twenty-first century, automated stereoscopic warehouse has attracted many
attentions of the enterprises because it has high working efficiency. The
operation efficiency and management benefit of an automated stereoscopic
warehouse are affected directly by the order picking efficient, it is an
important symbol of service level about the automated stereoscopic warehouse.
This paper from the perspective of the warehouse management to discuss the
issue, the optimization assigned of location selection is regarded as the
ultimate goal. A multi-objective mathematical model is established by setting “job
efficiency” and “turnover rate” as objective functions, “warehouse space layout”
as the constraint condition, and the genetic algorithm is used for coding this
mathematical model which is applied to a pharmaceutical warehouse and solved by
using Matlab software, result shows that the picking efficiency of normal
temperature zone and the turnover of cargo area are have been greatly improved.
In considering of high proportion of
renewable energy supply in 2050, the accelerating of energy consumption gross,
source and environment can affect the energy system restrict affection are
stronger. Add wind and solar to electricity energy with large amount of energy
source exploitation. The energy source amount per person is lower. Considering
the renewable energy amount and supply, primary energy storage and structure
problem is standing out. Before the wide spread of renewable energy, Using the
high-carbon energy in China can pollute seriously. Chinese energy supply and
demand problem is research key point. This paper researches Chinese energy
supply and demand pattern system and evaluation methodology, gives out the
inner and outer influencing elements. And evaluate Chinese energy supply and
demand pattern from energy gross, structure, distribution and transportation. Use
energy supply synthesize radar comparison chart in certain time period. From
energy security, economy, clean and efficiency, analyze the benefit comparisons
of Chinese energy supply and demand pattern. This energy supply and demand pattern
model will give one certain theoretical analysis and practice reference to the
further high proportion of renewable energy.
In this study, we, for the first time, tried to apply IC50 values (inhibitory concentration estimated to affect the endpoint in question by 50%) in the MTT colorimetric assay to investigate the cytotoxic effects of highly absorbent foam dressings based on silver zirconium phosphate, a newly nano-based matrix. Our results showed that silver released from dressings based on silver zirconium phosphate attributed mainly to highly cytotoxic to L929 cells cultured with MEM containing 10% fetal bovine serum. In addition, we have also compared the IC50 values among different dilutions of AgNO3 solution, silver based dressing extracts and material reference control (ZDEC) extracts using the optimized MTT assay, along with characterizing the silver content in the dressing extracts using atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results have shown that the IC50 values of AgNO50 solution, silver based dressing extracts and ZDEC extracts are 3.5 μg/mL, 3.8 μg/mL and 8.4%, respectively. And there exist some good agreements between qualitative and quantitative evaluation method as well. In conclusion, our study has led to the view that the IC50 value is a promising quantitative index for screening cytotoxicity with regard to silver based dressings.
To understand the mechanism of benzothiadiazole (BTH)-induced susceptible rubber clone resistance to powdery mildew on gene level, a differentially expressed cDNA library was constructed by suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) with rubber Reyan 7-33-97 clone. The constructed cDNA library was high integrity through detection of the critical processes of SSH, such as efficiency of adaptor connection, subtraction and conversion, as well as the type of recombinant genes. The positive rate was 99% after identification with random 400 white spots. The size of the cDNA clone inserted fragments was various but most in 400 bp - 1000 bp. There were 23 cDNA sequences matching the function of energy and basic metabolism, signal transduction, membrane and transport, secondary metabolism and so on after detection of the 42 positive clone sequences selected randomly from the cDNA library and comparison on nucleic acid sequences in Genbank. 7 ESTs were logged in Genbank and accession numbers were GW873071 and GW874604- GW874610. The results implicated that BTH could effectively induced rubber tree resistance to powdery mildew through increasing expresses of defense-related genes in leaves of rubber tree susceptible clone. It should provide a new approach for rubber disease management.
Objective: We explored the relationship between traditional Chinese constitution and risk factors for cardiovascular disease in
subjects with high-normal blood pressure (BP). Methods: The traditional Chinese
constitution of 80 subjects with high-normal BP was judged by questionnaires
and interviews. Measurements of cardiovascular and metabolic health in- cluded
BP, body weight, body mass index (BMI), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol
(LDL-C), 2-hour oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT2h), and waist cir- cumference.
Statistical relationships between cardiovascular
disease risk factors and specific Chinese constitution were evaluated
by univariate and multivariate analyses. Results: Ping He, Tan Shi, and Yin
Xu were the dominant constitutions in subjects with high-normal blood pressure.
There were significant differences in weight, LDL-C, BMI, OGTT2h, and waist
circumference between Tan Shi and Ping He (P < 0.01), in SBP and OGTT2h between Yin Xu and Ping He (P < 0.05), and weight, BMI, waist circumference, SBP, and
LDL-C between Tan Shi and Yin Xu constitutions (P < 0.01). Logistic regression found a strong association
between the Tan Shi constitution and LDL-C in subjects with high-normal blood
pressure. Conclusion: Ping
He, Tan Shi, and Yin Xu are the principle traditional Chinese constitutions in
subject with high-normal blood pressure. The Tan Shi constitution is
associated with multiple risk factors for cardiovascular disease (LDL-C, BMI,
body weight, and waist circumference), while OGTT2h is closely related to the
Yin Xu constitution.
