O fen?meno recrutamento e sele??o de enfermeiros em hospitais: um enfoque fenomenológico

Abstract: this study had the purpose of showing the recruitment and selective process of nurses from their own experiences going through this process. the phenomenology was used as the methodological course, the phenomenon was based on the references by joel martins. the study was done from the speeches of eight nurses who went through the recruitment and selective process. the analysis of the speeches followed the moments of the phenomenological description, reduction and understanding until revealing the essence of the recruitment and selective process of nurses. from the phenomenological analysis of the speeches it was possible to get the aspects that represent the general understanding of the recruitment and selective process of nurses. in this way, the essence of the phenomenon was characterized by the relation among the man, the company and the society, these relations were influenced by several determinants beyond the situation. through this perspective, new horizons were opened concerning the thoughts about the recruitment and selective process of the nursing staff.

Abstract: the social phenomenology approach allowed us to understand that informatics projects are based on the biographic situation and the educational experiences of each teacher and their adoption happens voluntarily, in a reflection process on the favorable and unfavorable alternatives implied in the social context. thus, we conjecture about the construction of teachers' technological and pedagogical competences and pro-active institutional policies that adhere to the contemporary society, seeking to integrate the new technologies with the needs of the profession and the human dimension of nursing.

Abstract: A pesquisa objetiva desvelar, segundo a percep o dos enfermeiros docentes, o significado da inser o da informática no ensino de enfermagem. A abordagem da fenomenologia social possibilitou compreender que os projetos de informática est o baseados na situa o biográfica e nas experiências educacionais de cada docente, e a sua ado o ocorre, livremente, num processo de reflex o sobre as alternativas favoráveis e desfavoráveis do contexto social. Assim, vislumbra-se a constru o de competências tecnológicas e pedagógicas dos docente e de políticas institucionais pró-ativas aderentes à sociedade contemporanea, visando integrar as novas tecnologias às necessidades da profiss o e à dimens o humana da enfermagem.

Abstract: o presente estudo foi realizado em duas etapas, sendo a primeira a partir das descri??es de oito enfermeiras, chefes de servi?os, e a segunda a partir dos depoimentos de oito auxiliares e um atendente de enfermagem que vivenciam a lideran?a, na realidade hospitalar. o estudo teve por finalidade, desvelar a lideran?a segundo a percep??o das enfermeiras, auxiliares e atendentes de enfermagem e repensar o ensino, desse tema, no curso de gradua??o em enfermagem. a investiga??o buscou apoio no enfoque fenomenológico que resgata o ser-que-lidera e o ser-liderado como ser-no-mundo com suas experiências e interesses considerados acima de conteúdos, métodos e estilos de lideran?a. os depoimentos, dos sujeitos da pesquisa, foram registrados e interpretados na busca de convergências e de invariantes do fen?meno, visando ao seu des-velamento. assim na primeira etapa emergiram, das descri??es das enfermeiras, os temas:"concebendo a lideran?a"; "caracterizando o líder"; "o poder na lideran?a"; "as diferentes formas de liderar"; e "as condi??es para a lideran?a" na segunda etapa emergiram, dos depoimentos dos auxiliares e do atendente de enfermagem as categorias "o poder do líder"; "o significado da lideran?a"; "as características do líder"; e "os sentimentos do ser-liderado".

Abstract: this study addresses the culture and power influencing the organizational structure of the nursing services at a teaching hospital. the nursing service organizational structure (organization chart) was outlined due to the need of the general management of the hospital to standardize the nursing procedures. due to this situation, the nursing managers' interest has arisen to widen the power setting, strengthening nursing in an intra-institutional environment.

Abstract: teaching administration nursing service we've been worried about several variables of the instructive process that affect the teachers and the students, as advantage, attitudes, thinking and acting manner, values, expectations, previous experiences, among some. these uneasiness take us to check the educational practice experience, considering the teaching's ability. in this study, we intend to reveal the teacher's understanding about the ability to teach nursing throw the education's reality recognition. so, we adopted a quality methodology that allow us a comprehensive analysis of the teaching's speech at a public university in s?o paulo city. according to the methodology it was possible to get back four meaning unities that allowed us to prescribe the emerging subjects; teaching's understanding about technical ability, teaching's understanding about scientific-theretical ability, teaching's understanding about pedagogical ability and the teaching identity. this study permitted us to reveal some points considered outstanding about the teacher's ability, getting it back as the result in a complex and continuous process of technical, theoretical and pedagogical training. contained in a. several factors, psycological, social, ethical, economical, political and historical. we still understanding that the teacher's reflections about the teaching reality, in its totality, favouring the awareness and interfering positivly in thei" criticism. formation. finally there 'is a necessity to set up schools formation and up-dating centers and establish human political resources compatible with a renewed political of na educational action.

Abstract: Chile is facing one of its major intellectual revolutions in the last century: organised high school, college and university students have led the most salient educational reform since the one that took place during the dictatorship period. This phenomenon is a pacific revolution based on the power of sound, evidence-based, clear and robust ideas. The purpose of this short essay is to reflect some ideas on the conceptualisation of a shared decision making (SDM) process and how they could be transferred to the current students’ educational revolution in Chile. It provides a reflection on how SDM might concretely contribute to this educational reform and on what future steps could be taken to truly achieves a “participatory” democracy in Chile. According to the authors, this debate illustrates the extent to which the level of participation must rely not on particular individuals but on the establishment of a partnership between parties.

Abstract:

Aging and widowhood signal a real and symbolic landmark of change toward new vital experiences of elderly people. In the aging experience of women, there are three social age markers that participate directly in the construction of their identity as women during old age: menopause, work and widowhood. The present paper reports the results of a research on widowhood in old age and the experience of aging in elderly women in Chile. Through a qualitative methodological strategy, in depth biographic interviews were held with elderly people who were widowed after reaching 60 years of age, centering the analysis on its meanings on the body, health and death in old age, highlighting sociocultural aspects of the aging and widowing processes. Approaching widowhood in old age shows us not only a person who has lost a husband, but also what it means to be an elderly woman in a life experience continuum that also brings about key changes to understand the aging process of people, because marital relations can get to be determining factors for the construction of the identity of women and their experience of the aging process.

Abstract: this study investigates the conceptions of development, knowledge and education, that the government of c projects spins, in the document ?towards a national strategy of innovation for the development? created by the national advice for the competitiveness, between years 2006 and 2008, being contemplated in this analysis the executive summaries of volumes i and ii. one looks for from critical and complex a perspective to approach dynamic which they emerge and they sublie in the these conceptions, being explored contributions that the critical analysis of the speech can contribute in the understanding of the prevailing ideologies in the model of effective social development in our country. we will maintain that the conceptions of development, education and knowledge, have been incorporated in the speech, therefore they have a latent ideological dominion, that risks the homogenización and unidimensionality of the strategies of social development of the country.
