A Study on the Interactive Relationship between Housing Price and Land Price in Beijing
—From the Perspective of Co-Integration Analysis and Granger Causality Test

Abstract: Based on VAR model, this paper employs Granger causality test to analyze the interactive relationship between housing price and land price in Beijing. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) there is a positive co-integration relationship between housing price and land price in Beijing. Without considering other factors, housing price rises an average of 0.41 percent when land price rises 1 percent in the long term so that reducing land price is an effective way to lower housing price; 2) the Granger causality between Beijing housing price and land price changes with the length of time, but on the whole, housing price has a relatively larger impact on land price. Hence, the implication for policy makers is that it is more significant for controlling housing price rather than land price.

Abstract: In this study, the detection method of tea saponin has been studied firstly. Determining the maximum absorption wavelength is 540 nm. Standard curve equation is y = 0.0015x - 0.0885. The correlation coefficient r = 0.9983 (p < 0.01). The relative standard deviation is 1.13%. Reclaimable rate of adding standard sample is 89.5% - 97.7%. Comparing vanille-sulfuric acid of gravimetric determination, the maximum deviation is 3.27%, indicating that vanille-sulfuric acid method is worth of quantitative analysis of tea saponin.

Abstract: Taking China’s 56 national high-tech zones as the research objects, this paper respectively dis-cusses the decomposition, features and diversity issues of the operational efficiency of the high- tech zones, based on DEA evaluation of its comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. This research shows: 1) Over the years, the operating efficiency of China’s high- tech zones characterizes cycle development, and the low efficiency of the “first entrepreneurship” and “secondary entrepreneurship” stages result from invalid scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency; 2) China’s high-tech zones can be divided into four types, namely, the versatile and efficient type, the inefficient scale type, the inefficient allocation type and the continuous improvement type, and the low efficiency of high-tech zones is mainly rooted in pure technical inefficiency.

Abstract: Immunosuppression associated with infections of nematode parasites has been documented. Cysteine protease inhibitor (CPI) released by the nematode parasites is identified as one of the major modulators of host immune response. In this report, we demonstrated that the recombinant CPI protein of Ascaris lumbricoides (Al-CPI) strongly inhibited the activities of cathepsin L, C, S, and showed weaker effect to cathepsin B. Crystal structure of Al-CPI was determined to 2.1 ? resolution. Two segments of Al-CPI, loop 1 and loop 2, were proposed as the key structure motifs responsible for Al-CPI binding with proteases and its inhibitory activity. Mutations at loop 1 and loop 2 abrogated the protease inhibition activity to various extents. These results provide the molecular insight into the interaction between the nematode parasite and its host and will facilitate the development of anthelmintic agents or design of anti-autoimmune disease drugs.

Abstract: 北祁连造山带经历了洋盆的打开到闭合这一完整的Wilson旋回,并发育有大量与之相关的花岗质岩体.加深对花岗岩的研究可以为重建俯冲-增生/碰撞造山格架提供关键线索.对带内西段的青山二长花岗岩体进行了岩相学以及造岩矿物化学成分的电子探针原位分析,厘定了其矿物形成的物理化学条件,进一步约束了其岩石成因和构造背景.研究表明,青山二长花岗岩中钾长石全部为正长石,斜长石为中酸性的中长石和更长石,黑云母属镁质黑云母,角闪石则为镁角闪石亚类.锆石饱和温度平均为750 ℃,黑云母的结晶温度平均为647 ℃,氧逸度为-15,推测岩体固结压力约为1.85×108 Pa,形成深度约 6.73 km.矿物化学特征显示,青山二长花岗岩为具I型花岗岩特征的低熔线花岗岩,并具有壳幔岩浆混源的特点,可能为含水条件下形成的钙碱性花岗岩.
The North Qilian orogenic belt underwent a complete Wilson Cycle through opening and closing of an ocean basin. Deepening the research of granite within can provide pivotal clues to reconstruct the subductionaccretion/collision orogenic framework. On the basis of systematic petrological and petrographical research, this paper conducts electron microprobe analysis on the main rock-forming minerals, aiming to determine the physicochemical conditions during rock formation and provide further constraints on the petrogenesis and tectonic setting. Results show that Qingshan monzogranite is mainly composed of K-feldspar (orthoclase), plagioclase (andesine-oligoclase), biotite(magnesian biotite), amphibole (magnesiohornblende) and quartz. Zircon saturation thermometer shows that the average temperature of initial magma is 750 ℃. Meanwhile, mineral chemistry analysis reveals that the average crystallization temperature for biotite is 647 ℃ and the oxygen fugacity during the rock formation is -15, corresponding to solidification depth of 6.73 km and solidification pressure of 1.85×108 Pa. The data in this paper indicates that Qingshan monzogranite is I-type subsolvus granite, with the features of crust-mantle mixed source. Thus, it is proposed that Qingshan monzogranite belongs to calc-alkaline granite and produced under water-bearing condition

Abstract: There are typical moraines in four areas in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau. We obtained data of the moraines age through surface exposure age dating. Three glaciations have been recognized near the Nielamu County, in subsequence formed during 51.7 - 93.7kaB. P., 113.5 - 203.4kaB. P., and 268. 1 - 321. 5kaB. P. Older glaciation in Xixiabangma and Nieniexiongla are believed to exist near the county. The exposure age dating of glacial erratic boulders confirms two glaciations in Tanggula, and the ages are about 70.5kaB. P. and 162.3 - 210.0kaB. P. By the analysis of geological and morphologic features, an older moraine in the high terrace, south to the Tanggula is discovered. The exposure age dating of glacial boulders in Haizishan and Zheduoshan confirms the last glaciation, the Heinrich Event 1, and the Younger Dryas. Based on geological and morphologic features of the highest terrace boulder in Haizishan, the exposure age might be younger than the actual one. Although we have obtained this first set of data of exposure ages of moraines in the plateau, the temporal and spatial frame of the Quaternary glaciations in the plateau is not yet known completely. With dating of moraine in more places in the plateau, we hope to understand Quaternary glaciations in this region better, which will play important role in the PAGES.
Elongation of energy exchange between femtosecond laser pulses via plasma formation in air

Abstract: We experimentally demonstrate energy exchange between a delay-tuned femtosecond beam and two delay-fixed ones as they spatiotemporally overlapped and experienced filamentation in air. The energy exchange process in the relative time delay is dramatically elongated up to 40 ps in the presence of plasma grating, indicating that filamentary beams coupling may be an effective method for filament control.
