Cláudia Moura de Melo,José Aislan Correia Santos,Laura Angélica Gomes Santos
Scire Salutis , 2011, DOI: 10.6008/ess2236-9600.2011.002.0003

Abstract: the aim of this article is to understand the forms of temporal management of multiplicity and intervention between tasks. the results obtained in the study of the intensification in call centers show that the operators, in order to be able to do their activities, overlap the phases of the service, doing multiple tasks to compress the time spent on service. on the other hand, it was found that there is an overlapping of calls which leads to intervenient tasks to the main call that must be managed by the operators.

Abstract: background: in brazil, resolution 196/96 and its amendments regulate the preservation of rights, respect and dignity of human beings involved in research. objective: to analyze the adequacy of free communications (fc) presented during the xviii congresso pernambucano de cardiologia to resolution 196/96. methods: during a cross-sectional study, interviews were carried out with the authors of the fc presented at the congress and the abstracts of the studies were assessed in order to identify the need for previous approval by a research ethics committee (rec). results: a total of 90 fc were presented and, in most of them (86.8%), medical files were the most commonly used source of data. only 23.1% of the fc were submitted to the assessment of a rec and 15.4% of them used a free and informed consent form (ficf). among the authors whose studies were not assessed by a rec, 65.6% stated that this conduct was not necessary and 18% of them were unaware of the need to submit the study to such assessment. the written authorization given by the institution where the fc were carried out was not obtained in 56.6% of the studies. most of the authors (80.0%) stated that they had never read resolution 196/96. the proportion of fc submitted to a rec was significantly higher among authors that had read resolution 196/96 (p = 0.005). the fc design influenced the non-submission of the studies to a rec (p < 0.001). most of the fc that were authorized by the institution where they were carried out were submitted to a rec (p < 0.001). conclusion: most of the fc presented at the congress did not follow the brazilian regulations concerning the ethics in research.

Abstract: this research has investigated the meaning of life (viktor frankl) and the religious attitude. according to logotherapy, religiousness does not necessarily mean the choice for a specific religion, but it can be one of the possible ways for man to find the meaning in life. this study aimed at investigating the relationship between the meaning of life and the religious attitude in a transversal and correlational manner. the sample was composed of 300 participants, male and female. 37% men and 63% women, 42 years old average. the instruments were crumbauch and maholick’s life purpose test (pil-test) and aquino’s religiousness/ spirituality attitude scale. the results showed positive correlations between religious attitude and existential realization, religious attitude and age, existential despair and existential emptiness, and existential realization and age, as well as negative correlations between religious attitude and existential despair, religious attitude and existential emptiness, existential despair and existential realization, and existential emptiness and existential realization. it was observed that the religious attitude is a way to find the meaning of life, as well as an element to avoid existential emptiness and existential despair.
Sobre o choro: análise de perspectivas teóricas
Santos,Ana Sofia Correia Dos;
Análise Psicológica , 2000,
Abstract: infant crying has been vastly studied as a diagnostic indicator of neurologic disorders. however, contributes from mother-infant interaction theory suggest, even though indirectly, the value of this manifestation - crying - in the context of the mother-infant relationship. lebovici underlines the importance of crying in this context when he says: ?it is enough to imagine what would be the parents task without infant crying: they would have to be constantly guessing when the baby is hungry, when he is dirty, and what are his various needs and discomforts. undoubtedly, a more calm and less anxious situation, at first view, would be a more preoccupying reality, because it would constrain parents to be permanently interrogating themselves about the baby condition.? (lebovici, 1987). the present theorical reflection attempts to frame infant crying in different theorical models and, from those approaches, to discuss its value and function, in mother-infant interaction domain.
