Recommendations to Patent Protection of Computer Program-Related Invention in China  [PDF]

Abstract: The recommendations to patent protection of computer program-related invention in China are analyzed. They mainly focus on the following points: There are some contradictions in guideline for examination and thus the protection scope of computer program-related invention shall be enlarged. Meanwhile, in consideration of the balance between inventor and public, the reasons for shortening the term of protection for computer program-related invention were given. Finally, emendation of publication rule of computer program-related inventions was suggested.

Abstract:
With the rapid development and widespread of communication technology, signal detection has become an important part of security checking. General equipment such as spectrum analyzer and other the same are bulky, unprofessional, not portable, and expensive. To solve these problems, a POCKET signal detection equipment that can be displayed and controlled by intelligent mobile terminal is dealt in this paper, which is flexible for using Software Defined Radio which is based on integrated single chip broadband RF front-end and adopting display and control scheme which is based on intelligent mobile phone as terminal. Besides, a display and control APP that based on Android system is developed for operating Panel.

Abstract:

To improve the performance of Ad hoc on-demand multipath distance vector (AOMDV) protocol, we proposed NS-AOMDV which is short for “AOMDV based on node state”. In NS-AOMDV, we introduce node state to improve AOMDV’s performance in selecting main path. In route discovery process, the routing update rule calculates the node weight of each path and sorts the path weight by descending value in route list, and we choose the path which has the largest path weight for data transmission. NS-AOMDV also uses the technology of route request (RREQ) packet delay forwarding and energy threshold to ease network congestion, limit the RREQ broadcast storm, and avoid low energy nodes to participate in the establishment of the path. The results of simulation show that NS-AOMDV can effectively improve the networks’packets delivery rate, throughput and normalized routing overhead in the situation of dynamic network topology and heavy load.

Abstract:

Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is an important cytokine that plays a pivotal role in natural and adaptive immune systems. However, in lower vertebrates, especially in teleost the receptor of this cytokine is still largely unknown. This paper described the cloning and characterization of grass carp interleukin-10 receptor 1 (gcIL10R1) and the 3D structure of its extracellular domain was predicted. The gcIL10R1 cDNA included 180 bp5’ untranslated region (UTR), 870 bp3’ UTR and an open reading frame (ORF) of 1632 bp. The ORF was found to encode a 543 amino acid protein with a putative JAK1 binding site, one STAT3 binding site. The phylogenetic analysis clusters gcIL10R1 with other teleost IL10R1s but independently of the amphibian, avian and mammalian IL10R1s. The 3D structure of its extracellular domain was the first homology model of a fish IL10R1 that revealed a high similarity with its mammalian and avian counterparts.

Abstract: In the title compound, C31H37ClN4O3, the fused rings of the pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidine system form a dihedral angle of 5.80 (11)°. The phenyl and benzene rings are twisted with respect to the mean plane of the pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidine system [maximum deviation = 0.077 (2) ], making dihedral angles of 61.05 (12) and 75.39 (10)°, respectively. The ethoxy group is disordered over two positions with the site-occupancy ratio fixed at 0.54:0.46. In the crystal, molecules are linked via C—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a two-dimensional network lying parallel to the ab plane. There are also π–π [centroid–centroid distances = 3.5954 (17) and 3.965 (2) ] and C—H...π interactions present.
An Energy-Efficient CKN Algorithm for Duty-Cycled Wireless Sensor Networks

Abstract: To prolong the lifetime of a wireless sensor network, one common approach is to dynamically schedule sensors’ active/sleep cycles (i.e., duty cycles) using sleep scheduling algorithms. The connected K-neighborhood (CKN) algorithm is an efficient decentralized sleep scheduling algorithm for reducing the number of awake nodes while maintaining both network connectivity and an on-demand routing latency. In this paper, we investigate the unexplored energy consumption of the CKN algorithm by building a probabilistic node sleep model, which computes the probability that a random node goes to sleep. Based on this probabilistic model, we obtain a lower epoch bound that keeps the network more energy efficient with longer lifetime when it runs the CKN algorithm than it does not. Furthermore, we propose a new sleep scheduling algorithm, namely, Energy-consumption-based CKN (ECCKN), to prolong the network lifetime. The algorithm EC-CKN, which takes the nodes’ residual energy information as the parameter to decide whether a node to be active or sleep, not only can achieve the k-connected neighborhoods problem, but also can assure the k-awake neighbor nodes have more residual energy than other neighbor nodes in current epoch.

Abstract:

Macrophage colony-stimulating factor (CSF-1/M-CSF) is a key factor for the differentiation, growth and survival of monocytes/macrophages and osteoclasts. The functions of M-CSF have been well characterized in mammals. In this study, we have cloned and sequenced the cDNA of M-CSF2 in grass carp. The grass carp M-CSF2 cDNA was 1487 bp in length, containing an open reading frame of 855 bp that encodes 284 amino acids. The deduced protein of grass carp M-CSF2 possessed same domains similar to its mammalian counterparts. Multiple alignments and phylogenetic tree indicate that the grass carp M-CSF2 exhibits close evolutionary relationship with its counterparts in other teleosts. Lastly, the tissue distribution results also showed that the grass carp M-CSF2 transcript was dominantly expressed in head kidney, kidney and spleen in vivo.

Abstract: For the studies in the field of high voltage power transmission, this paper has adopted the method of finite element node potential, and put forward two kinds of high pressure sensor-fixture modeling scheme for the sensor-fixture of the high voltage side, the simulation analysis shows that the sensor-fixture surface should be smooth, and should not appear the conclusion of edges and corners. Abstract: In recent year, a multipole graphical model, which is constructed by using individual MCG measurements based on the equivalent current dipole (ECD) or equivalent magnetic dipole (EMD) source model, has been developed with the aim of instead of the volume conductor model in the inverse solution of cardiac source estimation. In this paper, two graphical models known as the double magnetic dipole source model (DMD) and the dual current dipole source model (DCD) are introduced. The simulation results and the comparison of two evaluation criteria, i.e. average GOF (Goodness of Fit) and average RMSE (Root Mean Square Error), indicated that both multipole graphical models can provide a good representation of dynamic magnetic field from the noninvasively detected MCG- recordings, even when the heart is of the dilation. The time-averaged sources localization error and the RMSE for both models are demonstrated, and the characteristic of two multipole models is discussed.
