Performance Comparison Research of the FECG Signal Separation Based on the BSS Algorithm

Abstract: Fetal Electrocardiogram (FECG) is a weak signal through placing the electrodes upon the maternal belly surface to indirectly monitor, which contains all the forms of jamming signal. So, how to separate the FECG from the strong background interference has important value of clinical application. Independent Component Analysis (ICA) is a kind of developed new Blind Source Separation (BSS) technology in recent years. This study adopted ICA method to the extraction of FECG and carried out the blind signal separation by using the Fast ICA algorithm and natural gradient algorithm in the FECG separation research. The experimental results shown that the two kind of algorithm can obtain the good separation result. But because the natural gradient algorithm can achieve FECG online separation and separation effect is better than Fast ICA algorithm, therefore, the natural gradient algorithm is a better way to used in FECG separation. And it will help to monitor the congenital heart disease, neonatal arrhythmia, intrauterine fetal retardation and other diseases, which has very important test application value.
Partial Regularity of Generalized MHD Equations

Abstract: In this paper,the regularity of 3D generalized magneto-hydrodynamics(GMHD)equations with fractional dissipative terms (-△)a and (-△)b is studied. The equations contain the well-known Navier-Stokes equations and magneto-hydrodynamics equations. The regularity problem of Navier-Stokes equation and generalized type ,such as the magneto-hydrodynamics equation and the generalized Navier-Stokes equations, were studied extensively. But the problem is still unsettled now. Some researchers turned to study the regularities criterion of Naveir-Stokes equations in terms of the components of vlocity, and got some of usefull results. Since MHD and GMHD are far more difficult than Navier-Stokes equations, there are few similar results of these two equations.Using energy integral method,the regularity of GMHD equations in terms of two components of velocity is studied and the results does not depend on the magnetic field. The special case a=b is considered in the paper. let * ,the initial velocity and magnetic field statisfied *. Formation and structure of vortex lattices in a rotating double-well Bose-Einstein condensate

Abstract: We investigate the dynamics of vortex formation and the structure of vortex lattices in a Bose-Einstein condensate confined within a rotating double-well (DW) potential. The dynamical process is a formation process of "ghost" vortices, "hidden" vortices and "visible" vortices. The critical rotation frequency for the creation of visible vortex is indicated by a sudden jump in the angular momentum evolution and an inflexion in the energy evolution. Different visible vortex structures can be formed by ruling the rotation frequency. In particular, structural change of visible vortex patterns can be achieved by regulating the anisotropy parameter of the DW potential. This feature allows to flexibly control the distribution of angular momentum in macroscopic quantum systems and study the interplay among rotation, interparticle interaction and external potential in superfluids.

In order to achieve the five degree of freedom manipulator motion simulation based on virtual reality environments, the calculation of the manipulator motion path of the joint node, established the mathematical models and three dimensional models, completed five degree of freedom manipulator real-time interactive simulation study based on the EON Studio platform, finished the experimental simulation of mechanical arm motion path. Provide some theoretical basis for the multiple degrees of freedom, multi-channel input and multiple perception mechanical movement of virtual interactive simulation-based research in the EON environment.

Transarterial Embolization Using Pingyangmycin-Lipiodol Emulsion (PLE) for Treatment of Focal Nodular Hyperplasia of the Liver and 1-Year Follow-Up: A Case Report and Literature Review  [PDF]

Focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) is a common benign hepatic tumor which is often treated non-operatively until it appears apparent symptoms such as pain and upper abdominal distension. We report here a case of trans-catheter arterial embolization (TAE) using pingyangmycin-lipiodol emulsion (PLE) for blocking a fatal bleeding originated from percutaneous biopsy as well as for FNH treatment. After embolization by means of the mixture of PLE and particles of gelfoam, the bleeding was stopped and the FNH was apparently shrinked 1 year later. TAE using PLE may be considered as a safe and effective method for the treatment of FNH.

Abstract: This study analyzes the variations in trace element contents and ratios, the distribution patterns of rare earth elements, and the sedimentary environment and its evolution in the Early Ordovician. In particular, the analysis is based on measured section of the Qingjiang Village located in Nangao Town, Danzhai County, Guizhou Province. The analysis also considers thin sections and the characteristics of C, O isotopes. The lower part of the Tongzi Formation has a simple lithology and mainly consists of light gray to gray thin-medium bedded muddy dolomite and dolomicrite with a few dolarenites and dolorudites. The upper part of this formation includes gray thin-medium bedded fine crystalline dolomite and gray massive bioclastic limestone. Only a fraction of gray massive fine crystalline limestone, sparry calcarenite, and calcirudite are on top of the upper part. The Honghuayuan Formation is generally composed of light gray to gray medium-thick bedded or massive bioclastic limestone, reef limestone, and calcarenite with a few sandstones at the bottom. The δ18OPDB values of 18 samples are less than -11‰; in addition, the Pr/Pr* and Ce/Ce* ratios are greater and less than 1, respectively. These data reflect a sedimentary environment. The lower part of the Tongzi Formation might have been formed in an evaporite platform, which was then transformed into a restricted one, which featured a dry climate, a shallow water depth, and an insufficient amount of oxygen. By contrast, the upper part of the formation was deposited in an open platform, which featured a humid climate and relatively increased water depth and reducibility. During the sedimentary period of the Honghuayuan Formation, the water energy further increased, the climate became humid, the water depth increased, and the reducibility increased. Correspondingly, the sedimentary environment, which originally comprised littoral facies that slowly developed into an open platform and into a platform marginal bank, gradually evolved into a platform marginal reef.

Abstract: Visual real-time monitoring is the premise of low frequency oscillation control in power grids. This paper showed a visual method for the control center of power grids to monitor low frequency oscillation. It processed the PMU real-time data with incomplete S-transform, and converted the waveforms to two-dimensional time-frequency figures which showed the initial time, frequency and amplitude of each low frequency oscillation mode directly. GPU was used to show figures and calculate FFT with the purpose of improving calculation efficiency. The results of practical cases show that the real-time characters of low frequency oscillation can be identified availably by this visualization real-time monitoring method which is helpful and suitable for practical application.
Tribological properties of OTS self-assembled monolayers

Abstract: Octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) were prepared on the substrates of silicon and glass. The tribological properties were tested with a self-made point-contact pure sliding micro tribometer. The effect of humidity on the tribological properties of both OTS SAMs and the naked substrates were studied. When the substrate is covered by OTS monolayer, the friction coefficient is reduced from 0.5 to 0.1 and the stick-slip phenomenon is weakened. OTS monolayer can keep its friction coefficient steady in a wide range of humidity, because it is highly hydrophobic and thus not sensitive to humidity. In addition, the OTS monolayer has a considerable anti-wear ability.

Abstract: We introduce a full interaction Hamiltonian method to the generalized quantum chemical approach and apply it to investigate the electron tunneling properties of 1,3-benzenedithiol molecular device. The weak gate effect we calculate is consistent with the experiment. The asymmetric current character mainly comes from the asymmetry of the molecule and the nonlinear responding to the gate electric field.
