Abstract: 摘要: 社区发现在很多领域都有非常重要的应用。受经典电路网络中的阻抗原理启发,提出了一个新颖的社区发现算法。该算法通过迭代调用基于网络总阻抗的割边选择模型来实现社区发现的目标。在每一次迭代过程中,割边选择模型采用启发式策略割除恰当数量的边,使得割边后的网络有效阻抗最大化。理论分析表明该算法具有较低的算法复杂度。利用仿真数据和真实数据对算法进行测试,实验结果表明算法性能良好。
Abstract: Community detection has a number of important applications in many areas. Inspired by the principle of effective resistance in traditional electrical circuit, we propose a novel community detection algorithm which can discover communities by iteratively calling the edge-cutting selection model based on the total effective resistance of a network. In each iteration, the edge-cutting selection model cuts an appropriate number of edges in order to maximize the total effective resistance of the updated network. Theoretical analysis shows that our algorithm has relatively low algorithm complexity degree. Extensive empirical experiments have been conducted on simulated and real complex networks, the results show that the proposed algorithm has good performance
Overwhelming postsplenectomy infection due to Mycoplasma pneumoniae in an asplenic cirrhotic patient: Case report

Abstract: We report a case of OPSI in a 41-year-old woman with hypersplenism associated with hepatitis B cirrhosis. We detected a significant Mycoplasma pneumoniae agglutination titer, but no evidence of infection with Chlamydia pneumoniae, Legionnella spp., or any other bacterial or fungal pathogens. She eventually died despite aggressive therapy.M. pneumoniae could be an underestimated cause of OPSI, and should be suspected in fulminant infectious cases in asplenic patients.Overwhelming postsplenectomy infection (OPSI) is a rare condition and extremely dangerous in asplenic individuals. The most common pathogen associated with OPSI is Streptococcus pneumoniae [1]. There have not been any published case reports on OPSI, in which Mycoplasma pneumoniae was implicated. We report here on an adult patient who had undergone splenectomy for hypersplenism associated with hepatitis B cirrhosis and eventually developed OPSI possibly caused by M. pneumoniae.On November 14, 2010, a 41-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with complaints of high fever and chills of 10-hour duration. Three weeks prior she had undergone a splenectomy for pancytopenia associated with splenomegaly caused by hepatitis B cirrhosis-related portal hypertension without esophageal varices (Figure 1). Her postoperative course was uneventful, and she was discharged 14 days after her operation. Due to her non-compliance, she was not administered the immunoprophylaxis vaccination. Immediately before her onset of fever, she had taken a sponge bath. Acetaminophen did not relieve the fever, and she was admitted to the local hospital 3 hours later when her temperature was 40.5°C. Her physicians only treated the fever and did not administer antibiotics. Three hours later she became disoriented, astatic, and incontinent of urine. At this time she was admitted to our hospital. Abstract: 利用红外测温仪,于2005~2006年在甘肃陇东旱原研究了我国北方冬麦区域的23个小麦品种(系)灌浆不同时期冠层温度的差异及其与产量和水分利用效率的关系。结果表明,不同基因型小麦在籽粒灌浆结实期存在着冠层温度高度分异的现象,其分异程度随灌浆过程的进行明显加大,到灌浆中后期达到最大。无论灌浆初期还是中期或中后期,旱地冬小麦产量、水分利用效率与冠层温度均呈极显著的负相关(R2=0.445-0.812),并且随着灌浆期推移,相关性增大,灌浆中后期冠层温度每升高1℃,旱地冬小麦产量减少近280 kg hm-2,水分利用效率下降约0.6 kg hm-2mm-1。灌浆中期以后不同基因型小麦冠层温度保持较高的一致性,冠层温度偏低的品种具有较高的产量和水分利用效率。灌浆中后期的冠层温度在评价小麦产量和水分利用效率上具有较高的可靠性,可作为一个田间选择指标应用。

Abstract: The objective of this study was to develop research of cardiac cells to reestablish 3D tissue architecture in vitro, we performed studies using collagen membrane as three-dimensional scaffold for cardiac cells culture with the principles and methods of tissue engineering. The polymer scaffold provides a 3-D substrate for cell attachment and tissue formation. Cardiac cells isolated by enzymatic digestion from 1d old neonatal rats were seeded to three-dimensional collagen scaffolds and tissue culture plates. The morphology, beating rate and the metabolic indexes, including specific consumption rate of glucose (q(glu)) , specific production rate of lactate (q(lac)), lactate transform rate ( Y(lac/glu)), specific creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activities of cardiac cells cultured on three-dimensional collagen membrane and tissue culture plates were compared. It was found that cells shape and cells' CK and LDH activity was no differences between 3D and 2D cultures and cell beat rate on cell culture cluster was slower than those cells cultured on collagen membrane, However the cell glucose consumption and lactate yield rate of cells cultured on cluster was higher than those cells cultured on collagen membrane. After 5 days of cultivation, cardiac cells cultured on collagen membrane scaffolds organized into three-dimensional (3D) aggregates as opposed to the two-dimensional (2D) aggregates mosaic pattern seen in tissue culture plates, and spontaneous and rhythmical contractile 3D cultures in unison were visible to the naked eye and the area of synchronous contract three-dimensional (3D) aggregates reaches 80cm2. The mean value of q(glu), q(lac) and Y(lac/glu) of cultured on three-dimensional collagen scaffold was 7.37 micromol/10(6) cells/d, 2.92 micromol/10(6) cells/ d and 0.38 micromol/micromol, versus 7.59 micromol/10(6)cells/d, 3.83 micromol/10(6) cells/d and 0.51 micromol/micromol in tissue culture plates. These results demonstrate that cardiac cells immobilized on collagen membrane in 3D cultures maintain similar metabolic activity and contractile function when compared with native cardiac cells. The above results support the idea that engineered cardiac tissue can be used as a model of native tissue for studies of tissue development and function in vitro and eventually for tissue repair in vivo.

Abstract: The morphological structure of PE obviously affects irradiated crosslinking. The more irregular in the arrangement of the structure of crystalline morphology is, the lower in crystallity and more interface will be, resulting in the formation of more crosslinkis between molecules.Through observation of spherulite deformation by drawing, etching and melting, We may perceive that crosslinking can occur at all interfaces, preferentially between lamellas.When the amount of gel reaches 92%, with the incresing of the does of irradia-tion the crystallinety decreases and the size of crystal becomes smaller. At the same time,the refractive index and density increase while the segmental orientation of macromolecule decreases.

Abstract: 聚乙烯(PE)用顺-1,4-丁二烯(PB)增韧改性以获得耐卷绕的被复线(一种野外用电话线)。采用光学显微镜、电子显微镜、X-射线衍射、光学解偏振等技术研究不同共混组成对序态结构的影响,以及序态结构与耐折性能之间的关系。结果表明,当PB由分散相开始转变成连续相以前,PB用量愈多,共混材料的耐折性能愈好。不论是线型、支化或分子量不同的PB,经用PB增韧后,其耐折性能可提高7.6—11.5倍左右。

Abstract: Based on the traditional adaptive threshold algorithm for segmentation of fingerprint images,this paper proposed an improved segmentation algorithm.According to either local gray-level-statistics of the junction regions between fingerprint and background,or regions with light or conglutinated ridges,the algorithm was capable of eliminating the blocking effect of the foreground image edges at a low computational cost.The experimental result demonstrates that the segmentation algorithm proposed is effective and robust to the pre-process of the fingerprint images.

Abstract: 测定了义乌市大气颗粒物中总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)及微量营养元素Fe、Mn和Cu的浓度,并对颗粒物粒径分布和外形进行了扫描电镜分析,同时分析了这3种金属的来源和沉降量。结果表明,微量营养元素Fe和Mn主要来源于地壳,而Cu来源于人为污染;Fe与Mn之间的相关性极显著;绝大部分颗粒物的粒径小于9μm;Fe和Mn湿沉降量大于干沉降量,而Cu以干沉降为主。

Abstract: By using the size distribution of cell aggregates, viable cell density, cell viability, specific consumption rate of glucose (q(glc)), specific production rate of lactate (q(lac)) and lactate transform rate (Y(lac/glc)) as the evaluation indexes, the effects of hydrodynamic on aggregates formation, growth and metabolism of HEK293 cells in suspension culture were examined in 250mL spinner-flasks by setting the agitation rates at 25, 50, 75 and 100r/min, respectively. It was found that agitation plays an important role in HEK293 cell aggregates formation and cell aggregates size distribution. After 7d cultivation in spinner-flasks operated at 50r/min and 75r/min, the average diameter of HEK293 cell aggregates was 201 microm and 175 microm, respectively, with the fraction of aggregates larger than 225 microm less than 10%. The cell viability was kept above 90% with the metabolic indexes, including q(glc), q(lac) and Y(lac/glc) kept constant. These results demonstrated that hydrodynamic derived from the proper agitation play a decisive role in controlling the formation and size distribution of HEK293 cell aggregates, and provided sufficient mass transfer to support the normal growth and metabolism of HEK293 cells in suspended aggregates.

Abstract: After having successfully constructed and expressed the gene of the anti-CD3/anti-CD20 bispecific single-chain antibody (bscCD3 x CD20), here we analyzed its in vitro bioactivity of mediating the lysis of Ramous human B-lymphoma cells in the presence of T-enriched human peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL). Obvious opoptosis characters were observed by Annexin V/PI(AV/PI) stained and scanning electron microscope. As evaluated by non-radioactive cytotoxity assay, the bscCD3 x CD20 showed potent bioactivity of mediating human B-lymphoma cells lysis in the presence of T-enriched human PBL. The potency of cytotoxicity depended on the ratios of effect cells to target cells (E:T) used. Further, the antibody showed a dose and time-dependent effect on mediating Ramous cells lysis. The specific lysis reached about 87.3% at an antibody concentration of 5microg/mL and E:T used at 10:1. Clear changes in apoptogenes expression profiles were detected by apoptosis gene array after Ramous cells were treated with the antibody and PBL. Among the upregulated apoptogenes, ATM and P53 showed an increase of 187 times and 15 times respectively, which suggested that ATM-p53 pathway may be the main apoptosis way of Ramous cells induced by T cells in the presence of the bscCD3 x CD20.
