The Innovative Path to Solve the Problem of Urban Ethnic Affairs: The Relief Theory and Its Practical Application  [PDF]
Jing Gao
Open Journal of Social Sciences (JSS) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/jss.2015.38016
Abstract: Based on analyzing the characteristics of urban ethnic affairs problem in the new period, using Coser’s the theory of relief valve, combining the sound organization system, solid legal basis and good social reputation and solid grass-roots work experience of Urban Ethnic Affairs department, this paper raises its positioning as the Urban Ethnic Affairs “safety valve”, which has a comparative advantage, and improves the “safety valve” in the governance of urban ethnic work ability and promotes to build a harmonious society by the day-to-day management, expanding the work area, adjusting the “safety valve” threshold, establishing of emergency security system, and playing to the leverage effect to uphold the service consciousness.
Testing for Spatial Correlations with Randomly Missing Observations in the Dependent Variable  [PDF]
Jing Gao, Wei Wang
Theoretical Economics Letters (TEL) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/tel.2014.48079
Abstract: We consider LM tests for spatial correlations in the spatial error model (SEM) and spatial autoregressive model (SAM) with randomly missing data in the dependent variable. We derive the formulas of the LM test statistics and provide finite sample performance of the LM tests through Monte Carlo experiments.
Design on Knitwear Fashion
Jing Gao
Asian Social Science , 2009, DOI: 10.5539/ass.v5n1p128
Abstract: Knitwear fashion owns both the characters of knitted garments and fashion. Its unique fabrics, colors, shapes and technology, as well as casualness and comfortableness to wear, attract people’s hearts on beauty and it becomes popular rookie. This paper, based on the designer's point of view, through market research, focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of knitwear fashion, fabric choices, color matching and fashion trend, which highlights the significance of knitwear fashion in today's society as well as the quick development of knitted fabrics whose roles could not be ignored.
Transformational Leadership: From the Perspective of Neurological Leadership  [PDF]
Yaozhong Liu, Yudan Jing, Mei Gao
Open Journal of Leadership (OJL) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/ojl.2015.44013
Abstract: To study Transformational Leadership from the perspective of cognitive neuroscience allows us to better understand the neural basis of its behavior. After a brief introduction to Transformational Leadership and neurological leadership, this paper puts its focus on going over the neurological study which is based on resting state and functional state in the respect of individual differences in Transformational Leadership. At the same time it has also clarified the neural basis of Transformational Leadership effectiveness. Based on the neurological research on the individual differences in Transformational Leadership and behavior effectiveness, this paper also puts forward some enlightenment to improve the behavior effectiveness of Transformational Leadership. In the conclusion part, this paper has discussed certain problems in this field and its future research directions.
Dirichlet Characters, Gauss Sums, and Inverse Z Transform
Jing Gao,Huaning Liu
Abstract and Applied Analysis , 2012, DOI: 10.1155/2012/821949
Abstract: A generalized Möbius transform is presented. It is based on Dirichlet characters. A general algorithm is developed to compute the inverse transform on the unit circle, and an error estimate is given for the truncated series representation.
Compressive stress field in the crust deduced from shear-wave anisotropy: an example in capital area of China
Yuan Gao,Jing Wu
Chinese Science Bulletin , 2008, DOI: 10.1007/s11434-008-0310-9
Abstract: The rocks in the crust are pervaded by stress-aligned fluid-saturated microcracks, and the complex fault tectonics and stress control the configuration of the microcracks, however shear-wave splitting could indicate this kind of characteristics. In this paper, Capital Area Seismograph Network (CASN), the widest scope and highest density of regional seismograph network presently in China, is adopted to deduce the principal compressive stress field distribution pattern from polarizations of fast shear-waves, based on shear-wave splitting analysis. The principal compressive stress in capital area of China is at NE85.7°±41.0° in this study. Compared with the results of principal compressive stress field in North China obtained from other methods, the results in this study are reliable in the principal compressive stress field distribution in capital area. The results show that it is an effective way, although it is the first time to directly obtain crustal stress field from seismic anisotropy. It is effectively applied to the zones with dense seismograph stations.

Abstract: A new tetradentate unsymmetrical Schiff base, C15H10N4O, has been synthesized from 4,5-dicyano-o-phenylenediamine and o-vanillin in refluxing ethanol. The dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 39.0 (1)°. There are intramolecular O—H...N and weak intermolecular N—H...O and N—H...N interactions.

Abstract: A new tetradentate unsymmetrical Schiff base, C20H15BrN2O2, has been synthesized from 4-bromo-o-phenylenediamine and salicylaldehyde in refluxing ethanol. The dihedral angles between the two hydroxyphenyl rings and the bromo-o-phenylenediiminatoin group are 68.6 (1) and 8.7 (1)°; the dihedral angle between the two hydroxyphenyl rings is 70.3 (1)°. There are two relatively strong intramolecular of O—H...N hydrogen bonds.
Exploring Information Quality in Accounting Information Systems Adoption
Manirath Wongsim,Jing Gao
Communications of the IBIMA , 2011,
Abstract: Information Quality (IQ) Management plays a vital role in the process of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) adoption. IQ is emerging as a well-known business problem in modern organisations. Specifically, the level of information quality is critical for all accounting processes, and has a significant impact on business decision-making. It must be noted that modern organisations rely heavily on the use of accounting information systems for their accounting processes. There is a growing need for research to provide insights into issues and solutions related to IQ in AIS adoption. This research aims to explore ways of managing information quality and AIS adoption to investigate the relationship between the IQ issues and AIS adoption process. This study has led to the development of a framework to guide the organisations on implementing an adequate IQ management approach during the system adoption process. This research was done on 44 respondents at ten organisations within manufacturing firms in Thailand. The findings of the research’s empirical evidence suggest that IQ dimensions in AIS adoption provide assistance in all processes of decision making. This research provides empirical evidence that information quality of AIS adoption affect decision making and suggests that these variables should be considered in adopting AIS in order to improve the effectiveness of AIS.

Yun Gao,Naihuan Jing
Mathematics , 2002,
Abstract: We construct a vertex representation for the quantum toroidal algebra through the quantum general linear algebra. Using a new realization of the quantum general linear algebra we construct vertex operators for root vectors on the basic representation of the affine Lie algebra $gl_n$ and show that the simple generators give rise a realization of the quantum toroidal algebra with two parameters.
