Research on Stratified Cluster Evaluation of Enterprise Green Technology Innovation Based on the Rough Set  [PDF]

Abstract: This paper analyzes the impact of corporate green technological innovation which is based on internal and external environmental factors, using hierarchical clustering approach to building a multi-index system. Evaluation index system for the various environmental factors inherent in the ambiguity, the use of rough set theory set a new business model for green technology innovation and environmental assessment. The model overcomes the traditional rough set model calculation bottleneck. Empirical studies demonstrate that the proposed index system and evaluation model have effectiveness, relevance and objectivity.

Abstract: 摘要 构建两个供应商与两个电子平台商存在交叉交易的供应链博弈模型,分析交叉竞争环境下,平台直销与平台分销渠道对供应链各成员决策行为的影响,识别两种渠道实现上下游企业共赢的条件及其均衡特征。研究发现:当电子平台商采用分销渠道时,其竞争对手的渠道选择严重依赖于产品竞争强度和电子平台商竞争强度;当电子平台商只提供平台,由供应商负责直销时,其竞争对手的渠道选择不受任何因素影响;当产品竞争与电子平台商竞争都相对较弱时,平台直销渠道实现了供应链所有成员的利润最大化

Abstract: 摘要 针对“企业社会责任(CSR)是否有助于提高供应链中的产品质量”这一问题,构建一个由上游制造商和下游零售商组成的两阶段供应链博弈模型,研究制造商CSR对供应链均衡运作结果的影响。研究结果表明:制造商CSR程度的增加,促进了产品质量、产品需求和利益相关者经济业绩的增加,但制造商经济利润降低;质量改进效率的增加,提高了产品质量、产品需求和利益相关者经济业绩,但是制造商经济利润如何变化依赖于CSR程度和质量改进效率的相对大小;一个由数量折扣合同和质量改进成本分担合同构成的供应链契约,可以实现供应链系统协调;零售商实施CSR行为可使产品质量和产品需求更高。
According to the question of whether corporate social responsibility (CSR) enhances the product quality provided by supply chains, a two-stage game model in a supply chain consisting of an upstream manufacturer and a downstream retailer is built to investigate how the manufacturer’s CSR affects the equilibrium operating results of the supply chain. The results shows that:an increase in the degree of the manufacturer’s CSR increases the product quality, the product demand and the stakeholders’ economic profit, but reduces the manufacturer’s economic profit; the product quality, the product demand and the stakeholders’ economic profit increase with the product quality improvement efficiency, but how the manufacturer’s economic profit changes depends on the relative size of the degree of CSR and the quality improvement efficiency. A proper combination of a quantity discount contract and a quality improvement cost sharing contract can effectively coordinate the operations of the supply chain. The CSR activity implemented by the retailer leads to a higher product quality level and a higher product demand

Abstract: Combining PH distribution with geometric process, a PH deteriorating repairable system with phase-type stochastic lead time is investigated.By using the infinitesimal generator matrix $Q$,the steady state probability distribution vectors of the system state and their numerical solutions are obtained.Then, according to the above research results, some important reliability indices of the system are given.Furthermore, an ordering policy and a replacement policy based on the number of failures of the component are considered.The explicit expression for the average cost rate of the system is derived anda numerical example for determining the optimal $N$ policy is given.

Abstract: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of ~22 nt long endogenous non-coding RNAs that play important regulatory roles in diverse organisms. Up to now, little is known about the evolutionary properties of these crucial regulators. Most miRNAs were thought to be phylogenetically conserved, but recently, a number of poorly-conserved miRNAs have been reported and miRNA innovation is shown to be an ongoing process. In this work, through the characterization of an miRNA super family, we studied the evolutionary patterns of miRNAs in vertebrates. Recently generated miRNAs seem to evolve rapidly during a certain period following their emergence. Multiple lineage-specific expansions were observed. Homolgous premiRNAs may produce mature products from the opposite stem arms following tandem duplications, which may have important contribution to miRNA innovation. Our observations of miRNAs’ complicated evolutionary patterns support the notion that these key regulatory molecules may play very active roles in evolution.

Functional importance of different patterns of correlation between adjacent cassette exons in human and mouse

Abstract: Based on EST data, we employed a metric of correlation coefficients to describe the interaction between two adjacent cassette exons and then categorized these exon pairs into three different groups by their interaction (correlation) patterns. Sequence analysis demonstrates that strongly-correlated groups are more conserved and contain a higher proportion of pairs with reading frame preservation in a combinatorial manner. Multiple genome comparison further indicates that different groups of correlated pairs have different evolutionary courses: (1) The vast majority of positively-correlated pairs are old, (2) most of the weakly-correlated pairs are relatively young, and (3) negatively-correlated pairs are a mixture of old and young events.We performed a large-scale analysis of interactions between adjacent cassette exons. Compared with weakly-correlated pairs, the strongly-correlated pairs, including both the positively and negatively correlated ones, show more evidence that they are under delicate splicing control and tend to be functionally important. Additionally, the positively-correlated pairs bear strong resemblance to constitutive exons, which suggests that they may evolve from ancient constitutive exons, while negatively and weakly correlated pairs are more likely to contain newly emerging exons.Alternative splicing is a post-transcriptional mechanism in which the exon sequences of primary transcripts are differently included in mature RNAs. It expands proteomic diversity and regulates developmental or tissue-specific processes by generating multiple different transcripts from a single gene [1-3]. Recent comparison of data from transcript sequencing and microarray profiling indicates that alternative splicing is more frequent in higher eukaryotes. Independent studies estimate that 40–60% of human genes undergo alternative splicing [4-7]. Gateways Placement in Backbone Wireless Mesh Networks  [PDF]

Abstract: This paper presents a novel algorithm for the gate瑆ay placement problem in Backbone Wireless Mesh Networks (BWMNs). Different from existing algorithms, the new algorithm incrementally identifies gateways and assigns mesh routers to identified gateways. The new algorithm can guarantee to find a feasible gateway placement satisfying Quality-of-Service (QoS) constraints, including delay constraint, relay load constraint and gateway capacity constraint. Experimental results show that its performance is as good as that of the best of existing algorithms for the gateway placement problem. But, the new algorithm can be used for BWMNs that do not form one connected component, and it is easy to implement and use.

Abstract: Network RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) is a technology that is based on GPS (Global Positioning System) or more gener-ally on GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) measurements to achieve centimeter-level accuracy positioning in real-time. Reference station placement is an important problem in the design and deployment of network RTK systems as it directly affects the quality of the positioning service and the cost of the network RTK systems. This paper identifies a new reference station placement for network RTK, namely QoS-aware regional network RTK reference station placement problem, and proposes an algorithm for the new reference station placement problem. The algorithm can always produce a reference station placement solution that completely covers the region of network RTK.
