Abstract: In this paper, we propose another version of the full orthogonalization method (FOM) for the resolution of linear system Ax = b, based on an extended definition of Sturm sequence in the calculation of the determinant of an upper hessenberg matrix in o(n2). We will also give a new version of Givens method based on using a tensor product and matrix addition. This version can be used in parallel calculation.
A rare cause of proximal intestinal obstruction in adults - annular pancreas: A case report

Abstract: Annular pancreas is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by the presence of ectopic pancreatic tissue surrounding the descending part of the duodenum. It is one of the few congenital anomalies of the gastrointestinal tract which can produce symptoms late in life. In adults, the factors initiating symptoms are recurrent pancreatitis, duodenal stenosis at the site of the annulus, or duodenal or gastric ulceration. We report a new case involving a 24-year-old woman hospitalised for epigastric pain, nausea and vomiting. Radiological examination was consisted with an annular pancreas. At operation a complete obstruction of the second part of the duodenum was found, caused by an annular pancreas, no other congenital anomaly of the intra-abdominal organs was noted. A gastroenterostomy was performed.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to study the subprime crisis while focusing on the phenomenon of financial contagion. Subprime crisis is a crisis that has hit the U.S. mortgage sector and helped to trigger the financial crisis of 2007-2009. In the context of this study, we are interested in exposing the subprime crisis and the contagion first point. The second point will be reserved for the transmission channels of contagion and the third point; we will try to assess the impact of liquidity on the capital market returns. This study shows that the Tunisian financial market does not seem to be very influenced by the subprime crisis. This can be explained by the intrinsic characteristics of the Tunisian market, an underdeveloped market and elemental thing that can make him more or less immune to that crisis.

Abstract: In Tunisia, and after the 2011 revolution, the electoral potential increased between 2011, 2014, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Similarly, the structure of this potential, by age and sex, has evolved during these different periods. During the 2019 presidential and legislative elections, 6,620,983 people were registered to vote within Tunisia (www.isie.tn). The structure of this electoral potential deserves to be mapped and analysed on different scales. In this study and using the Hyperatlas software, we have mapped and analyzed the Tunisian electoral potential for 2019, by sex and age group. HyperAtlas is a means of multiscale analysis. It is a tool for measuring and mapping territorial inequalities

Abstract: For indices p and q, 1 < p <= q < infini and a linear operator L satisfying some weak-type boundedness conditions on suitable function spaces, we give in the Dunkl setting sufficient conditions on nonnegative pairs of weight functions to obtain weighted norm inequalities for the operator L. We apply our results to obtain weighted (Lp, Lq) boundedness of the Riesz potentials and of the related fractional maximal operators for the Dunkl transform. Finally, we prove a weighted generalized Sobolev inequality.
