Abstract: through a critical review of administrative documentation, censuses, historiographies and ethnographic monographs, the general objective of this article is to investigate and to analyze comparatively the epistemologicals and juridical - administrative conditions and parameters through which the interculturality has been recognized and conceptualized at national / provincial level according to critical historicals moments: the one that marked the process of modernization of the "nation", where mendoza`s identity and historical production, they were defined by opposition and exclusion from local indigenous tradition cultural; and the one that was marked by 1994 constitutional reformation, in which cultural filiation is annexed to the systems of social classification and of gobernability. we aim to make categories, interests and knowledge that guide the intercultural policies explicit, recovering them as constitutive components of a historical process.

Abstract: in this article we present the preliminary results from the proyect named "representations of participation in health field of teenager users of health public system of caba". results show that representations of participation in health field of teenager users are still in process of construction because participation in health is an object that is difficult to aprehend and also worthless for teenagers according to their peripheral position as agents in health field. participation related to health/illness process takes place in personal, familiar and institutional levels of health field. participation in community level relies on popular organizations which make the teenagers feel that they are part of their community and therefore they generate feelings towards their partners and to the adults that guide them through the participation process. we did not find cases of real participation based on teenagers needs.

Abstract: this is a report of the master subsidy project "representations of participation in health field in teenager users of health public system of caba" directed by phd. maría cristina chardon. the project's main aim is to search about representations of participation in health field of teenagers that make use of the caba health public system. the specific objectives try to identify participation conscious levels, the steps of the participation process that teenager users go through and favorable and inhibition factors of participation in health field. the project's framework is qualitative, descriptive and exploratory and it has three stages: an initial stage to revise different theory aspects and to update the art state, a stage for field work where data collection will be done using deep interviews, observations and focal groups; and a final stage for data analysis according to the perspective of grounded theory. we have just finished the initial stage and since we have not yet done the field work, we do not have empirical data for the analysis. therefore, this report contains a first part with the results of the initial stage which consists in the delimitation of main concepts of theory and the update of knowledge about the research theme; and a second part which consists in a methodology issue. the first part describes health field based in research about health functioning laws, representations of health/ illness and the state of participation. we also describe caba health field according to health law and to recent research which allowed us to establish teenager users position as health field agents and the possible relationships between health field organization and representations of participation in teens. finally, we work on the relationship between health representations of teenager users (understood as a preexistant cognitive system) and and their participation in health field representations. in the second part of this report we present a methodology design

Abstract: at the end of the 20th century, it was significant the raise of ethnicity and the ethnic- political mobilizations in different regions of latin america whose manifestations of rebelliousness bother several national states. the indian people achieved negotiate a new relation with the state, even though favoring the modification of some national constitutions. the political presence of the ethnics and the critic to the "models" of nation, says that what is related to indian had not just disappeared, but each day became more visible and impose with strength, transforming the states, the concepts and the analytical anthropological tools and the nations their selves. the paper has the purpose of analyze in first place, the methodological relation between the concept of indian and nation, as well as its dialectic transformation. in second place we will tackle the way how these elements had been studied in méxico by social sciences in the second half of the 20th century. at the end, we will try to analyze the current situation.

Abstract: the objective of this work is to analyze, through approach to one ethnography of the administrative processes, the plot of state devices that have operated in the allocation of earth to the adscript indigenous like huarpes and that operate contemporarily in the definition of their territorial rights. it is tried to specify the representations, interests and learnings that they have guided the intervention proposals, recovering them like constituent components of a social and historical process. unlike the administrative narratives - that by means of the adoption of a technicist language and slight knowledge like the one of habitat, they finish naturalizing, neutralizing and unhistoring the conflicts implicit politicians in the construction of ethnic territories we focused the intervention mechanisms on the natives like one territorialization form, reviewing critically the tried neutral and objective glance of the administrative-judicial apparatus, supported in untemporals representations.

Abstract: the paper discusses the potentialities of folksonomies through the proposition and analysis of concept representation schemas that constitute the different resources of subject indexing. the development of specialized information sources is approached, and, the technical basis for natural and documental languages are reviewed. it deals with retrieval systems that make use of collaboration networks inherent to the information production and use; this is done to illustrate the functioning of this kind of resources when citation indexes and social bookmarking tools are analyzed. finally, it makes a necessary distinction between the role of the folksonomies as instruments of conceptual representation and access points.
Adaptación y validación de la versión hispana del Cuestionario de Estilo Emocional

Abstract: the present paper reports the results of the spanish adaptation and validation of the emotional style questionnaire conducted with a sample of venezuelan university students. the original 56 items scale (roger & najarian, 1989; roger & nesshoever, 1987) measured four dimensions of emotional styles: rumination, emotional inhibition, aggresion control and benign control. however, based on the resivion of the scales, roger, guarino and olason (2000) propused a shorter version of 39 items, where only the rumination and emotional inhibition scales were maintained. the spanish version of this scale, jointly with other personality questionnaires and health vmeasures, was administered to a sample of 419 venezuelan university students and results showed the structure of the scale to be nearly identical to the english version, with adequate internal consistency. the concurrent and predictive validation study supports the theoretical structure for each dimension.

Abstract: O livro Estudos de Televiso: Dilogos Brasil-Portugal apresenta, em treze artigos, um panorama abrangente das investigaes realizadas sobre a TV nos dois pases de lngua portuguesa. Tal intercmbio de reflexes sobre a televiso est organizado em dois eixos temticos: o primeiro se dedica anlise de programas de diversos gneros e formatos, bem como dos modos de representao do indivduo e da multido na televiso; o segundo enfrenta a discusso de modelos terico-metodolgicos, novos ou j consolidados, para a anlise de sistemas televisivos e de seus processos de recepo.
