Exploiting Distributed Cognition to Make Tacit Knowledge Explicating  [PDF]
Mingrui He, Yongjian Li
Journal of Software Engineering and Applications (JSEA) , 2010, DOI: 10.4236/jsea.2010.33033
Abstract: Distributed cognition is a new development trend of cognitivism, and is also a new research field of knowledge manage- ment. The study discusses that tacit knowledge explicating activity is a distributed cognitive activity, whose success depends on interaction of each of these factors in distributed cognitive system and none of the factor could be neglected. Further, the study exploits distributed cognition to explore how to design these factors in the system so that tacit knowledge explicating can be accomplished successfully.
The Impact of Sad-Spending on Emotional Recovery Process  [PDF]
Minghui He, Aimei Li
Psychology (PSYCH) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/psych.2016.71010
Abstract: Sad-spending is a typical kind of compensatory consumption. Some scholars found that consumers would spend more money when they were sad, which is called “sad-spending” effect. Both conscious and unconscious consumption would benefit the consumers, such as emotional recovery process. Based on former studies, we examine how the sad-spending would impact emotional recovery process and subjective well-being. The results show that sad-spending could improve consumers’ positive emotions, while it’s not sure that it could decrease negative emotions. Besides, sad-spending would improve consumers’ satisfaction.
The Research on Identification of Gene Splice Sites by Support Vector Machine  [PDF]
Hongbin Li, Guangzhong He
Journal of Biomedical Science and Engineering (JBiSE) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/jbise.2016.910B007
The recognition of splicing sites is a very important step in the eukaryotic DNA se-quence analysis. Many scholars are working hard to improve the accuracy of identifi-cation. Our team carried out research on this issue based on support vector machine, which is one famous algorithm in data mining. The training and testing data is from the HS3D dataset, and excellent accuracy rate is achieved by nucleic acid sequence orthogonal coding and RBF core function, and the cross validation experiment hints that base pattern information is mainly located within 20 nucleotides upstream and downstream splice sites.
An Application of the Ramsey Number in the Electricity Pricing  [PDF]
Haiming Li, Jia He
Journal of Computer and Communications (JCC) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/jcc.2016.414007
Abstract: The Ramsey number is a foundational result in combinatorics. This article will introduce Ramsey number with the method of graph theory, and the Ramsey pricing theory is applied to the sales price and study of cross subsidy. Based on the status of our sales price and cross subsidy, Ramsey pricing methods theoretically guide adjustment thoughts of sales price and solve the practical problems in our life.
Study on TMT Heterogeneity’s Effects on Corporate Performance from the Perspective of Leadership Structure  [PDF]
Jian He, Li Li, Weining Li
Open Journal of Business and Management (OJBM) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/ojbm.2016.41017
Abstract: Based on Upper Echelons theory, this article makes use of a sample of 130 companies that experienced CEO succession due to performance decline to investigate whether the TMT heterogeneity impact on corporate performance and how the leadership structure of corporation moderates the relationship between them. It is shown that TMT age heterogeneity has a U-shaped relationship with corporate performance; TMT tenure heterogeneity and TMT educational levels heterogeneity have inverted U-shaped relationship with corporate performance; while the leadership structure of corporation has a moderating effect on the relationship between TMT age heterogeneity, TMT tenure heterogeneity and corporate performance. The findings of this study would be helpful to cultivate and construct the entrepreneurial TMT, and to design corporate leadership structure.
How Vocational Delay of Gratification Affects Employees’ Job Performance: Organizational Climate as a Moderator  [PDF]
Qichao He, Qiao An, Menghan Li
Journal of Service Science and Management (JSSM) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/jssm.2015.85077
Abstract: Vocational Delay of Gratification stresses employees will overcome the impulse and temptation of immediate gratification to achieve long-term career goals, which provides a new perspective to examine and explain individual’s career development. This paper aims at identifying the influence mechanism of Vocational Delay of Gratification on employee’s job performance and the role of organizational climate among the triadic relationship. The analysis result of Structural Equation Model about 350 sample data showed that Vocational Delay of Gratification had a significantly positive effect on job performance, while organizational climate acted as a positive moderator between Vocational Delay of Gratification and employee’s job performance. Therefore, it is highly recommended that companies should pay attention to the state of employee’s vocational delay of gratification, satisfy their psychological need as to increase job satisfaction and improve job performance.
Theory Study and Practice Analysis of Circular Economy in China
Management Science and Engineering , 2012, DOI: 10.3968/j.mse.1913035x20120602.2240
Abstract: Circle economy is a new philosophy and practice which is from the industrial sustainable development into the stage of economic and social sustainable development in the Western industrialized countries, as one of the two major themes of sustainable development, circle economy has become a global development trends and issues of common concern of mankind. On the basis of briefly describing the theoretical of circular economy, this article combined with the development of circle economy of China's corporate status, analysis circle economy constraints of the development from the conditions of the business, the development of circular economy within the region, market mechanisms and government regulations. In response to these issues, the corresponding measures were promoted, and reference and basis were provided to promote the development of circular economy of China's, which analysis will help to improve environment of China. Key words: Analysis; Theory and practice; Circular economy; Environment and development
On Financial Management for SMEs under New Conditions
Li He
International Business Research , 2010, DOI: 10.5539/ibr.v3n4p200
Abstract: The financial crisis erupted in 2008 makes the current global economy remain uncertain. SMEs, as an important force in China’s national economy, face a crisis of survival due to the more difficult business development. An important reason is that SMEs overlook the central position of financial management, so that the role of financial management has not been fully realized. In order to minimize the loss of SMEs to enhance their ability to withstand the crisis and master a rare strategic opportunity, to strengthen the financial management is very important.

American Journal of Analytical Chemistry (AJAC) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/ajac.2014.516121
Abstract: Among new low-melting-point glasses, bismuth ate glass is deemed to have the most potential as an environmentally friendly replacement for polluting Pb-containing glasses. Current studies of boro-bismuthate glasses focus on the structural influence of the additional oxide in the context of low-melting-point electronic sealing applications. In this study, the structure of quaternary Bi2O3- ZnO-B2O3-BaO glasses was investigated spectroscopic ally, with Fourier-transform-infrared (FT-IR) and Raman spectra recorded for glasses with different main oxide contents. Signals in the FT-IR are mainly observed around 500 cm﹣1, 720 cm﹣1, 840 cm﹣1, 980 - 1080 cm﹣1, and 1200 - 1500 cm﹣1, while the Raman scattering peaks are located at 130 cm﹣1, 390 cm﹣1, 575 cm﹣1, 920 cm﹣1, and 1250 cm﹣1. The glasses are mainly structured around [BO3] units and the numbers of [BiO6] and [BiO3] units increase with the Bi2O3 content increasing. Concurrently, the FT-IR absorption peaks associated with [BO4] units shift to lower wave numbers, indicating a loosening of the glass structure. However, as the B2O3 content is increased, the numbers of [BO3] and [BO4] units increase, while those of [BiO3] and [BiO6] units decrease, highlighting a densification of the glass structure. ZnO acts as a network modifier in these glasses.
