Discussion on Subject Knowledge Service Pattern of Agricultural University Libraries  [PDF]

Abstract: Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example, the discipline service practice was explored from the aspects such as free network resources and tool use, subject navigation, subject librarians, information sharing space and information literacy education. The typical cases were provided; the optimization of utilization method of network resources was put forward; the subject theme navigation was developed; and the information sharing space of specific discipline and other working strategies were carried out. The experience and enlightenment of active service for subject construction, priority service for key subjects, subject service by lay and step and seizing of the opportunity of subject service were summarized, which developed ideas and provided reference to the establishment of deep subject services of general libraries of colleges and universities.
The Utilization of Push Mail in China  [PDF]

Abstract: Push mail is popular to business users in the world. It has been two years since push mail was introduced into China. In order to find out the status of its development and utilization, investigation to push mail users is made. The results indicate that the existing subscribers are mostly managers of service enterprises in large and middle-size, such as manu-facturing, trade, IT and so on. In addition, those subscribers are satisfied with push mail, and would like to continue to use it in the following years. On the other hand, as it is still very small on the population to both terminal users and enterprise subscribers, some suggestions are made to induce push mail’s development.
Game Analysis of Price Competition between Three Echelon Supply Chains  [PDF]

Abstract: Aiming at the new problem of price competition between three echelon supply chains, this paper quantitatively analyzes the reasons for the low price competition under the ten decision-making forms under the framework of the Bertrand game, and then one of the supply chains is differentiated by providing value-added services, thus reducing the impact of price competition on them. It also deduces whether the critical point of differential investment is to be differentiated, and compares the value increment of the ten decision forms. The conclusion is: when the product differentiation is the same, the value of the supply chain of value-added services depends on the decision form of the other chain, and the decentralized decision making is the best form of decision. In particular, when the degree of alienation is relatively large, the difference between the value of three differentiated investment critical points is 2 times.

Abstract: The obvious defects of traditional trade statistics methods are shown under the circumstances of international production fragmentation and highly integrated network, and the related problems of greenhouse gas emissions during the value-added process of products are also being focused. How to use qualitative research to measure the residual greenhouse gas in the global industrial chain during the value-added process of products in exporting countries is the key point of this research. This paper summarizes the characteristics of value-added industrial development through sorting out the relevant data of the value-added conditions of global value chain, based on the latest released TiVA database of OECD. Then, the paper selects five time nodes of 12 countries, quantifies the responsibilities of the remains of greenhouse gases in exporting countries, based on value-added part under the trade transaction, and further quantifies the corresponding responsibilities of the emission of greenhouse gases in consumer countries.

Abstract: ?what was the contribution that enrique luque carulla left as a legacy to marketing in colombia? the authoress of the present article proposes an answer to this question based in her qualitative research supported by testimonies and file analysis registered in audio-visual media and articles published before luque?s death. this man is presented as an executive who impacted his managerial, trade-union, consultancy and academic activities on marketing. his ideological expression, practices, and conduct of interaction with various political, economic, social and cultural environments characterized by their own value and beliefs systems allowed him to develop and influence the macro-environment in colombia. the paper also exposes what the authoress defines as the basis of his marketing philosophy, as well as the respective resultant achievements. the principal conclusion of the investigation appears that for luque carulla, marketing is not an activity, but a managerial philosophy and that on having inculcated it among his university students, subordinates, partners and businessmen, it formed the legacy that was left to colombian society. finally, it is expected to serve as a pedagogic resource for teaching courses in management, entrepreneurship and marketing.
Defending Network-based Services Against Denial of Service Attacks

Abstract: Over the last decade, several value-added services have been proposed for deployment in the Internet. Many of these services (e.g. IP Multicast) are stateful services introducing state maintenance overhead into the network for their operation. This characteristic makes these services vulnerable to a specific type of denial-of-service (DoS) attacks called state overload attack. In this paper, we examine state overload attacks in value-added services and in particular IP multicast. We describe why these attacks are possible and present two solutions to prevent them. In both cases, we describe the solutions, evaluate their overhead, and outline incremental deployment strategies for their deployment.

Abstract: 服务贸易统计的复杂性高于商品贸易,全球范围内服务贸易的国家间贸易统计数据更是严重匮乏,发达国家的服务贸易统计数据较发展中国家略为丰富。全球化下的商品价值链研究揭示了商品生产过程的分散和地理集中化趋势,与此同时服务价值链研究日益受到关注,服务业产业链对生产网络的影响以及发展趋势亟待明确。根据OECD的增值数据库,通过分析中国和印度服务业增值出口的现状,发现中印两国在服务业增值出口中呈现出各自典型特征。
The complexity of services statistics trade is higher than that of merchandise trade. The trade data between countries in services is in serious shortage, especially among developing countries, the situation in developed countries is much better than in developing countries.Commodity Value Chain Study of Globalization reveals decentralization and geographical concentration trends in commodity production process, at the same time serving the research value chain is increasingly concerned on the development trends, supporting the role of the service industry chain production networks. According to OECD statistics database of value-added, the paper analyzes the value-added services of the current situation in China and India, showing their typical features in the service sector exports on value-added section.

Abstract: With the rapid development of the mobile terminal, the investment around the mobile terminal has stimulated the investment of venture capital institutions to a large extent, and the research on venture capital has been increasing in recent years. Based on asymmetric information theory, to understand the behavior of venture capital from the perspective of reputation, game model, a venture capital and start-ups as well as numerous trade once earnings analysis, the venture capital firm focused on conditions for building a good reputation, and believed that the increase in the number of expected future transactions was an incentive for venture capital institutions to maintain a good reputation.

Abstract: 摘要 以消费者效用理论为基础,构建制造商的最优利润决策模型,研究了制造商进行产品改进和提供增值性服务的最优选择决策。研究表明:当产品改进成本和增值性服务成本均较大时,制造商会选择只进行产品改进;否则,制造商会选择进行产品改进并提供增值性服务;而只提供增值性服务始终不是最优策略。此外制造商对不同最优决策集的选择,取决于产品改进成本系数和增值性服务成本系数与临界值(或临界值集合)的比较结果
