Open Journal of Geology (OJG) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/ojg.2013.32014
Abstract:

This study deals with the analysis of relationship between 67 environmental indicators in geological environment and breast cancer mortality in Slovakia. Primary data comprises a database of 67 environmental indicators for groundwater and soils as a mean value for every Slovak municipality and the data on relative mortality from breast cancer for Slovak municipalities (about 2900) collected for the period of 22 years. The training neural network was used as a mathematical model for data analysis. The top 200 networks have identified 12 environmental indicators (8 for soils: pHKCl, carbonates, Ca, Mg, Na, Co, Sr and 4 for groundwater: Ba, SiO2, Zn, Fe) with high rate of influence. As the most influential environmental indicator was identified pHKCl in soil that should be within the range of acids, definitely under the neutral point. Most of environmental indicators were unambiguously identified as negative (Mg, Ca, Sr, carbonates, Ba, SiO2, Zn and Fe). These indicators should be at the lowest level of their concentration in related geological component. Three environmental indicators, Ce, Na and Co had parabolic function where certain essential concentration levels of these elements are presumed with protective effect on human health. For all influential indicators limit values with respect to the lowest mortality were proposed. The verification of achieved results was performed through regressive model of breast cancer mortality for 12 calculated influential environmental indicators for all municipalities in the Slovak Republic. The revealed difference between real mortality levels and the model values was found for 6 environmental indicators (pHKCl, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Zn). Each executed limit has decreased breast cancer mortality for about 0.79 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

Anto?ová Mária
Acta Montanistica Slovaca , 2004,
Abstract: Planning in the personal area is systematically performed by the way of forcasting of future needs and reserves in human resources in every organization. By evaluating the number and the kind of employees, the organization will need, the department of human resources management can plan their obtaining, education and development, or the working process. The paper is dealing with the neccessity for the personal planning in every organization, irrespective of to its volume or tasks and area of planning. Planning of human resources demand a valuable, detailed and actural information, without that it cannot formulate real goals and predict the development of indexes influencing for achievement of such goals. To such information belong external factors (the prognosis of state economy development, competition, work market, etc.), as well as the internal information that have an influence on the obtaining and forming of working power. In the next part I deal with the process of personal planning and methods of evaluation for workers needs. The process of one method - based on the analysis of development trends is used as an example of the calculation of planning the number of workers in 2004 in mining organization.Personal planning is very demanding for time, human and financial sources. When their creators will sufficiently understand every internal and external factors in a process of personal planning, they can very effectively predict tactical and strategical needs of their organization.

Influence of macro and micro economical environments of energetical effectiveness for business activity of renewable power sources in the Slovakia
Andrea Seňová,Mária Anto?ová
Acta Montanistica Slovaca , 2010,
Abstract: Goal of the contribution is to explain evaluation of economical environment that firms must respect during their business activity.External environment of mining firm includes except others technological development, economical situation, legislative by the wayof regulation, but in last time also stimulations from the government, competition behavior and other. Contribution is dealing also withenergetical effectiveness in the frame of economical evaluation applied in conditions of Slovak republic. The renewable energy sources are domestic sources of energy that help to enhance the safety of energy suppliesand the diversification of energy sources. The renewable energy is proved to be commercially viable for a growing list of consumersand uses. The renewable energy technologies provide many benefits that go well beyond the energy alone. More and more, the renewable energies contribute to the three pillars of the sustainable development in the economy, environment and the society.

Jana Tká?ová,Mária Angelovi?ová
Potravinarstvo : Scientific Journal for Food Industry , 2013, DOI: 10.5219/267
Abstract: The quality of meat changges during storage. The experiment was performed on the final fattening type of chickens COBB 500. Chickens were fed by feed mixture with aetheroleum. Premix of aetheroleum contained aetheroleum from Origanum vulgare L.) (30 g), Thymus vulgaris L. (10 g) and Cinnamomum zeylanicum (10 g). The carcass was stored at -18 °C in a freezer box. Acid number of fat in chicken meat was ranged from 4.74 to 14.57 mg KOH/g fat after 9 months and after 12 months was ranged from 5.75 to 9.11 mg KOH/g fat. doi:10.5219/267 <

Technológia vzdelávania , 2011,
Abstract: The article deals with the (old) new possibilities for enhancing the educational process in vocational education with emphasis on application of principles of technology education. It is knowledge of cyber education, systemic didactics and information psychology, which constitute an irreplaceable role in the process of model and designing of each teaching unit. As the undergraduate training of future teachers, these important patterns are forgotten, we pay attention for them in this post.
