Quantum discord dynamical behaviors due to initial system-cavity correlations

Abstract: We analyze the roles of initial correlations between the two-qubit system and a dissipative cavity on quantum discord dynamics of two qubits. Considering two initial system-cavity states, we show that the initial system-cavity correlations not only can initially increase the two-qubit quantum discord but also would lead to a larger long-time quantum discord asymptotic value. Moreover, quantum discord due to initial correlations is more robust than the case of the initial factorized state. Finally, we show the initial correlations' importance for dynamics behaviors of mutual information and classical correlation.
Research progress on the association between genetic variations in lipid metabolism and premature coronary artery disease

Abstract: Recent research has demonstrated a strong genetic linkage between premature coronary artery disease (pCAD) and dyslipidemia. Genetic variation in lipid metabolism can lead to impediment of lipid anabolism and catabolism, which promotes vascular arterosclerogenesis. Currently, related studies were focused on: (1) Gene mutations related to low density lipoprotein metabolism, such as low density lipoprotein receptor, apolipoprotein B, apolipoprotein E; (2) Gene mutations related to high density lipoprotein metabolism-related genes, such as ATP binding cassette transporter, apolipoprotein A1, lipoprotein lipase; (3) low density lipoprotein receptor-related genes: Adiponectin. These genes had been proved to be cor-related with pCAD. Mutations of these genes can lead to series of genetic disease characterized by pCAD. This review gives a brief summary of the roles of these genes played in the initiation and development of pCAD, providing valuable information to primer prevention and individualized treatment of CAD.
Effect of Toll-like receptor-4 and NF-κB on expression of matrix metalloprotease 9 induced by lipopolysaccharide in human airway epithelial cells

Abstract: Objective To study the effects of toll-like receptor-4(TLR-4) and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) on the expression of matrix metalloprotease 9(MMP-9) induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in human airway epithelial cells,and explore the influence of TLR-4 inhibitor TAK-242 on the expression of MMP-9.Methods In order to study the effects of LPS on MMP-9 expression,HBE4-E6/E7 cells were challenged for 24 hours by different concentrations of LPS(0,0.1,1,10,100 μg/L),or challenged for 0,8,12,16 and 24 hours by LPS at a concentration of 10 μg/L.HBE4-E6/E7 cells were pretreated for 30min with TAK-242(100μg/L) or PDTC(50mg/L),and challenged for 24h by LPS at 100 μg/L thereafter.The expression of MMP-9 mRNA was assessed by RT-PCR and of MMP-9 protein by Western blotting.MMP-9 activity was determined by gel zymography.The active NF-κB production was determined by electrophoretic mobility shift assay(EMSA).Results The expression of MMP-9 mRNA in HBE4-E6/E7 cells was induced by LPS in both dose-and time-dependent manner(P < 0.05).Both TAK-242 and PDTC significantly inhibited the expression of MMP-9 mRNA and protein(P < 0.05),down-regulated MMP-9 activity(P < 0.05),and significantly inhibited active NF-κB production induced by LPS(P < 0.05).Conclusion MMP-9 expression is induced by LPS in human airway epithelial cells via TLR-4/NF-κB signal pathway,which can be inhibited by TAK-242.
Entanglement Sudden Death in Band Gaps

Abstract: Using the pseudomode method, we evaluate exactly time-dependent entanglement for two independent qubits, each coupled to a non-Markovian structured environment. Our results suggest a possible way to control entanglement sudden death by modifying the qubit-pseudomode detuning and the spectrum of the reservoirs. Particularly, in environments structured by a model of a density-of-states gap which has two poles, entanglement trapping and prevention of entanglement sudden death occur in the weak-coupling regime.

Abstract: A model of intuitionistic fuzzy integer programming based on modified particle swarm optimization was presented in this paper. Firstly, membership and non-membership functions of object and constrain functions were defined. Secondly, intuitionistic fuzzy integer programming model was presented based on intuitionistic fuzzy "min-max" operator. Then, intuitionistic fuzzy integer programming was resolved by improving particle swarm optimization. At last, a typical experiment indicates that the performance of presented algorithm is better than other algorithms.

Abstract: Salvia dugesii is an invasive plant in Yunnan, China. To tentatively explore its utilization, a systematic phytochemical investigation was carried out on this plant, which led to the isolation of five new neo-clerodane diterpenoids, dugesins C–G (1–5), together with six known ones. Their structures were determined by comprehensive NMR and MS spectroscopic analysis. It was noteworthy that the eleven isolates, composed of five different carbocyclic systems derived from the neo-clerodane diterpenoid skeleton, were reported from the same plant for the first time. The anti-feedantial, cytotoxic, and antiviral activities of the isolates were evaluated. Dugesin F (4) was tested to be a non-toxic antiviral compound against influenza virus FM1.

Abstract: Structural evolution and thermal stability of nanoclusters supported on the substrate play a key role in their applications. In this paper, we study the melting of the mixed Co281Cu280 bimetallic cluster with the icosahedral configuration by using molecular dynamics simulation with a general embedded atom method. The influence of the free or fixed Cu(010) substrate on the melting of the supported cluster is explored. It is found that the melting is strongly related to the substrate condition. There is a sharp increase in the temperature-energy curve for the cluster on the free substrate. The melting point (1320 K) is much lower than that (1630 K) of the cluster on the fixed substrate. The icosahedral configuration is converted into epitaxial cluster along the (010) of the substrate. Premelting occurs for the epitaxial cluster with the increase of temperature. The premelted atoms diffuse to the surface of the substrate and form surface layer until the cluster melt. The variation of the atomic spreading for the cluster on the free substrate is different from the case on the fixed substrate due to the atomic embedding into the substrate.

Abstract: The reconstruction research on 3D micro-structure of the phase grating via Digital Micro-Holography (DMH) was presented.In order to improve the lateral resolution based on the Mach-Zender interference system,two modes,with Micro-Objective (MO) magnification mode and with lens-less one,were proposed for magnifying the specimen.In DMH experiment with MO magnification mode,the 3D micro-structure distribution was obtained by combining Fresnel approximation approach and dual-wavelength technique to suppress the main phase aberration.For lensless magnification mode,the subtraction method was presented to eliminate the system total aberration to get the 3D phase information of the phase gating by using Fresnel approximation approach and the convolution approach,respectively.The experimental results were compared with the measurement results provided by Veeco interferometer,the parameters,such as the period and the height structure,of the phase gating were same and then the experiment in this paper was verified.The experimental conclusions were given.

Abstract: 副溶血弧菌(Vibrioparahaemolyticus)是一种能引起食源性疾病的重要病原菌。首次将一种新颖的核酸扩增技术-环介导等温扩增技术(loop-mediatedisothermalamplification,LAMP)应用于副溶血弧菌的快速检测。针对副溶血弧菌不耐热溶血毒素基因(tlh)设计4条特异性引物(两条内引物和两条外引物)进行LAMP扩增,对扩增反应进行优化,最佳反应时间为60min,反应温度为60℃。对12种细菌共28株菌进行LAMP扩增,仅14株副溶血弧菌得到阳性扩增结果,证明引物具有很高的特异性。副溶血弧菌基因组DNA和纯培养物的检测灵敏度分别约为90fg和24cfu/ml。对模拟食品样品进行直接检测,检测限为89cfu/g。结果表明,该方法检测副溶血弧菌特异性强、灵敏度高,并且操作简便、检测成本低,1小时即可完成,有望发展成为快速检测副溶血弧菌的有效手段。
