Desarrollismo, Alianza para el Progreso y Revolución Cubana: Frondizi, Kennedy y el Che en Punta del Este (1961-1962)
Ciclos en la historia, la econom?-a y la sociedad , 2012,
Abstract: us-argentina relations took a particular interest in the early sixties, when the radicalization of the cuban revolution disrupted the inter-american system. this article discusses this stage of the bilateral relations, focusing on the conference of the american economic and social council and the eighth meeting of consultation of american foreign ministers, held in punta del este, uruguay, in 1961 and 1962. in both meetings the delegations discussed the scope of the "alliance for progress" and the expulsion of cuba from the oas. the ambivalent position of frondizi and the white house pressures weaken the argentine government position, creating the conditions for its overthrow in march, 1962. earlier, in february, the armed forces pushed frondizi to break diplomatic relations with cuba. understanding the implications of the us-argentina relations throughout this process will allow us to understand the great influence of the national security doctrine in argentina in the following years.

Li??es de roteiro, por JLG
Leandro, Anita;
Educa??o & Sociedade , 2003, DOI: 10.1590/S0101-73302003000200019
Abstract: if written screenplay allowed the apogee of the classic hollywood cinema and the great moments of dialogue of the french cinema, the tradition to write previously what will be filmed also gave rise to closed narratives based on psychological identification, in the aristotelian model. these narratives already carry the solution of their own problems, thus inhibiting any didactic relation between the spectators and the movie. analyzing screenplay from the film passion (godard, 1981), constructed with images and sound, we assess the contributions of this type of writing to an active participation of the spectators in the film text. we also evaluate the results of a screenwriting workshop inspired in the godardian pedagogy.
Las raíces ilustradas de la hermenéutica filosófica
Eidos , 2010,
Abstract: gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics has restored the global history of hermeneutics for contemporary thought. his philosophical project is in line with a history that includes thinkers as heidegger, dilthey or schleiermacher. but in this historical line hermeneutics during his enlightened stage has remained forgotten. the enlightened hermeneutics of the xvii and xviii centuries has not been taken into account by the contemporary hermeneutical projects. our interest lies in observing how this stage, in spite of having been relegated, influences the contemporary project of the gadamerian hermeneutics. according to this, we will aim at explaining how the nascent secular hermeneutics operates during modernity. for doing that we will focus on some modern authors like chladenius and dannhauer for looking at the problems that they worked in the hermeneutic field and their attempts of solution. and finally we will try to outline the contributions due to these authors in gadamer's contemporary project.
El principio de indisponibilidad del lenguaje y la fusión de horizontes en la hermenéutica filosófica de Hans-Georg Gadamer
Ideas y Valores , 2008,
Abstract: the replacement of the heideggerian idea of being-toward-death with the gadamerian notion of being-for-the-text imposes important changes in the philosophical hermeneutics. the present paper analyses the "principle of unavailability of language" taking into account the idea of a fusion of horizons regarding text interpretation. it considers the function of this last idea for different natural languages, and ends with the thesis that gadamer's hermeneutics has in fact two possible meanings.
Benjamin e o marxismo
Konder, Leandro;
Alea : Estudos Neolatinos , 2003, DOI: 10.1590/S1517-106X2003000200002
Abstract: the purpose of this article is to discuss the relationship between walter benjamin and marxism. for benjamin, xxth century's historic conditions showed in capitalism a greater capacity for resistance than marx imagined to be possible: praxis opposes itself to the radical theorization of the social democrats. the greatest opposition, however, which separates these two thinkers, is the messianic vision of walter benjamin's philosophy: but the real messiah ends up being humanity itself. would benjamin then be a philosopher, a theologian or rather a theorist who helps us to reflect upon marxism itself?
A morte na infancia e sua representa??o para o médico: reflex?es sobre a prática pediátrica em diferentes contextos
Hoffmann, Leandro;
Cadernos de Saúde Pública , 1993, DOI: 10.1590/S0102-311X1993000300023
Abstract: death - this certainty, which is directly or indirectly present somewhere in every human being's life - has been a forbidden, denied, and forgotten matter, especially in the twentieth century. although physicians have a closer experience with death through their daily professional contact, they are unable to become familiar with it, although facing this reality always provokes conflicting feelings like defeat, guilt, and impotence. in spite of the traditional silence on this matter in medical schools, it is important to introduce discussions about death and dying in the medical school curriculum. this idea was suggested by all the interviewees and we completely agree with it. it may facilitate the process of understanding death as an integral part of life and promote humanization in caring for dying patients and their families.

Konder, Leandro;
Physis: Revista de Saúde Coletiva , 1998, DOI: 10.1590/S0103-73311998000100002
Abstract: revisiting some of the most significant moments in herbert marcuse's career allows the recollection of certain elements of his contribution to the contemporary reflection on the relationship between psychoanalysis and marxism, as welj as on the revalorization of pleasure in socialist thinking, for the redemption of utopia, the reexamination of the differences between reformation and revolution, and for deepening the criticism on the cultural industry's means of manipulation of human behavior, as well.
Praxis Filosófica , 2011,
Abstract: the present paper aims to point out which are the structural conditions that human action presents when it is understood from the perspective of the transcendental pragmatic of karl-otto apel. from this point of view, the main thesis that it seeks to defend is that human actions under the vision of transcendental pragmatics contain structural symmetries with the speech acts. the paper in the first part (1) points out which are the preconditions that must be taken into account to arrive at the thesis mentioned. in a second section (2) seeks to provide arguments in a discussion with two positions that held that the rationality conditions of both forms of action are completely different. finally, a third section (3) draw some conclusions from the discussion in the previous section and summarizes the structural symmetries between both kind of actions.
