-specific CD8+ T-cell responses with higher magnitudes and more diversified functionalities in comparison with those at primary infection. However, populations with IL-2+ CD107a+ or in combination with other functionality failed to develop in parallel. The multifunctional but not monofunctional HIV-specific CD8+ T cells were associated with higher CD4+ T -cell counts and lower viral loads. These data revealed that prolonged infection from primary to early chronic infection could selectively increase the functionalities of HIV-specific CD8+ T cells in HIV-infected MSM population, the failure to develop IL-2 and cytotoxic functionalities in parallel may explain why the increased HIV-specific CD8+ T cells were unable to enhance the containment of HIV-1 replication at the early chronic stage.

Strong law of large numbers is a fundamental theory in probability and statistics. When the measure tool is nonadditive, this law is very different from additive case. In 2010 Chen investigated the strong law of large numbers under upper probabilityVby assumingVis continuous. This assumption is very strong. Upper probabilities may not be continuous. In this paper we prove the strong law of large numbers for an upper probability without the continuity assumption whereby random variables are quasi-continuous and the upper probability is generated by a weakly compact family of probabilities on a complete and separable metric sample space.

Abstract: Due to the lack of QoS (quality of service) guarantee in current Peer-to-Peer services routing network, it is difficult to apply Peer-to-Peer network to business successfully. Therefore, a service guarantee routing model is proposed in this paper, and an ant colony algorithm is designed for this routing model. Finally, the experimental analysis of the Peer-to-Peer services routing algorithm is presented. The experimental result shows the effectiveness of the service routing algorithm.

Abstract: Battery groups are widely used in production and life. Optimal charging can not only shorten the charge time, but also improve the performance and life of the battery pack. A constant current or constant voltage charging method is commonly used. This type of method cannot adjust the charge capacity in time according to the change of charging capacity of storage battery, and the charge performance is not high. This paper designs a fuzzy PID controller. In the case of variable load and interference, the battery group can still be charged by the optimal charging current. Through the simulation results, the fuzzy PID controller works well and verifies the feasibility of the charging controller.

With the deepening of China’s economic reforms, in the process of gradual diversification of farmers’ incomes, the income growth brought by farmers’ entrepreneurship plays an important role in increasing farmers’ income. The importance of formal financial support for entrepreneurial farmers is self-evident. However, due to various factors between entrepreneurial farmers and formal financial institutions, the supply and the demand of formal financial credits of entrepreneurial farmers are unbalanced. This paper firstly analyzes the formation of formal financial credit constraints of entrepreneurial farmers by combining the current situation of supply and demand of formal financial credits of entrepreneurial farmers, and then proposes countermeasures to alleviate the formal financial credit constraints of entrepreneurial farmers.
