La transformación económica y migratoria de la región Centro de México en el contexto de la crisis
Chávez,Ana María; Guadarrama,Julio;
EURE (Santiago) , 2000, DOI: 10.4067/S0250-71612000007800001
Abstract: in the central region of mexico, where the great national metropolis is located, the principal industrial states underwent, during the eighties, a severe economic crisis that led to a process of industrial restructuring, a cutback in immigration, a striking rise in emigration, and therefore a negative migratory balance for the region. in the first half of the nineties, however, those states and the region as a whole partially recovered their economic and migratory dynamism
Ser indígena en la educación superior ?desventajas reales o asignadas?
Chávez Arellano, María Eugenia;
Revista de la educación superior , 2008,
Abstract: this work wants to analyze some of the personal problems that the indigenous students from the autonomous university chapingo face, as well as the way in which they solve them during their stay in this institution, a higher education school where diverse areas of agronomy are studied. though the ethnic origin is not a condition of school failure, such students confront adverse conditions as loneliness or discrimination. conditions that force them to put into practice a series of tactics and strategies that will allow them to finish successfully their studies as well as to claim proudly their ethnic origin.
In the central region of Mexico, where the great national metropolis is located, the principal industrial states underwent, during the eighties, a severe economic crisis that led to a process of industrial restructuring, a cutback in immigration, a striking rise in emigration, and therefore a negative migratory balance for the region. In the first half of the nineties, however, those states and the region as a whole partially recovered their economic and migratory dynamism

Microscopy Research (MR) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/mr.2016.42004
Abstract: In Mexico, the medicinal plants have been for used since ancient times and still continue to use by rural populations to treat conditions such as infectious diseases (skin, gastrointestinal or respiratory), metabolics, inflammatory problems, among others. This work includes a proposal that initiates the study and development of new biomaterials or vehicles with therapeutic application. The nanomolecular interaction of the organic extract of a plant (EOV) Distictis buccinatoria (dc) with different materials inert supports of inorganic type (bentonite, gel) determining their and combined anti-inflammatory activity is studied individually [1] [2]. The importance of the characterization of biomaterials by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) is ability to analyze the structure on the surface of materials (organic, inorganic and biological) in the micro and nanometrics levels in order to correlate it with the sample surface properties such as roughness, interfacial phenomena, etc. With this technique we can also perform the chemical analysis at different levels (micro and nano) for information on the nature and composition of the materials [3] [4]. The biomaterial shows that higher anti-inflammatory activity is to be generated through the combination of EOV-gel, the nanostructure interaction SEM shows integrated particles agglome-rated form and porous due to the presence of EOV and some flat areas indicated the gel preponderance situation generated by the low interaction between materials of organic type and polar type (gel).
Physico-Chemical and Microbiological Analysis of Water of the “Presa De Los Patos” in the Desierto De Los Leones National Park, Mexico  [PDF]
Luis Raúl Gutiérrez-Lucas, Luz María Chávez-Ramírez, Leticia Arregui
Advances in Biological Chemistry (ABC) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/abc.2017.72008
Abstract: The Desierto de los Leones National Park is a place that features recreational activities for residents and visitors to Mexico City. The Presa de los Patos (Ducks Dam) is one of the many bodies of water that are present in the park. By means of physico-chemical and microbiological analysis, it was determined that the water of the Presa de los Patos cannot be considered potable. The pH range was between 5.5 - 5.9. The turbidity exceeded the values established in the standards (10.7 - 32.3 Nephelometric Turbidity Units (NTU’s)). Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) showed that large amounts of oxygen are needed to oxidize organic matter (106 - 450 mg/L). The amount of coliforms and fecal coliforms exceeds the values established by the standards used (total coliforms 98 - 956 Colony Forming Units (CFU’s), fecal coliforms 78 - 807 CFU’s). Five bacterial genera (Escherichia coli, Pseudomona, Klebsiella, Shigella and Salmonella) were isolated and identified. Most of the bacteria isolated were resistant to ampicillin (90%), while 25% were resistant to ciprofloxacin. The water consumption of the Presa de los Patos is a great risk for the habitants and visitors of the park.

Gestión económica vinculada con la innovación y adquisición de tecnológica en los emprendimientos emergentes de negocio tipo PYME
Alizo,María Alexandra; Graterol,Angela; Chávez,Belkis;
Revista Venezolana de Gerencia , 2010,
Abstract: the objective of this study was to analyze the economic management factors linked to technology innovation and acquisition for the emerging business enterprise (ebe) of the small and medium enterprise (sme) type in the maracaibo municipality, state of zulia, from 1999 to 2006. the methodology used was a descriptive, exploratory field study based on the research objectives; it was also qualitative, since it used some analysis techniques belonging to social representations, such as the saturation technique, which consists of exhausting actor responses in the context to be investigated. results denoted some very significant characteristics in emergent business enterprises of the sme type; among others, they do not have highly technified equipment for developing productive processes, very few develop technological innovation and establish strategic alliances with organisms that generate science, technology and innovation, even when full awareness exists of the importance of the aforementioned factors in economic management for the emerging entrepreneur in this municipality.
