Hermeneutical Engineering of Requirements  [PDF]
Wagner Varalda, ítalo S. Vega
Journal of Computer and Communications (JCC) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/jcc.2017.52002
Abstract: The Software Engineering aims to develop, within the deadlines and costs established, quality software and that meets the needs of its users. To be made the definition of what the software should do (to establish its purpose), it included the execution of activity the Requirements Engineering, where the context of software to be developed is identified, examined and specified. All other activities of software development depend primarily on this activity. However, there is a problem increasingly in evidence: understand the context of software to be developed. This article aims to present a proposal to face this problem through the use of specific hermeneutical methods for the Requirements Engineering, which will help the software development team understand the original needs of the business to be attended. The basic idea is to produce a hermeneutic specification acceptable, which will be used for the extraction and the specification of the software requirements to be developed. In essence, the hermeneutics focuses on the true interpretation and understanding in contextualized of what is intended to know. The Hermeneutical Engineering of Requirements comes to be the result of the adequacy of methods hermeneutical to assist, specifically the activity of Engineering of Requirements.
Sánchez Vega,Rosaura;
Letras , 2009,
Abstract: the aim of this study is to examine the story ?contracuerpo? (counterbody) (1988) of wilfredo machado, the process of rewriting of ?arco secreto? (secret arch) (1947) of gustavo díaz solís and ?la mano junto al muro? (the hand by the wall) (1951) of guillermo meneses. also, we aim at analyzing the characteristic features of narrative of the 1080s that are present in the text. on the basis of literary theorists a diversity of re-writing processes are discussed: verbal repetition, repetition and difference, digressions, second formulation of devices, story and characters. in the light of post modernity theorists and other critics, argumentations about postmodern trends and other textual traits of the story are reinforced. as a conclusion, the meanings in ?contracuerpo? derive from re-writing: as it refers the reader to previous texts and joins a new narrative contexture with its own nature, it induces the effect of continuity between the preceding short story and that of the 1980s.
El "estado de excepción" de la filosofía
Vega Encabo,Jesús;
An??lisis filos?3fico , 2010,
Abstract: how to think today about the nature and value of the philosophical reflection? the pervasive influence of the model of expert knowledge seems to require a selfunderstanding of philosophy as a discipline among the disciplines. this paper argues that philosophy should resist this move. so i will defend a kind of "exceptionalism" for philosophy based on the idea that philosophy cannot pretend to be a discipline. be true or not that philosophical activities are nowadays institutionally legitimized by the principles of a canon, i will suggest a strategy of transgression of the canon by rejecting any assimilation of philosophy to a discipline, even if an "anomalous" one. philosophy must contribute to the understanding of our different ways of conceptualizing and transforming the world and to make sense of human experience. the thesis of this paper is that philosophy must claim a "state of emergency" for itself a open a space for freely questioning what it appears as obvious and unchallengeable.
"Traslación" y adaptación de técnicas: Tecnologías apropiadas y procesos de transferencia
Encabo,Jesús Vega;
Revista iberoamericana de ciencia tecnolog?-a y sociedad , 2004,
Abstract: the present article characterizes the processes of technical transfer using the concept of "translation", a term that allows to focus the analysis on the adaptative transformation of the technique in the new context to which it is transferred. from this point of view, the spreading and transfer of techniques could be conceived as cultural transmission processes, which set in a central position the technical abilities and the universe of cultural values that will frame the usage of the translated technology. later, the author reflects about concrete processes of technical translation, especially those referred to developing countries, and carefully analyzing the idea of "appropriate (or convenient) technology". the idea, arose as an attempt to find adequate criteria for the translation of techniques to other contexts, sets the stage for introducing factors internal to the technique design (such as effectiveness and feasibility), and elements that are external (such as the evaluation of its fitness or sustainability). criteria have to be universally conceived, though they are applied according to contextual factors.
Falla renal aguda por fenazopiridina: Report of one case
Vega S.,Jorge;
Revista médica de Chile , 2003, DOI: 10.4067/S0034-98872003000500010
Abstract: a 27 years old woman was admitted due to abdominal cramps, jaundice and oligoanuria, starting 48 hours after eating chinese food. hepatic biochemical tests, abdominal ultrasound and retrograde pyelography were normal. the urine was intensely orange colored and microscopic analysis was normal. the serum creatinine and urea nitrogen on admission were 4.59 and 42.5 mg/dl and rose to 13.5 and 72.4 mg/dl, respectively, at the 6th hospital day. oliguria lasted only 48 hours. dialysis was not used, since the patient was in good general condition and uremic symptoms were absent. on the 7th day, azotemia began to subside and at the 14th day, serum creatinine was 1.0 mg/dl. before hospital discharge, she confessed the ingestion of 2.000 mg of phenazopyridine, during a nervous breakdown, aiming to sleep deeply. remarkable was the persistence of the orange color of her urine during several days and the dissociation between the rate of increase of serum creatinine with respect to urea nitrogen. this is an unusual case of acute renal failure caused by an overdose of a drug, commonly prescribed for urinary tract infections (rev méd chile 2003; 131: 541-4).

A. Sáez Vega
A este pH se evaluaron dos fuentes de nitrógeno orgánico (extracto de levadura y peptona) y dos inorgánicos (NH4Cl y NaNO3 The e ect of four nitrogen sources on the enzymatic activity of alkaline proteases from a wild strain of Alkalophilic Bacillus sp cultivated to di erent concentrations from CSL (Corn Steep Liquor). was evaluated. The growth of the strain is not a ected by pH of inoculation of 7,0, 8,5 and 9,5, in contrast to the enzymatic activity and true protein production, that had their better results to initial pH of 8,5. To this initial pH of 8,5; two organic nitrogen sources (yeast extract and peptone) and two inorganic ones were evaluated (NH4Cl and NaNO3). With peptone the best enzymatic activity to a relation appeared to molar C/N between 1 and 2 was found. For the studied interval of % CSL (0,5 to 2% p/v) the concentration of the CSL does not a ect the enzymatic activity.
