Does Indirect Tax Increase the Income Gap between Urban and Rural Areas?
—Based on the Analysis of Thayer Index

Abstract: In the process of economic and social development, serious income gap exists between urban and rural areas in our country, indirect tax—as our main taxes should play income distribution function to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas. By using the consumption expenditure data of urban residents, the indirect tax burden of urban residents is estimated. The indirect tax burden of rural residents will be estimated by using the indirect tax data and the rural population. Compared with their respective income levels, we can draw the conclusion that the indirect tax is regressive between urban and rural residents. Using Tal index between 1994 and 2013 to measure urban and rural residents income gap, the empirical analysis of commodity tax shows that value added tax has a negative effect on income gap between urban and rural areas; business tax and consumption tax has a positive effect on income gap between urban and rural areas. However, negative effects brought by the VAT tax are greater than the business tax and consumption tax, indirect tax whose main body is VAT is worsening income distribution as a whole. The reform program to replace the business tax with a value-added tax will be expanded so that the proportion of value added tax will further increase. Combined with the empirical results, we put forward the policy which can perfect the indirect tax’s influence on income gap between urban and rural areas.

Abstract: Il s’agit dans cet article d’une réflexion sur l’élaboration du curriculum institutionnel en didactique des langues, en l’occurrence, du fran ais langue étrangère mais dans le contexte chinois et plus exactement à l’Université des Langues étrangères de Beijing (Beiwai) où nous travaillons actuellement. Après avoir défini le curriculum comme l’architecture pédagogique d’un système éducatif depuis les finalités jusqu’à l’évaluation et distingué plusieurs notions voisines donc prêtant à confusion telles que le programme d’études, le parcours, le cursus et le syllabus, nous procédons à une description interprétative de l’élaboration du curriculum de FLE à Beiwai en tant que processus de réforme institutionnelle et didactologique, en traitant plus spécialement du contexte institué et instituant dans le sens de l’université et de la société, et du curriculum proprement dit sur la forme comme sur le fond. Il en ressort quatre principes directeurs, détaillés dans la troisième et dernière partie, qui pourraient à notre sens guider la rédaction ou la réécriture d’un curriculum chinois de FLE novateur, efficace, réaliste et fortement contextualisé : l’analyse critique et sereine de l’environnement d’enseignement/apprentissage , la primauté du sujet apprenant et de l’apprentissage, l’importance d’une évolution progressive à partir de l’acquis et l’inscription de la réforme curriculaire dans la mouvance pédagogique internationale.
Effects of Guanxinkang on expressions of ATP-sensitive potassium channel subunits Kir6.1, Kir6.2, SUR2A and SUR2B in ischemic myocytes of rats

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effects of Guanxinkang injection, a compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine, on ATP-sensitive potassium (KATP) channel subunits in ischemic myocardial cells of rats, and to explore the mechanism of Guanxinkang in protecting myocardial ischemic reperfusion injuries.Methods: Forty-eight Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, untreated group, glibenclamide group, pinacidil group, Guanxinkang group and Guanxinkang plus glibenclamide group. The ventricular myocytes were prepared from hearts of normal rats by enzymatic dissociation method. The ischemic ventricular myocytes underwent perfusion with normal Tyrode' solution for 10 min, then stopping perfusion 30 min, and followed by 45 min of reperfusion. The glibenclamide, pinacidil and Guanxinkang were added into ventricular myocytes solution directly. Then the solutions were placed at 4 ℃. After 24-hour freezing at -80 ℃, mRNA and protein expressions of KATP subunits Kir6.1, Kir6.2, SUR2A and SUR2B were measured by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting respectively. Results: In normal rat myocardial cells, there were SUR2A, Kir6.1, and Kir6.2 protein and gene expressions but no expression of SUR2B protein. In the untreated group, all subunit mRNA and protein expressions of KATP increased to some extent as compared with the normal group. Pinacidil, a potassium channel opener, significantly increased mRNA and protein expressions of KATP subunits, while the blocker glibenclamide had a reverse effect. Meanwhile, Guanxinkang injection significantly increased mRNA and protein expressions of KATP subunits but with no significant difference as compared with pinacidil. Conclusion: Guanxinkang injection can obviously enhance the open of KATP channel and thus play a role in cardiovascular protection.

The author of this article expatiates on the relationships between syndrome differentiation and disease identification, constitution differentiation and syndrome differentiation, stage differentiation and syndrome differentiation, time differentiation and syndrome differentiation, macroscopic differentiation of syndrome and microcosmic differentiation of syndrome, and integral syndrome differentiation and local syndrome differentiation, and then states that it is necessary for us to establish a multivariate diagnosis system to adapt to the complex clinical practice.

Impact of Brake Pad Structure on Temperature and Stress Fields of Brake Disc

Abstract: Utilizing ABAQUS finite element software, the study established the relationship between a brake pad structure and distributions of temperature and thermal stress on brake disc. By introducing radial structure factor and circular structure factor concepts, the research characterized the effect of friction block radial and circumferential arrangement on temperature field of the brake disc. A method was proposed for improving heat flow distribution of the brake disc through optimizing the position of the friction block of the brake pad. Structure optimization was conducted on brake pads composed of 5 or 7 circular friction blocks. The result shows that, with the same overall contact area of friction pair, an appropriate brake pad structure can make the friction energy distribute evenly and therefore lowers peak temperature and stress of the brake disc. Compared with a brake pad of 7 friction blocks, an optimized brake pad of 5 friction blocks lowered the peak temperature of the corresponding brake disc by 4.9% and reduced the highest stress by 10.7%. 1. Introduction Disc brake is widely used currently for high-speed train braking. It transforms dynamic energy into heat energy by utilizing friction between brake pad and brake disc and then dissipates the heat energy through heat exchange. This process involves heat transfer, structural features, mechanical characteristics, material properties, and other aspects and is a complex thermal-mechanical coupling process. Focusing on brake pressure, brake disk, brake mode, brake pad material, and other factors, domestic and foreign scholars have conducted many studies on the brake disc temperature and stress in the braking process through test experiments and finite element analyses. Chung Kyun Kim and so forth [1–4] studied the temperature field and stress field of brake disc. To lower the calculation difficulty and cost, they simplified brake disc into a 2D axisymmetric model, assuming that heat flow transmission and contact condition are unrelated to circular coordinate changes of the brake disc. The simplified 2D axisymmetric model, however, ignored the flow of the heat source. Based on axisymmetrical hypothesis, papers [5–8] chose one of symmetrical round angles of brake disc as analysis target, established 3D circular symmetrical finite element model of the brake disc, and studied the temperature field and stress of the brake disc. Abstract: In this article ,firstly, according to the interaction characteristics in business network enterprise resources is classified into two different kinds, synergic resource and non-synergic resource. Then, based on the analysis of the implications of synergic resource, a model which is used to analyze the interactive regulations of the synergic resource and the synergy among networking agents is put forward. Finally, several typical kinds of business network which come into being in the area of economic management are simulated utilizing the foregoing model and the neural network method. A serial of hypotheses about synergic resource interactive regulations are set forth based on the simulation results.

Abstract: MV Sgr is a hot, hydrogen-deficient star which has undergone R CrB fadings. We have used self-correlation analysis and Fourier analysis of CCD V photometry in the AAVSO International Database to identify a period of 8.0 days in this star; the amplitude is about 0.03 mag. The variability is most likely due to pulsation.
