A Study on Framework and Realizing Mechanism of ISEE Based on Product Line

Abstract: Using product line automatic production procedure and the management system of modern manufacturing industry for reference, a new model of integrated software engineering environment based on product line is put forward, and framework and realizing mechanism of the new model is mainly analyzed in this paper. The new model takes product line core asset (resource) components as the agent bus. The upper of it supports the product line development environment realizing the assembling production of software products, while the lower is traditional common software development environment implementing the development of source codes and documents of product line core resource components. Compared with the present available product line development environment models, the developing and realizing ability of the new one is completely similar to production mode of automatic product line and management system of current manufacturing industry, will be likely to become an ideal software production environment that the future software engineering industry develops.
Research on Fuzzy Extension Synthesis Metrics Algorithm for Software Quality

Abstract: Based on the requirements and characteristics of software quality synthetical evaluation, the shortages and defects caused by original fuzzy synthesis evaluation algorithm and multilayer matter-element extension evaluation algorithm are systematically analyzed and discussed. These shortages are mainly resulted from the calculation of "taking large and taking small value" of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm and the complex computing process of the multilayer matter-element extension evaluation algorithm, and also lead to the loss of a large amount of valid information and the multilayer transmission distortion of intermediate measurement data. Therefor, this paper extracts the excellent calculating structure from the original two algorithms and creates a new fuzzy extension synthesis evaluation method for software quality.
Heme metabolism enzymes are dynamically expressed during Xenopus embryonic development

Abstract: as the key component of many hemoproteins (heme-containing proteins), heme is involved in a broad range of biological processes. enzymes required for heme biosynthesis and degradation pathways are evolutionarily conserved. while heme metabolism has been studied extensively, the expression of heme metabolism enzymes during development has not been described. here, we report that all heme biosynthases and two heme oxygenases, which initiate heme degradation, are dynamically expressed during xenopus embryonic development. all heme synthases, with the exception of aminolevulinic acid synthase 2, are maternally expressed. at neurula stage, heme synthases are expressed in the developing neural tissue and in migrating neural crest cells. at the swimming tadpole stage, expression of heme synthases can be detected in multiple lineages, including eyes, neural crest cells, developing central nervous system, ventral blood island, pronephron, and pronephric tubule. similar to heme synthases, heme oxygenases are expressed maternally. zygotic expression of heme oxygenases is mainly restricted to the developing neural and neural crest lineages. unlike heme synthases, heme oxygenases are not expressed in the ventral blood island and are expressed at a very low level in the pronephron and pronephric tubule. this indicates that heme metabolism may play important roles during development.

A New Approach of Software Quality Metrics: Fuzzy Extension Algorithm and Its Application

Abstract: According to the needs and characteristics of software quality comprehensive assessment, the author systematically analyzes the drawback of the loss of a large amount of effective information caused by the calculation of “selecting large or small value” in the fuzzy synthesis evaluation algorithm as well as the defects of distortion among the intermediate data transformation in the processing of multi-level extensive evaluation algorithm. For that reason, this paper combines the two original algorithms and improves their shortcomings. Finally, an innovative software quality fuzzy extension synthesis evaluation method is created. Practice shows that adopting this new method to implement software quality evaluation not only has the advantages of accurate, reliable and practical but also the characteristics of easy to achieve computable and standardized.
Research on the CORBA Implementation Mechanism of a New Industrialized PL-ISEE

Abstract: Borrowing the automation production and management system of modern manufacturing industry production line, a new industrialized PL-ISEE (product line based integrated software engineering environment) architecture was proposed by us in the reference [6]. This kind of new architecture model is a hiberarchy double development environment model with the product line core assets as the software components bus. The upper part on the bus is the software product line development environment to achieve the assembly line production of software products; under the bus is a traditional software development environment to achieve the development of core asset component source program and related documents. For this new PL-ISEE model, its implementation framework and mechanisms as well as methods based on the CORBA are further proposed and studied in this paper. Such the implementation of the new PL-ISEE and own developing abilities are similar to the assembly line and management system of modern manufacturing industry, and it will be an ideal production environment of computer software industry and pattern of software engineering in the future.
Research and Application on Multi-Layer Matter-Element Extension Synthesis Evaluation Method for Software Quality

Abstract: According to the requirements and characteristics of software quality comprehensive evaluation, a matter-element extension synthesis evaluation method is introduced, and its shortcomings and problems are also discussed in the practical evaluation process. Especially, the matter-element model, correlation function, matter-element value space and multilevel metrics data transmission in the original method that can’t adapt for multi-level evaluation index system are analyzed. Moreover, the all elements and algorithm caused these shortcomings and problems have been studied and improved. Then a new multi-layer matter-element extension synthesis evaluation method is created. The metrics results and conclusion obtained by this new evaluation method are more objective, accurate and reliable than the original.

Abstract: The generation of Chinese characters, evolution of Chinese characters and the general linkage between the elements of the historical field have constructed the giant discourse field of the Chinese character. The philosophical construction of discourse field of Chinese character provides a new solution for Chinese character research. This paper is based on the Chinese history and reality, beyond the traditional theory of knowledge platform to examine the key value of Chinese characters, revealing the critical points of Chinese characters formation, ideology and value orientation. The relationship between Chinese character formation and thinking, ideology, culture mode, and academic form in a certain historical context is the basis of reconstructing and locating the value of Chinese philosophy.

Abstract: Autonomy and intervention are two terms of Political philosophy, and they have always been essentially located polar opposites of each other. But in medical practice, it is problematic to stress alone that either side. We should get rid of abstract liberal individual right thinking and reconsider the relationship between the patients and the physicians in all kinds of real situations. Only if we truly worship and praise for the life, including more moral and humanistic concern in abstract right discourse, the more elastic the ethical decision model will be aroused in current medical practice.
Study of Mg Powder as Catalyst Carrier for the Carbon Nanotube Growth by CVD

Abstract: The possibility of using magnesium powder as catalyst carrier for carbon nanotube growth by chemical vapor deposition, which may pave a new way to in situ fabricate CNT/Mg composites with high CNT dispersion, was investigated for the first time. The fabrication process of the catalyst supported on Mg powder involves the preparation of colloid by a deposition-precipitation method, followed by calcination and reduction. The results show that the interaction between catalyst and support plays an important role for the catalytic property of the catalyst. Ni alloyed with Mg shows no activity for the decomposition of methane. The introduction of Y in Ni/Mg catalyst can promote the reaction temperature between Ni and Mg and thus enhance the activity of the catalyst. A large amount of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with an average diameter of 20 nm was obtained using Ni/Y/Mg catalyst at 450°C, while only a few short CNTs were obtained using Ni/Mg catalyst due to the low activity of the catalyst at lower temperature.
