Abstract: With the deepening of social division of labor, producer services are gradually separated from manufacturing industry and play a more and more important role in the national economy. In particular, with the rapid development of scientific research, business, law, finance and other industries, the industrial association between the productive service industry and the manufacturing industry becomes more closely. The interactive state between the producer services and manufacturing industry has a direct impact on the industrial upgrading and structural adjustment of all sectors of the national economy, which has become an important way for the economic development of our country in the future. Taking Shaanxi Province as an example, this paper first analyzes the development of producer services and manufacturing in Shaanxi. On this basis, the VAR model is built to analyze the added value of two industries in Shaanxi Province. Finally, according to the empirical results, we put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
On ramification filtrations and $p$-adic differential modules, I: equal characteristic case

Abstract: Let $k$ be a complete discretely valued field of equal characteristic $p > 0$ with possibly imperfect residue field and let $G_k$ be its Galois group. We prove that the conductors computed by the arithmetic ramification filtrations on $G_k$ coincide with the differential Artin conductors and Swan conductors of Galois representations of $G_k$. As a consequence, we give a Hasse-Arf theorem for arithmetic ramification filtrations in this case. As applications, we obtain a Hasse-Arf theorem for finite flat group schemes; we also give a comparison theorem between the differential Artin conductors and Borger's conductors.
On Ramification Filtrations and p-adic Differential Equations, II: mixed characteristic case

Abstract: Let K be a complete discretely valued field of mixed characteristic (0, p) with possibly imperfect residue field. We prove a Hasse-Arf theorem for the arithmetic ramification filtrations on G_K, except possibly in the absolutely unramified and non-logarithmic case, or p=2 and logarithmic case. As an application, we obtain a Hasse-Arf theorem for filtrations on finite flat group schemes over O_K.
On refined ramification filtrations in the equal characteristic case

Abstract: Let k be a complete discrete valuation field of equal characteristic p>0. Using the tools of p-adic differential modules, we define refined Artin and Swan conductors for a representation of the absolute Galois group $G_k$ with finite local monodromy; this leads to a description of the subquotients of the ramification filtration on $G_k$. We prove that our definition of the refined Swan conductors coincide with that is given by Saito, which uses etale cohomology. We also study its relation with the toroidal variation of the Swan conductors.
Cleanliness and log-characteristic cycles for vector bundles with flat connections

Abstract: Let $X$ be a proper smooth algebraic variety over a field $k$ of characteristic zero and let $D$ be a divisor with simple normal crossings. Let $M$ be a vector bundle over $X-D$ equipped with a flat connection with possible irregular singularities along $D$. We define a cleanliness condition which roughly says that the singularities of the connection are controlled by the singularities at the generic points of $D$. When this condition is satisfied, we compute explicitly the associated log-characteristic cycle, and relate it to the so-called refined irregularities. As a corollary of a log-variant of Kashiwara-Dubson formula, we obtain the Euler characteristic of the de Rham cohomology of the vector bundle, under a mild technical hypothesis on $M$.
Exponential Stability for a Class of Stochastic Reaction-Diffusion Hopfield Neural Networks with Delays

Abstract: This paper studies the asymptotic behavior for a class of delayed reaction-diffusion Hopfield neural networks driven by finite-dimensional Wiener processes. Some new sufficient conditions are established to guarantee the mean square exponential stability of this system by using Poincaré’s inequality and stochastic analysis technique. The proof of the almost surely exponential stability for this system is carried out by using the Burkholder-Davis-Gundy inequality, the Chebyshev inequality and the Borel-Cantelli lemma. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, and the simulation is also given by using the Matlab.

Abstract: In this paper, a definition of the fundamental operator for the linear autonomous functional differential equation with infinite delay in a Banach space is given, and some sufficient and necessary conditions of the fundamental operator being exponentially stable in abstract phase spaces which satisfy some suitable hypotheses are obtained. Moreover, we discuss the relation between the exponential asymptotic stability of the zero solution of nonlinear functional differential equation with infinite delay in a Banach space and the exponential stability of the solution semigroup of the corresponding linear equation, and find that the exponential stability problem of the zero solution for the nonlinear equation can be discussed only in the exponentially fading memory phase space.
A Test on the Systematic Fuzzy Measurement of the Key degree for the Core Employees’ Performance Traits

Abstract: According to the employees’ embedded performance view of organizational social capital and its theoretic analytic dimensions, the core knowledge employees’ key performance traits are operationally defined as key degree with seven measuring dimensions. A scale for measuring the key degree is developed and empirically analyzed by means of questionnaire with Cronbach’s α >0.7 and significant three-factor-structure validity. And then systematic fuzzy decision theory is introduced to comprehensively measure the key degree indicator (KDI) of the core employees’ performance traits with the third party test, and the results initially show satisfied discriminating rate of the core employees (94%) from the sample and significant correlation between KDI and the organizational innovation performance (R=0.82, P<0.001), and the prediction potential of the organizational innovation performance with KDI. Key words: Core employee, Performance trait, Systematic fuzzy measurement Résumé: Selon le point de vue des employées sur la performance du capital social organizationnel et ses dimensions de l’analyse théorique, les traits de la performance clé des employées importants sont pratiquement définis comme le degré clé avec sept dimension de mesure. Une échelle pour mesurer le degré clé est développée et empiriquement analysée au moyen du questionnaire avec α >0.7 de Cronbach et la validité de la structure de trois facteurs signifiante. Puis la théorie de décison systématique et floue est introduite afin de mesurer le degré clé indicateur (key degree indicator /KDI) des traits de la performance des employés importants avec la troisième partie de test, et les résultats montrent au début un taux de distinction satisfaiseant des employés (94%) dans un échantillon et une corrélation signifiante entre KDI et la performance d’innovation organizationnelle(R=0.82, P<0.001), et la prédiction potentielle de la performance d’innovation organizationnelle avec KDI .
