New Measures of Chinese University Library Knowledge Service under the Cloudization Background  [PDF]

Abstract: This article mainly explores and analyzes the application of network broadcast in the lecture service of university library under the cloudization background. By using the online survey method to investigate the lectures in some universities, it introduces the classification and characteristics of the network broadcast and obtains the advantage of network broadcast applied to lecture training through making contrast between the means of network multimedia. The result shows that the introduction of network broadcast can realize more customized, virtual and specialized lecture services, and facilitate the transformation of university library services in the digital era.
Running after Diphoton

Abstract: A very plausible explanation for the recently observed diphoton excess at the 13 TeV LHC is a (pseudo)scalar with mass around 750 GeV, which couples to a gluon pair and to a photon pair through loops involving vector-like quarks (VLQs). To accommodate the observed rate, the required Yukawa couplings tend to be large. A large Yukawa coupling would rapidly run up with the scale and quickly reach the perturbativity bound, indicating that new physics, possibly with a strong dynamics origin, is near by. The case becomes stronger especially if the ATLAS observation of a large width persists. In this paper we study the implication on the scale of new physics from the 750 GeV diphoton excess using the method of Renormalization Group running with careful treatment of different contributions and perturbativity criterion. Our results suggest that the scale of new physics is generically not much larger than the TeV scale, in particular if the width of the scalar is large. Introducing multiple copies of VLQs, lowing the VLQ masses (~ 400 GeV) and enlarging VLQ electric charges (to 5/3) help reduce the required Yukawa couplings and can push the cutoff scale to higher values. Nevertheless, if the width of the 750 GeV resonance turns out to be larger than about 1 GeV, it is very hard to increase the cutoff scale beyond a few TeVs. This is a strong hint that new particles in addition to the 750 GeV resonance and the vector like quarks should be around the TeV scale.

Abstract:
Based on the form of questionnaire, this paper explores the use of foreign academic e-books by teachers and students in a certain school from a subjective view. 367 Users’ behavior, habits and needs were analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis, four suggestions are put forward to improve the overall utilization: Promote the localization of interface, pay attention to users’ advice while purchasing, improve content disclosure and subject classification, and guide users to have social sharing.
Current Status and Analysis on Space Service in East China Public Libraries: A Case Study  [PDF]

Abstract: This paper provides references for the space service of public libraries in China. 51 public libraries in East China were investigated in terms of space type, space facilities and space service reconstruction; the current situation of space service was analyzed and some problems were revealed. Based on the investigation, the characteristics of public libraries’ space service in East China are summarized from the perspective of space type, space service concept and space service mode. And the problems in the aspects of new space service level, space service facility construction and space service evaluation mechanism are pointed out. Through the analysis, space service strategies of public libraries in China are proposed: libraries’ overall quality should be strengthened; space service based on information technology should be promoted; users’ needs should be respected and evaluation mechanism should be developed.

The literature analysis method and the empirical research method are used to study its scientific rationality to promote the enthusiasm of librarians and improve the efficiency of reading promotion activities.
Establishment and Evaluation of a New Method Tissue Re-Shift for Isolation of Goat Mammary Epithelial Cells

Abstract: Isolation and culture of mammary epithelial cells in vitro is of great significance for further study of the mechanism of lactation, verification of mammary gland expression vector and preparation of mammary gland bioreactor. In this study, in order to obtain an efficient method to culture Goat Mammary Gland Epithelial (GMGE) cells with high purity in vitro, researchers successfully constructed a new method called Tissue Re-Shift Method. About 5 methods which include Tissue Explant Culture Method, Tissue Re-Shift Method, Trypsin Digestion Method, Collagenase Digestion Method and the Combination of Collagenase digestion with Tissue Adherence Method were applied and compared. In spite of no epithelial cells cultured by Trypsin Digestion Method and low capability of proliferation by combination of collagenase digestion with Tissue Adherence Method, a considerable number of GMGE cells were collected by another 3 methods. By the detection of immunofluorescence, Tissue Re-Shift Method can obtain pure GMGE cells in the shortest time. Biological characteristics of GMGE cells isolated from above 3 methods were evaluated by cell population doubling time and cell growth curves. The results indicated that cell growth curves of 3 methods showed typical S type and GMGE cells isolated from Tissue Re-Shift Method had maximum proliferative capacity. Finally, the existence of the β-casein verified that they still had the high ability of lactation in the primary culture. In conclusion, Tissue Re-Shift Method was an ideal way to obtain GMGE cells for further study.
Beyond Higgs Couplings: Probing the Higgs with Angular Observables at Future $e^+ e^-$ Colliders

Abstract: We study angular observables in the $e^+e^-\to Z H\to \ell^+ \ell^-\,b\bar{b}$ channel at future circular $e^+ e^-$ colliders such as CEPC and FCC-ee. Taking into account the impact of realistic cut acceptance and detector effects, we forecast the precision of six angular asymmetries at CEPC (FCC-ee) with center-of-mass energy $\sqrt{s} =$ 240 GeV and 5 (30) ${\rm ab}^{-1}$ integrated luminosity. We then determine the projected sensitivity to a range of operators relevant for the Higgs-strahlung process in the dimension-6 Higgs EFT. Our results show that angular observables provide complementary sensitivity to rate measurements when constraining various tensor structures arising from new physics. We further find that angular asymmetries provide a novel means of both probing BSM corrections to the $H Z \gamma$ coupling and constraining the "blind spot" in indirect limits on supersymmetric scalar top partners.
Performance evaluation and chemical property analysis ofRWMA binders with 100% artificial reclaimed asphalt

Abstract: The performance evaluation and chemical property analysis of the recycled warm mix asphalt(RWMA)binders containing 100% artificial reclaimed asphalt(RA)are presented, and the combined effects of different percentages of the rejuvenator and warm mix additive(WMA)additives on RWMA binders are analyzed through laboratory tests. Three types of WMA additives and one commercial rejuvenator named GST were selected to restore the artificial RA. The laboratory performance tests including the penetration test, softening test and rotary viscosity(RV)test were carried out. In addition, the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)test was performed to explore the chemical property of RWMA binders. The results of the performance tests indicate that the rejuvenator GST has the ability to restore the artificial RA; choosing the optimum content of WMA additives and rejuvenator is the key to restoring 100% artificial RA, since the combined effects of them play an important role in determining the basic laboratory performance of RWMA binders. The FTIR tests show that the process of recycling mainly adjusts the chemical component of aged asphalt and no remarkable change is observed in the FTIR spectra of RWMA binders in terms of chemical functional groups with the introduction of WMA additives.

The relations between a intuitionsitic fuzzy B-algebra and a intuitionsitic fuzzy B-algebra in the product B-algebras are given.
Maxadilan Prevents Apoptosis in iPS Cells and Shows No Effects on the Pluripotent State or Karyotype

Abstract: Pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide (PACAP) is a structurally endogenous peptide with many biological roles. Maxadilan, a 61-amino acid vasodilatory peptide, specifically activates the PACAP type I receptor (PAC1). Although PAC1 has been identified in embryonic stem cells, little is known about its presence or effects in human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells. In the present study, we investigated the expression of PAC1 in human iPS cells by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and western blot analysis. To study the physiological effects mediated by PAC1, we evaluated the role of maxadilan in preventing apoptotic cell death induced by ultraviolet C (UVC). After exposure to UVC, the iPS cells showed a marked reduction in cell viability and a parallel increase of apoptotic cells, as demonstrated by WST-8 analysis, annexin V/propidium iodide (PI) analysis and the terminal transferase dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) assay. The addition of 30 nM of maxadilan dramatically increased iPS cell viability and reduced the percentage of apoptotic cells. The anti-apoptotic effects of maxadilan were correlated to the downregulation of caspase-3 and caspase-9. Concomitantly, immunofluorescence, western blot analysis, real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) analysis and in vitro differentiation results showed that maxadilan did not affect the pluripotent state of iPS cells. Moreover, karyotype analysis showed that maxadilan did not affect the karyotype of iPS cells. In summary, these results demonstrate that PAC1 is present in iPS cells and that maxadilan effectively protects iPS cells against UVC-induced apoptotic cell death while not affecting the pluripotent state or karyotype.
