Abstract: The appropriation of the new technologies is a key aspect to maintain high competitiveness in a globalized economy for telecom carriers. The benefits provided by these new technologies allow them to easily adapt to the market conditions and to satisfy the changing needs of increasingly demanding users. One of these technologies is the JAIN SLEE specification, which presents a highly robust platform for rapid development and deployment of new value-added services. However the high degree of complexity of this technology limits the exploitation of its benefits and capabilities. In this paper, we propose a set of guidelines for value-added service development on JAIN SLEE environments based in the principles and guidelines for service creation defined in SOA, in order to facilitate this process. La apropiación de nuevas tecnologías por parte de los operadores de telecomunicaciones es un aspecto clave para mantener una alta competitividad en una economía globalizada. Los beneficios que proporcionan estas nuevas tecnologías les permiten a los operadores adaptarse fácilmente a las condiciones del mercado y satisfacer las necesidades cambiantes de usuarios, cada vez más exigentes. Una de estas tecnologías es la Especificación JAIN SLEE, la cual presenta una plataforma altamente robusta para el rápido desarrollo y despliegue de nuevos servicios de valor agregado. Sin embargo, el alto grado de complejidad de esta tecnología limita la explotación de sus beneficios y capacidades. En este artículo se propone una serie de lineamientos para el desarrollo de servicios de valor agregado en entornos JAIN SLEE basados en los principios y lineamientos para la creación de servicios definidos por SOA, de forma que se facilite este proceso.

6-azidogalactosyl imidate has been used as a donor to generate 1-(4-aminobutyl)-6-aminogalactose, 6-aminothiotolyl- glycosides of disaccharide, trisaccharide and tetrasaccharide that incorporates 6-azido group and 1-(4-tolyl)thio group. Trisaccharide and tetrasaccharide were obtained from lactosyl-based acceptor. The anomeric 1-(4-tolyl)thio group could be used to conjugate with sphingosine analogs to provide the alpha-Gal Sph analogs for library extension from the azido group.

Self-Assembly in Micro- and Nanofluidic Devices: A Review of Recent Efforts

Abstract: Self-assembly in micro- and nanofluidic devices has been the focus of much attention in recent years. This is not only due to their advantages of self-assembling with fine temporal and spatial control in addition to continuous processing that is not easily accessible in conventional batch procedures, but they have evolved to become indispensable tools to localize and assimilate micro- and nanocomponents into numerous applications, such as bioelectronics, drug delivery, photonics, novel microelectronic architectures, building blocks for tissue engineering and metamaterials, and nanomedicine. This review aims to focus on the most recent advancements and characteristic investigations on the self-assembly of micro- and nanoscopic objects in micro- and nanofluidic devices. Emphasis is placed on the salient aspects of this technology in terms of the types of micro- and nanomaterials being assembled, the principles and methodologies, as well as their novel applications.
Experimental Study on Volume for Fly Ash of Building Block

Abstract: Fly ash is a waste substance from thermal power plants, steel mills, etc. That is found in abundance in the world. It has polluted the environment, wasting the cultivated land. This study introduces an experimental research on fly ash being reused effectively, the study introduces raw materials of fly ash brick, production process and product inspection, fly ash content could be amounted to 40%~75%. High doping fly ash bricks are manufactured, which selects wet fly ash from the power plants, adding aggregate with reasonable ratio and additives with reasonable dosage and do the experimental research on manufacture products for properties, production technology and selection about technology parameter of production equipment. Index of strength grade and freezing-thawing resisting etc and the high doping fly ash brick building which we are working on can achieve the national standard on building materials industry. Based on the tests, this achievement of research has a very wide practical prospect in using fly ash, industrial waste residue, environmental protection and reducing the cost of enterprises. The efficient reuse of fly ash from coal boiler and power plants has very vital significance of protecting the environment, benefiting descendants and developing of circular economy.
Building Blocks Incorporating Waste Materials Bound with Bitumen

Abstract: This paper described an investigation and evaluation which was carried out in the United Kingdom-UK, on the properties of masonry building block materials that incorporate waste materials, namely: steel slag, crushed glass, coal fly ash, rice husk ash (RHA), incinerator sewage sludge ash (ISSA), municipal solid waste incinerator bottom ash (MSWIBA) or shortened as IBA, bound with bitumen or asphalt, named as Bitublock. The binder used was 50 pen bitumen. The properties of the blocks evaluated were: compressive strength, density, porosity, initial rate of suction (IRS), creep, and volume stability. It was found that the Bitublock performance can be improved by optimizing porosity and curing regime. Compaction level of 2 MPa and curing regime of 200°C for 24 hours gave satisfactory bitublock performances that at least comparable to concrete block found in the United Kingdom (UK). The Volume stability (expansion) of the unit is affected by environment relative humidity.

In nature, the most possible reason that helix is chosen as the basic structure of life molecule is based on its simplest chiral three-dimensional structure. The process of the conversion from chemical molecules to double helical molecules is completed by the topology effect which belongs to the simplest way to form helix, and no external power is needed; moreover, the energy of double helix has fixed drive direction [1]. The dual-branch loop helix (II)—the transition state of double helix has many uses, for example, it can be turned to double helix, and it may be broken into two fragments of a and b which can construct more complicated structures. Building a Productive Domain-Specific Cloud for Big Data Processing and Analytics Service  [PDF]

Cloud Computing as a disruptive technology, provides a dynamic, elastic and promising computing climate to tackle the challenges of big data processing and analytics. Hadoop and MapReduce are the widely used open source frameworks in Cloud Computing for storing and processing big data in the scalable fashion. Spark is the latest parallel computing engine working together with Hadoop that exceeds MapReduce performance via its in-memory computing and high level programming features. In this paper, we present our design and implementation of a productive, domain-specific big data analytics cloud platform on top of Hadoop and Spark. To increase user’s productivity, we created a variety of data processing templates to simplify the programming efforts. We have conducted experiments for its productivity and performance with a few basic but representative data processing algorithms in the petroleum industry. Geophysicists can use the platform to productively design and implement scalable seismic data processing algorithms without handling the details of data management and the complexity of parallelism. The Cloud platform generates a complete data processing application based on user’s kernel program and simple configurations, allocates resources and executes it in parallel on top of Spark and Hadoop.

In order to improve their international competitiveness, these brands must do the following: attaching importance to product R & D and design, strictly controlling product quality, strengthening self-brand building, improving supply chain management system, expanding sales channels and establishing Customer Service Center and so on.

Abstract: This paper gives a general thinking for service branding through the perspective of value co-creation orientation. Firstly, the paper reviews the background of service branding from service marketing and product brand. And then the paper discusses the process of service branding in ways of different models. The perspective of value co-creation orientation comes from S-D logic. Based on the changing from goods dominant logic to S-D logic, service branding process has been changed into different parts. We have a further discussion on this perspective and give some further research directions in order to enrich this area.
