Interaction Mechanism and Strategy of Brand Relationship and Brand Extension  [PDF]
He Liu, Lili Fan
Open Journal of Business and Management (OJBM) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/ojbm.2013.13008
Abstract: As new products are generally difficult to be accepted by consumers, and the cost of initial market introduction is high, enterprises often choose to do market extension of an existing brand. Simultaneously, a successful brand extension can enhance the reputation of the original brand, and expand the brand value. But how can enterprise take a good brand extension? Through establishment of a dynamic model of brand extension under the brand relationship context, investigating the interaction mechanism between brand relationship and extension, and base on that, we developed a strategy model of interaction and improvement of brand relationship and brand extension.
Work Behavior Analysis of FMCG Salesman  [PDF]
Minchao Liao, Lili Fan
Open Journal of Business and Management (OJBM) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/ojbm.2014.23028
Abstract: In the background of cut-throat competition in the FMCG industry, work behaviors of the salesman at the forefront of the business play an important role to achieve the marketing objectives. Based on the sales behaviors and related scale development theory, and following the logic of analyzing FMCG sales order work stages first, and then the sales order work contents of each stage, and the work behavior characteristics of sales order of each stage at last, the work behavior of FMCG salesman is discussed in this paper.
The Performance of Knowledge Workers Based on Behavioral Perspective  [PDF]
Jun Yao, Lili Fan
Journal of Human Resource and Sustainability Studies (JHRSS) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/jhrss.2015.31003
Abstract: After entering the knowledge economy era, competition and development of enterprises rely more on the use and transfer of knowledge and information. As the carrier of knowledge, knowledge workers are becoming more and more important. In this paper, based on the perspective of behavior performance, the author has analyzed the performance of knowledge workers, and put forward that the knowledgeable staff’s performance should contain three components, namely, task performance, organizational citizenship behavior and counterproductive work behavior.
An Evaluation of the Operation of the Railway E-Ticketing System  [PDF]
Lili Fan, Xinhua Liu, Jianwen Wang
iBusiness (IB) , 2012, DOI: 10.4236/ib.2012.42019
Abstract: In this paper, the operation smooth of the railway computer ticket system was evaluated. First, we design the evaluation index system, determine the subjective weights of the various technical indicators of the ticketing system with Fuzzy evaluation method, determine the index weight with the Entropy method, and analyze important factors affecting the system operation according to the health evaluation results of the ticketing system over the years.
Pre-Evaluation Index System Research of Urban Energy-Saving Emission Reduction Policies  [PDF]
Lili Fan, Lingxi Cai, Yanghong Xie
iBusiness (IB) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/ib.2013.53011
Abstract: Energy-saving is an important aspect of sustainable development in China. It affects the realization of China’s sustainable economic development strategy. Cities are important units of the country’s economic development and the effect of cities’ energy saving work will affect national strategic planning. Urban energy saving policy evaluation system is an important tool to measure a city’s energy saving work. It can be divided into pre-implementation evaluation, ongoing evaluation and post-implementation evaluation according to the implementation phase of the evaluation. This paper builds a pre-evaluation index system of urban energy conservation policy using energy saving policy classification and multi-angle evaluation of the integrated program of National 11th and 12th Five-Year Plan for Energy Saving.
Research Framework of Human Resource Development Based on Competency about Knowledge Enterprise
Jianfeng Jia,Lili Fan
International Journal of Business and Management , 2009, DOI: 10.5539/ijbm.v3n11p107
Abstract: Former studies of competency focus on individuals, regarding individuals as primary units of understanding enterprise performance. Beginning from the competency, this paper constructs a systematic research framework for knowledge enterprise. The framework is based on the theory of human capital, theory of knowledge management, theory of team role, and the theory of organizational learning, taking enterprise strategy as the core, chiefly studying the development of competency of individuals, teams, and organizations in knowledge enterprises. Its ultimate objective is to improve the performance of individuals, teams, and organizations.
Simultaneous versus Nonsimultaneous Blowup for a System of Heat Equations Coupled Boundary Flux
Mingshu Fan,Lili Du
Boundary Value Problems , 2007, DOI: 10.1155/2007/75258
Abstract: This paper deals with a semilinear parabolic system in a bounded interval, completely coupled at the boundary with exponential type. We characterize completely the range of parameters for which nonsimultaneous and simultaneous blowup occur.

Asymptotic stability of a composite wave of two viscous shock waves for a one-dimensional system of non-viscous and heat-conductive ideal gas
Lili Fan,Akitaka Matsumura
Mathematics , 2013,
Abstract: This paper is concerned with the asymptotic stability of a composite wave consisting of two viscous shock waves to the Cauchy problem for a one-dimensional system of heat-conductive ideal gas without viscosity. We extend the results by Huang-Matsumura \cite{Huang-Matsumura} where they treated the equation of viscous and heat-conductive ideal gas. That is, even forthe non-viscous and heat-conductive case, we show that if the strengths of the viscous shock waves and the initial perturbation are suitably small, the unique global solution in time exists and asymptotically tends toward the corresponding composite wave whose spacial shifts of two viscous shock waves are uniquely determined by the initial perturbation.
Research on the Evaluation of Carbon-Intangible Assets in Business Based on Internal Value Network  [PDF]
Yuguo Jiang, Lili Fan, Yanxi Yu, Genghong Shi
Low Carbon Economy (LCE) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/lce.2014.54017
Abstract: In recent years, under a low carbon economy and an effective energy saving situation developing enterprises, managing development and improving low carbon competitiveness have become a major problem facing modern enterprise. Firstly, we describe the meaning and range of carbon-intangible assets and then classify and evaluate it. Secondly, we discuss the problem of evaluating enterprise carbon-intangible assets from the perspective of an internal value network, providing some ways to cultivate more carbon-intangible assets of industrial enterprises.
