The nanoparticle transportation and Brownian diffusion in planar jet flow is simulated via large eddy simulation in this work. To thorough compare the Brownian diffusion with different particle size, we computed three particle diameter dp = 1 nm, 10 nm and 50 nm in one simulation process simultaneously. The numerical results showed that at the flow de- veloping stage, the particle mass concentration pattern develops as the flow vorticity develops. The distribution is nearly uniform at the lower reaches of the nozzle exit. When the jet flow is developing on, vortexes always carry the particle from upstream to downstream, from the central axis region to the outer mixing layer of jet. At the front of the jet flow, particles distribute more homogeneous for they have more residence time to diffuse from higher concentration region to the lower concentration region. The time averaged particle concentration distribution patterns are similar to Gaussian distribution form. The maximum concentration contributed by diffusion is present at the mixing layer near the nozzle exit. The farther away from the nozzle exit in the cross-stream direction, the smaller the concentration is. The maximum concentration contributed by diffusion is several orders smaller than that contributed by flow convection.
In the face of the increasingly severe employment situation, the role of employment education of independent colleges is becoming more and more important in solving students’ employment problems. During the development process, however, the current employment education for students in independent colleges is still imperfect in five aspects: The understanding of the concept of employment education is inadequate, the courses set for employment education is not sufficient, the team construction for employment education is not enough, the objects of employment education are not fully motivated, and the environment of employment education is not well created. This situation requires independent colleges to proceed from their actual situation and actively take efficient countermeasures, so as to further improve the effectiveness of the employment education for students in independent colleges.
To explore the effects of Anwei decoction (AD) on the protein expression of TFF
in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG). Methods: Forty-eight healthy rats
were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group, pathologic model
group, Anwei Decoction group, and Weifuchun group. CAG was induced in rats with
N-methy-N-nitro-N-nitrogua-nidine (MNNG). The protein expression of TFF in
rats’ gastric mucosa was determined by immunohistochemistry. Results: Compared
with that in the normal control group, the protein expression of TFF1 was
significantly enhanced in the pathologic model, Anwei Decoction and Weifuchun
groups (both P < 0.01). The protein expression level of TFF1 was significantly higher in the Anwei Decoction
group than in the Weifuchun group (P < 0.01). Compared with the normal
control group, the protein expression of TFF2 was significantly enhanced in the
pathologic model, Anwei Decoction and Weifuchun groups (both P < 0.01). The
protein expression level of TFF2 was significantly higher in the Anwei
Decoction group than in the Weifuchun group (P < 0.01). In comparison with
the pathologic model group, the protein
expression of TFF3 was remarkably reduced in Anwei Decoction and
Weifuchun groups (both P < 0.01). but there was no difference between the
group of Anwei decoction and the group of Weifuchun (P > 0.05). Conclusion:
Anwei decoction may be effective in the treatment of CAG by enhancing the
protein expression of TFF1, TFF2 while reducing that of TFF3 in gastric mucosas.
Generator control system decides whether
the generator can work as usual or not, as well as its stability of performance.
Both types of generators control system composed of the transistor and DSP are
sensitive to outward electromagnetic interference, directly related to the
generator performance. In this text, we first analyze the electromagnetic
interference threat generator control system of transistor type may face, then
design a electromagnetic protection plan for the intake, the panel and the
sense organ. This work is of great significance in improving its
electromagnetic protection ability and stability of performance.
