An Improved Model for Bending of Thin Viscoelastic Plate on Elastic Foundation  [PDF]

Abstract: An improved model for bending of thin viscoe-lastic plate resting on Winkler foundation is presented. The thin plate is linear viscoelastic and subjected to normal distributed loading, the effect of normal stress along the plate thickness on the deflection and internal forces is taken into account. The basic equations for internal forces and stress distribution are derived based on the general viscoelastic theory under small deformation condition. The reduced equations for elastic case are given as well. It is shown that the proposed model reveals a larger flex-ural rigidity compared to that in classic models, in which the normal stress along the plate thickness is neglected.

Abstract: 对金属氧化物半导体(MOS)器件在低剂量率γ射线辐照条件下的剂量率效应以及温度效应进行了研究.对不同剂量率、不同温度辐照后MOS器件的阈值电压漂移进行了比较.结果表明,低剂量率辐照下,感生界面态要受到辐照时间的长短以及生成的氢离子数目的影响,辐照时间越长,生成的氢离子越多,感生界面态密度越大;温度对界面态的影响与界面态建立的时间有关,低温辐照时,界面态建立的时间要加长

Abstract: 研究了金属-氧化物-半导体(MOS)器件在γ射线辐照条件下的温度效应.采用加固的CC4007进 行辐照实验,在不同温度、不同偏压,以及不同退火条件下对MOS器件的辐照效应进行了比 较,发现温度对辐照效应的影响主要是决定界面态建立的快慢.高温下辐照的器件,界面态 建立的时间缩短.根据实验结果对器件阈值电压漂移的机理进行了探讨.

Abstract: Several “head-to-head” (or “bidirectional”) gene pairs have been studied in individual experiments, but genome-wide analysis of this gene organization, especially in terms of transcriptional correlation and functional association, is still insufficient. We conducted a systematic investigation of head-to-head gene organization focusing on structural features, evolutionary conservation, expression correlation and functional association. Of the present 1,262, 1,071, and 491 head-to-head pairs identified in human, mouse, and rat genomes, respectively, pairs with 1– to 400–base pair distance between transcription start sites form the majority (62.36%, 64.15%, and 55.19% for human, mouse, and rat, respectively) of each dataset, and the largest group is always the one with a transcription start site distance of 101 to 200 base pairs. The phylogenetic analysis among Fugu, chicken, and human indicates a negative selection on the separation of head-to-head genes across vertebrate evolution, and thus the ancestral existence of this gene organization. The expression analysis shows that most of the human head-to-head genes are significantly correlated, and the correlation could be positive, negative, or alternative depending on the experimental conditions. Finally, head-to-head genes statistically tend to perform similar functions, and gene pairs associated with the significant cofunctions seem to have stronger expression correlations. The findings indicate that the head-to-head gene organization is ancient and conserved, which subjects functionally related genes to correlated transcriptional regulation and thus provides an exquisite mechanism of transcriptional regulation based on gene organization. These results have significantly expanded the knowledge about head-to-head gene organization. Supplementary materials for this study are available at http://www.scbit.org/h2h.

Abstract: 一次起爆技术使FAE的两个主要研究方向,即燃料选择与云爆技术,更加紧密地结合在一起,导致对燃料的离散与爆轰的自协调要求更加严格。根据燃料的离散与爆轰的自协调的各制约因素对燃料组分进行选择,再改变燃料组分的质量配比以反馈研究燃料的离散与爆轰的协调性。实验证明所选择的混合燃料的离散与爆轰的协调性决定了超压峰值、正压作用时间、火球覆盖体积等参数,故可根据实际需要通过改变燃料组分配比来调节其协调性以研制不同特点的一次起爆型FAE。另外,基于VB.net平台自编的图像批处理程序,对由高速摄影拍摄到的FAE离散爆轰过程的图像进行处理,效率高、精度高,而且能和Excel、Origin等数据处理软件对接。

Abstract: Distribution and migration characteristics of fluorine in poly-Si gate on BF2+ implanted poly-Si gate with an energy of 80 keV and doses of 2×1015 cm-2 under conventional thermal annealing has been analyzed systematically and deeply by SIMS.Migration of fluorine in poly-Si gate exists not only diffusion mechanism,but also absorption and emission mechanism,and experiment results are explained successfully.

Abstract: For two-dimensional TPC codes, this paper presented a new simplified iterative decoding algorithm, and obtained a new iterative decoder structure. Its essential idea was based on the iterative SISO Chase algorithm, and by simplifying the calculation of the soft input information and external information to reduce the decoding complexity and system memory. Simulation results show the correctness and feasibility of the algorithm.

Abstract: 介绍了利用74mmSHPB试验装置进行花岗岩的动态压缩试验和动态劈裂拉伸试验的结果。通过试验获得了花岗岩在100s-1~102s-1应变率加载时的动态力学参数。同时,对试件内的动态应力分布进行了数值模拟,验证了动态试验的有效性。试验结果表明,花岗岩的动态压缩和动态劈裂拉伸的力学性能表现出显著的应变率效应。随着应变率的增加,其冲击压缩破坏应力、冲击压缩破坏应变、弹性模量、冲击压缩应变能密度和动态劈裂拉伸破坏强度均有一定程度的增加。
