Effects of Tobacco Pathogens and Their Antagonistic Bacteria on Tobacco Root Exudates  [PDF]

Abstract: The research on relationship between rhizosphere microbes and root exudates has a great significance on discussion of interaction between rhizosphere microbes and plants, as well as control of soil-borne diseases and insect pest. GC-MS was used to analyze changes of tobacco root exudates under the antagonistic action of tobacco bacterial wilt and black shank. It turned out that when pathogens of tobacco bacterial wilt and black shank in tobacco root microorganisms increase, tobacco root exudates augmented rapidly among of which organic acids have the biggest growth, followed by amines. When the pathogens of tobacco bacterial wilt and black shank are inhibited by the active substance of antagonistic antibacterial, 20 - 23 kinds of root exudates are added; besides, the content of 7 substances was reduced to 0. Another inter-esting finding was that the fluctuations of phthalic acid, isophthalic acid and benzoic acid, which have caused continuous cropping obstacles, were very dis-tinct. The results of this study have provided novel clues for the exploration of continuous tobacco cropping obstacles and soil-borne diseases.
Isolation of a Microorganic Strain for the High Volume Degradation of Aniline Blue and Its Application in Natural Sewage Treatment  [PDF]

Abstract: Aniline blue, one of the triphenylmethane dyes, is the most commonly produced and used of these dyes yet it is also the most dangerous and the most serious cause of pollution amongst them. An exploration of aniline blue degradation is likely to facilitate an understanding of the degradation mechanism for a range of related dyes. In this study, we managed to isolate a particular strain of microorganism, identified to be Lysinibacillus fusiformis N019a, which showed a significant capacity for aniline blue degradation in both laboratory tests and natural sewage treatment. In analysis aided by a UV-Visible spectrophotometer, we found that 96.7% of aniline blue had degraded within 24 hours under laboratory conditions. When treating natural sewage, 80.1% of the aniline blue was removed after just 16 hours. Further analysis has shown that Lysinibacillus fusiformis N019a has a strong resistance to Cu2+, Mn2+, Zn2+, and Pb2+

Abstract: The bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)methane molecule of the title compound, C15H12N4·2H2O, displays a trans conformation with a twofold axis running through the methylene C atom. Two adjacent water molecules are bonded to this molecule through O—H...N hydrogen bonds, forming a trimer. Adjacent trimers are connected together via C—H...O interactions, forming a chain running along the b-axis direction. Two such chains are joined together via π–π interactions [centroid–centroid distance = 3.556 (2) ], forming double chains, which are connected via the water molecules through C—H...O associations, forming a sheet structure. The sheets are stacked on top of each other along the a-axis direction and connected through O—H...O and C—H...O interactions, forming a three-dimensional ABAB layer network structure.

Abstract: O-phthalic acid is a kind of important pollutant, which accumulates in the environment with the extensive use of plastics and other products. Meanwhile, phthalic acid is one of the high content of allelopathic autotoxic substances secreted by tobacco. The accumulation of phthalic acid in soil is an important cause of tobacco continuous cropping effect. In order to degrade phthalic acid accumulated in environment, the barrier effect of tobacco continuous cropping caused by phthalic acid accumulation in soil can be removed. A strain capable of degrading phthalic acid was isolated from sludge of sewage treatment plant and compared with 16 s DNA. The homology between this strain and Enterobacter sp. is 99%. The optimum growth conditions are as follows: pH7 at 30°C, 500 mg/L of o-phthalic acid, inoculation concentration ≥ 1.2% and its highest degradation rate of o-phthalic acid is 74%. The results of pot experiment showed that the degradation efficiency of o-phthalic acid in soil was about 40%, which alleviated the inhibitory effect of o-phthalic acid accumulation on tobacco growth.

Abstract: 本文介绍了微球菌(Micrococcussp)1504胞外脂肪酶的代谢调节模式。发现在发酵培养基中,通过补加长链脂肪酸及其油酯,能提高脂肪酶的生产水平,而中、短链脂肪酸及其酯抑制产酶能力;高浓度的葡萄糖抑制产酶能力;补加不同浓度的橄揽油,适宜补加时间也应不同。水洗细胞脂肪酶的合成受橄榄油和油酸诱导,受葡萄糖和甘油阻遏,并发现脂肪酶的分解代谢阻遏主要发生在转录水平上。

Abstract: The centrosymmetric title compound, [Cu2(C10H8N2)2(C25H22P2)2](BF4)2, consists of discrete dinuclear cations and tetrafluoroborate anions. The two CuI centers are bridged by the phosphine ligands to form an eight-membered ring. The CuI center exhibits a tetrahedral coordination as it is chelated by the N-heterocycle.

Abstract: The title compound, [CoCl2(C10H11N3)2]·2CH3OH, crystallizes with an elongated Co coordination polyhedron in a very distorted octahedral geometry. Both naphthyridine ligands coordinate to the Co atom via two N atoms in a bidentate chelating mode. The remaining coordination sites are occupied by two Cl atoms. Two uncoordinated solvent methanol molecules are hydrogen bonded to the Cl atoms. Additional N—H...O, C—H...Cl and N—H...Cl hydrogen bonds, and π–π stacking interactions [centroid–centroid distance 3.664 (4) ], give rise to a three-dimensional network structure.

Abstract: In the title compound, C10H16N42+·2NO3 , the organic cation is located around an inversion centre. The imidazolium ring forms a dihedral angle of 62.7 (3)° with the plane defined by the C atoms of the –(CH2)4– aliphatic linker. Two anions bind to the cation via three-centre N—H...O hydrogen bonds and thus discrete hydrogen-bonded ion triples are formed. The nitrate is approximately coplanar with the imidazolium ring to which it binds.

Abstract: In this paper, we first derive a Sobolev inequality along the harmonic-Ricci flow. We then prove a linear parabolic estimate based on the Sobolev inequality and Moser's iteration. As an application, we will obtain an upper bound estimate for the heat kernel under the flow.
