Goulart, Patrícia Martins;
Estudos de Psicologia (Natal) , 2009, DOI: 10.1590/S1413-294X2009000200005
Abstract: this article presents the process of adaptation of the questionnaire on means of work - qmow in brazil. this instrument is integrated by two inventories and four scales about significance, perceptions, assignments, values and attitudes concerning the act of working. the methodological procedure to validated the instrument is constituted by following stages: systematization of theoretical and empirical basis on which is built the qmow original version, the pilot instrument administration and the pre-test by the adapted version, including 680 people, with predominantly young adults, of the masculine and feminine sexes, from different work backgrounds and different degrees of schooling and income levels. the psychometrics data obtained from the instrument has shown a high internal consistency to the total of items of the inventories and scales and it has evidenced that qmow portuguese version is appropriate for administration in a brazilian context.

Accessibility and exchange of plant germplasm by Embrapa
Bustamante, Patrícia Goulart;Ferreira, Francisco Ricardo;
Crop Breeding and Applied Biotechnology , 2011, DOI: 10.1590/S1984-70332011000500016
Abstract: this paper presents information about the organizational structure of embrapa's banks and collections of plant germplasm and lists the 14 projects that comprise the plant genetic resources network which houses about 200 000 access and correspond to a collection of 300 genera, 787 species (90 % exotic). the main goal of the plant genetic resources network is being a source of variability for breeders of nationally and internationally research institutions. the paper also presents the different ways of knowing and accessing the collection of plant genetic resources maintained at embrapa. special emphasis is given to the way of the researchers can import and export plant germplasm, including presentation of a series of accessions exchanged in the last 35 years by embrapa genetic resources and biotechnology. the paper also provides the necessary documents and specifies the step-by-step to exchange and quarantine of germplasm held by embrapa genetic resources and biotechnology.
Efeito do tempo de armazenamento de minestacas no enraizamento de clones de Eucalyptus grandis x E. urophylla
Goulart, Patrícia Bueno;Xavier, Aloisio;
Revista árvore , 2008, DOI: 10.1590/S0100-67622008000400008
Abstract: the objective of the present work was to evaluate the effect of the storage time of minicuttings on the rooting process of four clones of eucalyptus grandis x e. urophylla. the minicuttings were collected in a clonal minigarden carried on in a hydroponic system in small gutters. the experimental design used was of random plots, in a factorial arrangement 6 x 4, constituted by six treatments (cutting after collection, cutting after storage in cold chamber per 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 days) and four clones, in four repetitions and plots of 16 plants per repetition. evaluations of the rooting percentage and growth of the rooted minicuttings in a greenhouse, a shade house and in the open sun were made. it was concluded that planting the minicuttings right after the collection in the clonal miniorchard had the best rooting response for the four clones studied and also that there was a negative effect of the storage, even when stored for a short period of time.
Influência do modo de acondicionamento de miniestacas no enraizamento de clones de Eucalyptus grandis x E. urophylla
Goulart, Patrícia Bueno;Xavier, Aloisio;
Revista árvore , 2010, DOI: 10.1590/S0100-67622010000300004
Abstract: the objective of the present study was to evaluate the influency of the conditioning method on the rooting process of mini-cuttings of four eucalyptus grandis x e. urophylla clones. the mini-cuttings were collected in a mini-clonal hedge carried out in a hydroponic system in small gutters. the experimental design used was of random plots, constituted by five treatments (conditioning of the mini-cuttings in a horizontal position in the container; in a vertical position in vermiculite; in a vertical position in vermiculite+activated carbon; in a vertical position in vermiculite+phytus, and in a vertical position in vermiculite+pvp) and four clones, in four repetitions and plots of 16 plants per repetition. evaluations were made of the rooting percentage, height, diameter of the stem and dry mass of the aerial and root parts of the rooted minicuttings in a greenhouse, a shade house and in the open sun. it was concluded that the best results were obtained with the conditioning of the mini-cuttings in a vertical position in vermiculite and, depending on the clone, the vermiculite can be associated with pvp.

Revista árvore , 2008, DOI: 10.1590/S0100-67622008000600010
Abstract: the objective of the present work was to evaluate the efficiency of the growth regulators iba and ana on the rooting of minicuttings of four clones of eucalyptus grandis x e. urophylla. the minicuttings were collected in a clonal minigarden under a hydro phonic system in small gutters. the experiment was arranged in a randomized design with plots in a 2 x 5 x 4 factorial constituted of two growth regulators (iba and ana), five doses of each growth regulator and four clones, in four repetitions and plots of 16 plants per repetition. the evaluations were carried out in a greenhouse, a shade house and in the open sun for survival rate, height, stem diameter and dry mass of the aerial and root parts of the rooted minicuttings. it was concluded that using iba in doses between 500 and 2,000 mg l-1 was more efficient than using ana for the four clones studied.
