Abstract: inverted schneiderian papilloma (isp) is a neoplasm of epithelial lining origin which arises in the respiratory mucosa that lines the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. the inverted schneiderian papilloma frequently appears as a unilateral lesion in the nasal septum and extends secondarily to the nasal and paranasal sinuses. this paper reports an unusual case of this pathology with involvement of the oral cavity in a 61-year-old white man. clinical evaluation revealed a vegetating mass in the alveolar ridge of the right maxilla that had been present for approximately 4 months. after radiographic evaluation, involvement of the maxillary sinus was detected. microscopic evaluation, in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical analysis of the specimen led to a diagnosis of isp moderate dysplasia associated with hpv infection

Abstract: The vulgar pemphigus is a chronic, rare, vesicle-bubble disease of autoimmune origin and with a possibility of following a dangerous clinical course when it is not diagnosed and treated in its initial stage. It usually affects people from 40 to 60 years old, being rare in children. In the majority of cases, oral manifestations are the first signs of the disease, so that dentists play an important rol in its early diagnosis. The authors present a case report of vulgar pemphigus in a 17 year-old patient, attended by the Bucco-Maxillo-Facial Surgery Service of the “Funda o de Beneficência Hospital de Cirurgia” in Aracaju-SE, Brazil. The patient was admitted with a complaint of the presence of numerous scattered painful ulcers in the mouth that had developed in approximately two months, and reported that at first, blisters that broke quickly appeared, leading to extremely painful ulcerations. Incisional biopsies were performed in the jugal mucosa and retromolar regions, and also a complete hemogram to discard the hypothesis of leukemia. In view of the clinical and histopathological findings, the final diagnosis of pemphigus vulgaris was made. Before receiving specialized treatment, the patient presented marked worsening of the clinical condition, with exacerbation of intraoral signs and symptoms and development of skin lesions around the body surface. The patient was hospitalized in the “Hospital Universitário da Universidade Federal de Sergipe” and treated with prednisone, cimetidine and nystatin, showing significant improvement of symptoms in approximately two weeks. At present, the patient is under the care of an interdisciplinary team that includes dermatologists and dentists.

Revista Brasileira de Zootecnia , 2010, DOI: 10.1590/S1516-35982010000900004
Abstract: the objective of this work was to evaluate the effects of cattle manure, reactive natural phosphate and biotite schist on the soil fertility, yield and nutritional status of megathyrsus spp. cv. massai. the experiment was conducted under field conditions, in a dystrophic red yellow latosol (oxisol). it was used a randomized block experimental design with the following treatments: three natural reactive rock phosphate from algeria (djebel-onk) doses (0, 100 and 200 kg ha-1 of p2o5), three biotite schist doses (0, 150 and 300 kg ha-1 of k2o) and three cattle manure doses (0, 20 and 40 t ha-1). the application of natural phosphate increased dry matter yield, however, application of cattle manure and biotite schist did not influence this variable. foliar levels of nitrogen, potassium and magnesium (cattle manure), phosphorous and boron (natural rock phosphate) and potassium (biotite schist) were influenced by the applied fertilizer doses. only the levels of phosphorous in the soil and in the plant and levels of magnesium and boron in the plant show interaction with dry matter yield of massai cultivar.

Abstract: The article broaches the last José de Alencar’s novel, Incarnation, focusing on specially the trajectory of protagonist, Amália, an ironic, sardonic and skeptic girl that didn’t belive ind love and was upset to the marriage, became an exemplary wife, truthful model of loving self-clenial. We will enplasize this process of change, detaching its main characteristic, to be something predetermined and necessary, according with the imaginary of the what does part. We will point still others peculiar aspects and nuances to the alencariana production and to the romantic temperament.

Golden Research Thoughts , 2013, DOI: 10.9780/22315063
Abstract: The aim of the present study was to investigation relationship between anthropometric indices with hands and feet strength of female students. In order to this purpose, all 17-21 years female students in lucknow that studied on 2011-2012 evaluated. Regarding to the study goals, this study was descriptive and experimental type. Among statistical population 377 female students from lucknow University randomly selected as the study sample. With regard to the standard methods, study variables such as height (cm), Weight (kg), leg length (cm), hand length (cm), hip circumference (cm), calf circumference (cm) and the BMI measured. The results showed that there are positive significant relationships between arm power with weight, height, arm circumference, hand length and BMI (á =0.05). The results also showed that there are positive significant relationships between leg power with, height, hand length and leg length (á =0.05).

Energy and Power Engineering (EPE) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/epe.2013.54034
Abstract:

The complementarity of energy resources used in hybrid power generation can result in optimization of power capacity and reservation capabilities. This article is dedicated to the study of hybrid hydro PV systems. The goal is to establish the relationship between system performance and complementarity of energy resources. The study was carried out with computer simulations based on a method that uses ideal functions developed to describe the energy resources and determines a limit of performance. The results confirm expectations that performance, as measured by the total time of failure to meet demand, will be better as energy resources are complementary. Charts relating energy complementarity with failures are presented. The subsequent research work shall proceed to at least two different phases. In the first one, the method exposed in the present work shall be applied to real data and compared to the operation of existing hybrid plants. In the second phase, results shall be confronted with design parameters of hydro PV plants based on complementary resources. A next stage would be the enlargement of the method applied in this work for systems based on other energy resources, such as wind energy and ocean wave energy.
