Abstract: In this paper, under the reduced form framework and “Bottom Up” method, a model for pricing a basket Loan-only Credit Default Swap (LCDS), with the negative correlation between prepayment and default, is established. A general pricing formula for it is obtained, where one factor CIR (Cox-Ingersoll-Ross) and ICIR (Inversed CIR) models are used to describe the negative correlation between prepayment and default. In this situation, the positivity of prepayment and default intensity processes are guaranteed. Numerical computations are presented.

Steam injection is a most effective way for improving heavy oil recovery efficiency, and it has academic and practical significance for the mechanism of multi-field synergy oil displacement. Mechanism of “diversified” oil displacement which is obtained by traditional study methods in the exploitation territory of oil and gas fields has both respective roles and mutual cross shortages. To describe and analyze the displacement process of multi-field coupling with exergy transfer can simplify this kind of problem by introducing a unified goal-driving exergy. It needs to use the method of theoretical modeling, numerical simulation and experimental validation to study the basic law of exergy transfer in the oil displacement process of multi-field synergy, make a thorough research for the flooding process of steam injection with exergy transfer theory and reveal the oil displacement mechanism in steam injection of multi-field synergy. Thus the theory instruction and technical support can be provided to improve reservoirs producing degree and extraction ratio.

An Efficient Pattern Search Method  [PDF]

Pattern search algorithms is one of most frequently used methods which were designed to solve the derivative-free optimization problems. Such methods get growing need with the development of science, engineering, economy and so on. Inspired by the idea of Hooke and Jeeves, we introduced an integer m in the algorithm which controls the number of steps of iteration update. We mean along the descent direction to allow the algorithm to go ahead m steps at most to explore whether we can get better solution further. The experiment proved the strategy’s efficiency.

Abstract: In a response to a growing demand for environments of 70dB or less noise levels, many industrial sectors have focused with some form of noise control system. Active noise control (ANC) has proven to be the most effective technology. This paper mainly investigates application of neural network on self-adaptation system in active noise control (ANC). An active silencing control system is made which adopts a motional feedback loudspeaker as not a noise controlling source but a detecting sensor. The working fundamentals and the characteristics of the motional feedback loudspeaker are analyzed in detail. By analyzing each acoustical path, identification based adaptive linear neural network is built. This kind of identifying method can be achieved conveniently. The estimated result of each sound channel matches well with its real sound character, respectively.
Video Serial Images Registration Based on FBM Algorithm

Abstract: In this study, we have a research of the video serial images registration based on fbm algorithm. In order to overcome low contrast and complex distortion and limited field of view, computer image processing technology must be used to video serial images for obtaining the image. It is hard to find and evaluate the change in the scene which appeared between the aeronautic consecutive image acquisitions to mosaic. So registration is important to successful image mosaic. A matching method based on the improved FBM algorithm can get good image fusion and image registration which is introduced for attaining more precise aggregate of matching points. In order to estimate the fundamental matrix which encapsulated the whole geometry accurately and robustly, an improved SVD decomposition with weighted normalized fundamental matrix calculating method is proposed. By using geometric invariant, cross ratio to rectify the matching points, the rectification is realized automatically and coarse error is reduced effectively.
Genetic Algorithm Application for Multimodal Transportation Networks

Abstract: To enhance the efficiency and feasibility in decision-making for multimodal transportation operator, supplying chain management are creating greater demand for multimodal transportation system. So, the problem of an improved model with transportation mode and routes in multimodal transportation networks is established. Aiming at minimizing the overall transport cost, a programming model of multimodal transportation constraint is established. Besides the transportation economies of scale, additional characteristics of multimodal routes are identified. Combining with the feature of this model and this problem, an improved genetic algorithm is presented. The effectiveness of algorithm and program is verified through the analysis of an example.

Abstract: We study a general Gause-type predator-prey model withmonotonic functional response under Dirichlet boundary condition. Necessary andsufficient conditions for the existence and nonexistence of positive solutions for thissystem are obtained by means of the fixed point index theory. In addition, the localand global bifurcations from a semitrivial state are also investigated on the basis ofbifurcation theory. The results indicate diffusion, and functional response does helpto create stationary pattern.

Abstract: The initial boundary value problem for the three-dimensional incompressible flow of liquid crystals is considered in a bounded smooth domain. The existence and uniqueness is established for both the local strong solution with large initial data and the global strong solution with small data. It is also proved that when the strong solution exists, a weak solution must be equal to the unique strong solution with the same data.

Abstract: The initial-boundary value problem for the density-dependent incompressible flow of liquid crystals is studied in a three-dimensional bounded smooth domain. For the initial density away from vacuum, the existence and uniqueness is established for both the local strong solution with large initial data and the global strong solution with small data. It is also proved that when the strong solution exists, a weak solution with the same data must be equal to the unique strong solution.
