Orfila,Josefa;
Revista de la Facultad de Medicina , 2008,
Abstract: in the present investigation were studied the cohorts 2002-2003, 2003-2005 and 2005-2006 of the specialization courses in public health administration and hospital administration, at the public health school; semipresential modality. the academic committees implemented an intervention program in order to foment the successful ending of the special trial of investigation based on a tutorial system, whose systematization and beginning required of a process of evaluation of the impact itself. it was evidenced that the analyzed postgraduate courses presented a high performance with regard to the approval of signatures in the curriculum, but with a low index of making of the special trials of investigation and postgraduates. the productivity will be increased with the implementation of a series of strategies focused in the creation of interdisciplinary grouping workings, the developing of investigation seminaries and execution of working days for the presentation and discussion of this trials.

Open Journal of Business and Management (OJBM) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/ojbm.2015.33030
Abstract: Organizational knowledge represents an organized group of data and information created and maintained by individuals and business through regulations and procedures [1]. It is essentially related to human action and it is part of the company’s intangible assets [2]. This continuous and complex interaction works as a reciprocal process based on a psychological contract full of reciprocal expectations which stipulate the terms of trade and engagement between people and organizations. On one hand, organizations offer rewards, while on the other hand, employee provides his contribution, conceptualized as partners willing to invest their resources as they reach their objectives and obtain mutual benefits. When tacit knowledge is shared, it allows the creation ideas that contribute to innovation, the increases of firm value and the development of sustainable competitive advantages among others advantages. This paper is based on a comprehensive literature review, by analyzing scientific papers, whose purpose is to examine the influence of relational psychological contract and affective commitment in the intentions of employee to share tacit knowledge, as factors for the transfer to be successful.
Estrategias didácticas para activar el desarrollo de los procesos de pensamiento en el preescolar
Ca?izales,Josefa Yamira;
Investigación y Postgrado , 2004,
Abstract: this article presents a research done about the effectiveness of the thinking process model applied at preschool level. the study has as referent in dr. margarita de sánchez "model of transference of the process of thinking in teaching and learning", that was applied at the "santa bárbara" preschool in el tejero, state of monagas, where the different elements related to knowledge development were taken. the objective of this research was to determine the effectiveness of the model applied to the didactic strategies that activate the thinking process in a child. the methodology used was a qualitative field research study of ethnographic cases in which a preschool teacher and her 21 students participated. the techniques used for the data collection were: the non participating observation and the interview in deep, and as instruments used were a camera recorder and a protocol book. from the analysis we conclude that with the transference model the teacher use didactic strategies that activate the thinking process in young children. these strategies are: motivation, the asking technique, verbal interaction techniques, socio-affective techniques, evaluation and feed back.
Estudio del proceso investigativo implementado por docentes en ejercicio: una aproximación fenomenológica
Ca?izales,Josefa Yamira;
Investigación y Postgrado , 2008,
Abstract: the aim of this article is to give an account of the meaning teachers have attached to the research process implemented by them as participants of the project "action-research in educational areas" which is being carried out at upel-maturín. the study was approached from the phenomenological perspective, it analyzed the verbal descriptions made by a participant on her experiences. it followed the qualitative analysis of giorgi (1992), which is based on human experiences. the study analyzed the in depth interviews of the professor under study as well as some episodes taken from her teacher diary. it is structured in two parts: the first sets forth the theoretical approach carried out, highlighting the overview given to the meaning of the research and the contributions of the research-action as a methodology for the transformation of pedagogical practice. the second part sets forth the reconstruction of the experience of a teacher that has implemented research-action in her everyday work.

Cultivos Tropicales , 2008,
Abstract: indisputable ecological agriculture advances are closely linked to the proven risk, provoked to human health by foods containing toxic residuals derived from pesticides and mineral fertilizers, which has encouraged an international movement, intended to improve its biological quality by means of using available natural resources in agroecosystems. cuba is not kept out of this situation and proposes some ecological alternatives to manage agricultural crops developed under a protected cultivation system, which are great chemical consumers. this work was carried out under protected cultivation housing conditions aimed at studying the effect of mycorrhizae and brassinosteroid analogues as ecological alternatives for tomato production under such productive system. there were seven completely randomized treatments referred to the single and combined application of bioproducts as well as its combination with mineral fertilization, so that they allowed reducing the mineral fertilization applied to crop under these conditions. according to results, when there are statistical differences compared to production control, ecological product combination stimulates plant growth and crop production. the combined application of mycorrhizae-brassinosteroid analogues (three times) + 50 % mineral fertilization enabled to obtain a larger amount of bunches (11.2) and fruits (21.0) per plant, with a fruiting percentage of 92.4 %, leading to an agricultural yield of 51.46 t.ha-1, the 50 % mineral fertilization reduction being significant to be applied under a protected cultivation system
