First-principle study of native defects in CuScO2 and CuYO2

Abstract: This paper studies the electronic structure and native defects in transparent conducting oxides CuScOCu$M$OCu$M$O$_{2}$, native defects, vienna {\it ab-initio} simulation package (VASP)Project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Grant Nos 60325416, 60521001, 90301007 and 60576036).7125R,7155EThis paper studies the electronic structure and native defects in transparent conducting oxides CuScO$_{2}$ and CuYO$_{2}$ using the first-principle calculations. Some typical native copper-related and oxygen-related defects, such as vacancy, interstitials, and antisites in their relevant charge state are considered. The results of calculation show that, Cu$M$O$_{2}$($M=$ Sc, Y) is impossible to show n-type conductivity ability. It finds that copper vacancy and oxygen interstitial have relatively low formation energy and they are the relevant defects in CuScO$_{2}$ and CuYO$_{2}$. Copper vacancy is the most efficient acceptor, and under O-rich condition oxygen antisite also becomes important acceptor and plays an important role in p-type conductivity.

Abstract: Digital watermarking technology of video image is a hot topic in present watermarking researching area.In this paper,a adaptive video watermarking scheme based on MPEG-2 motion vectors is proposed,using matrix scrambling computing target group of pictures for watermark clip,combided human visual system,chosing target component motion for watermarks bit.Experimental show that it is robust to special video watermarks attack,and has faintness influence on the visual effect of pictures.

Abstract: In the title molecule, [Fe2(C5H5)2(C17H16Si)], the cyclopentadienyl rings linked to the same Fe atom are approximately eclipsed and the interplanar angles are 1.8 (2) and 3.4 (2)°. The Fe atom is slightly closer to the substituted cyclopentadienyl ring.

Abstract: In the title molecule, [Fe(C5H5)(C18H17Si)], the distances of the Fe atom from the centroids of the unsubstituted and substituted cyclopentadienyl (Cp) rings are 1.651 (1) and 1.646 (1) , respectively. The dihedral angle between the two Cp rings is 3.20 (17)°. The crystal packing is mainly stabilized by van der Waals forces.

Abstract: For study warm rolling process, warm compression experiment of ferrite combined with pearlite colony was conducted using the Gleeble-3500 thermal/mechanical simulator system. The warm deformation was carried out at temperature (500~700°C) and the strain rate (0.001~10/sec). Based on the flow stress data, the key parameter was calculated. The results show that the warm-working process of carbon steel conforms to hyperbolic sine equation. The relationship of and T could be described by parameter Z (temperature compensation of strain rate factor). The value of apparent n (stress index) and Q (deformation activation energy) was calculated, the draught pressure calculated was 1.87×104 t during warm rolling process at 600°C.
Preparation of TiO2 Nano―particles with Controllable Surface Charges for Electrophoretic Display

Abstract: Preparation of TiO2 nano―particles with controllable surface charges for electrophoretic display was investigated in ethylene tetrachloride, Isopar H and dodecylbenzene, in which TiO2 nano―particles were modified by anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants and polymers, respectively. The research results showed that TiO2 nano―particles modified by cationic surfactants had negative charges in ethylene tetrachloride, while it had positive charges in Isopar H and dodecylbenzene, the nano―particles modified by anionic surfactants had the opposite character. The influence of concentration of charge control agents on TiO2 nano―particles surface charges was discussed, in which TiO2 nano―particles were modified by sodium dodecylbenzenesulphonate, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and styrene/divinylbenzene, respectively. It was shown that ξ potential of TiO2 nano―particles had a minimum value near the critical micelle concentrations of the charge control agents, and a regular change with the increasing concentration, while the property of ξ potential was still maintained. So, preparation of controllable surface charges of TiO2 nano―particles can be achieved.v

Abstract: This paper introduces a hybrid evolutionary algorithm for the resource-constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP). Given an RCPSP instance, the algorithm identifies the problem structure and selects a suitable decoding scheme. Then a multi-pass biased sampling method followed up by a multi-local search is used to generate a diverse and good quality initial population. The population then evolves through modified order-based recombination and mutation operators to perform exploration for promising solutions within the entire region. Mutation is performed only if the current population has converged or the produced offspring by recombination operator is too similar to one of his parents. Finally the algorithm performs an intensified local search on the best solution found in the evolutionary stage. Computational experiments using standard instances indicate that the proposed algorithm works well in both computational time and solution quality.
Research on the ARMA-Based Traffic Prediction Algorithm for Wireless Sensor Network

Abstract: The importance of traffic prediction in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) should not be disregarded. Concerning the ARMA model,a traffic prediction algorithm is proposed based on its own traffic characters. Simulation results show that the presented algorithm can provide high accuracy. Furthermore, using the proposed algorithm to improve the multi-paths route scheme can extend the lifetime of the whole WSN by remaining load evenly distributed among several paths.
