Abstract: the objective of this study is to analyze the distribution of the proanf resources between the federation units, during the last decade. the results show that, initially, the distribution of these resources became less concentrated. however, this trend changed at the end of the period, and, currently, the pronaf resources remains concentrated in a few states, mainly rio grande do sul, santa catarina, paraná and minas gerais. it was also observed that the distribution of the resources does not reflect, completely, the distribution of familiar agriculture between the states. these resources have been directed, mainly, to states whose participation in the value produced by familiar agriculture is high.

Revista IDeAS : Interfaces em Desenvolvimento, Agricultura e Sociedade , 2009,
Abstract: With the deregulation of the coffee there was the need to discuss availability, export and consumption of the product through a perspective encompassing all links in the industrial chain of coffee. The process of commercialization of coffee led to further deepening of the interdependence of the segments of the export industry and the productive sectors. In this sense, it was aimed to analyze the industrial chain of Brazilian coffee after deregulation and its adjustments to meet market demands. Data and information were obtained on the Internet and works precursors. The results showed that the coffee remains one of the most important Brazilian agribusiness. With deregulation, there was instability in prices and adjustments in both prices and the imperfections of the actors in the chain occurred slowly. On the other hand, the market dynamics printed right across the industrial chain of coffee. We have created new niche markets, with emphasis on product differentiation, quality, certification, social responsibility, least harmful to the environment. There was a migration of production to regions with better climatic conditions, Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo. Segment marketing, there has been more emphasis on the formulation of blends aligned to the process of product differentiation to meet the industries and importers.

Abstract: background: in the last 20 years, several papers have focused on demonstrating the impact of endoscopic ultrasonography findings on the management of different clinical scenarios in digestive disease. this fact is an indirect evidence of the difficulty of popularization of the method. on other hand, the limited availability of endoscopic ultrasonography in brazil is a direct evidence of this limitation. this was the rationale for the organization of a consensus meeting on endoscopic ultrasonography. it was aimed to identify the best evidence that support the use of endoscopic ultrasonography in gastroenterology. methods: a panel of experts on endoscopic ultrasonography was selected based on the files of the gastroenterology and endoscopy societies and on the registries of endoscope manufacturers. two members of the meeting selected the relevant topics that were transformed into questions. the topics and the questions were debated among the experts five months before the consensus meeting. the experts were asked to perform systematic reviews in order to answer the questions so it could be possible to grade the answers based on the strength of the evidence. during the two days of the meeting the answers were presented, debated and voted. consensus was reached when a minimum of 70% of the voters were in agreement. the final consensus report was submitted to the experts' evaluation and approval. results: seventy nine questions were debated by the experts at the pre-consensus meeting. as the result of this debate 85 questions came out and were assigned to the members of the panel. during the consensus meeting 22 experts debated and voted 85 answers. consensus was reached for several clinical scenarios for which the impact of endoscopic ultrasonography findings were supported by level 1 evidences: differential diagnosis of subepithelial lesions and thickening of gastric folds, staging and diagnosis of unresectable esophageal cancer, indirect signs of peritoneal involvemen
Basic microsurgery training: comments and proposal
Martins, Paulo Ney Aguiar;Montero, Edna Frasson de Souza;
Acta Cirurgica Brasileira , 2007, DOI: 10.1590/S0102-86502007000100014
Abstract: microsurgical techniques have been applied in many surgical specialties and have also a broad application in surgical research. it demands high technical skills and continued training. the microsurgical training is lengthy, very expensive and demands high commitment. the microsurgical skills should be first mastered in the lab and only then applied in the clinic. here, we propose a model of a training course in microsurgery. we also suggest that surgical societies involved with microsurgery promote training courses on a regular basis.

The paper analyzes the conditions that interfere with the setting of the physician in the Family Health Strategy. It is a qualitative research involving documentary analysis of human resources policies practiced, application and analysis of questionnaires and focus groups to identify the physicians' perception of their work in the strategy. There was a high turnover of doctors, determined by job dissatisfaction, poor working conditions and heavy workload. Among the characteristics of the human resources local politics stood out distortions in relation to remuneration, and problems with job plans, career and wages for family doctors, which limit and penalize the professional rise. The main reasons identified in the research that promote the continuity were identification with the strategy's philosophy, professional vocation and ability to serve the community. Reflections on human resources management in the strategy and SUS as a whole were presented, pointing out some of its main weaknesses, mostly including: deficiencies in vocational training policy for the specialty, insufficient regulation of the medical profession in Brazil by the State, and excessive political interference in the provision of p

Abstract: O vírus da Artrite-encefalite caprina (CAEV) pertence à família Retroviridae, gênero Lentivirus. O CAEV infecta caprinos do mundo inteiro causando artrite, encefalite, mamite, pneumonia e emagrecimento progressivo.
