Digital Image Watermarking Based on Mixed Error Correcting Code  [PDF]

Abstract: In this paper, we present a novel technique based on a mixed Error Correcting Code(ECC)-the convolutional code and the repetition code to enhance the robustness of the embedded watermark. Before embedding, the binary watermark is scanned to one-dimension sequence and later inputted into the (3, 1, 2) convolutional encoder and (3, 1) repetition encoder frame by frame, which will improve the error correcting capability of decoder. The output code sequence is scanned to some matrixes as the new watermark messages. The watermarking is selected in low frequency band of the Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) and therefore it can resist the destruction of image processing. Experimental results are presented to demonstrate that the robustness of a watermark with mixed ECC is much higher than the traditional one just with repetition coding while suffering JPEG lossy compression, salt and pepper noise and center cutting processing.

Abstract: LOH analysis discovered five candidate genes (ST7, FOXP2, MDFIC, TES and CAV1) whose frequencies of LOH were higher than 30%. However, only TES showed the potential to be a TSG associated with GC. Among 140 pairs of GC samples, decreased TES mRNA level was found in 96 (68.6%) tumor tissues when compared with matched non-tumor tissues (p < 0.001). Also, reduced TES protein level was detected in 36 (72.0%) of all 50 tumor tissues by Western blot (p = 0.001). In addition, immunohistochemical staining result was in agreement with that of RT-PCR and Western blot. Down regulation of TES was shown to be correlated with tumor differentiation (p = 0.035) and prognosis (p = 0.035, log-rank test). Its overexpression inhibited the growth of three GC cell lines. Hypermethylation of TES promoter was a frequent event in primary GC and GC cell lines. However, no specific gene mutation was observed in the coding region of the TES gene.Collectively, all results support the role of TES as a TSG in gastric carcinogenesis and that TES is inactivated primarily by LOH and CpG island methylation.Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the leading causes of cancer mortality in the world, particularly in East Asian countries such as China, Japan and Korea, as well as other developing countries. Over the past decades, the overall survival for GC has not significantly improved in spite of improvement in surgical technique and significant advancement of chemotherapy and radiotherapy options [1]. Therefore, it is important to understand the molecular mechanisms involved in the carcinogenesis of GC.Loss of heterozygosity (LOH) at specific sites of the cancer genome is considered to embody tumor suppressor genes (TSGs). Frequent LOH at 7q31.1/2 has been detected in many human malignancies including GC [2]. Abstract: 为分析浅埋风化岩质隧道围岩初支护后变形随时间变化的黏弹性效应,首先采用逆反分析法推导出圆形隧道围岩的等效弹性模量和等效侧压力系数的解析解;然后结合具体工程实践,选择典型断面采集围岩初支护后的位移实测数据,采用数理统计方法,获取该类型隧道围岩初支护后的等效侧压力系数与等效弹性模量之比随时间的变化规律,建立围岩初支护后的黏弹性模型,研究隧道围岩初支护后变形随时间变化的黏弹性效应。研究结果表明:浅埋风化岩质隧道围岩初支护后在无降雨等外部因素作用下等效侧压力系数与等效弹性模量之比随时间呈Monomolecular增长模式并最终稳定于某一常数,即围岩变形随时间变化的黏弹性效应也符合此规律,并且其应变与等效侧压力系数成反比变化;在围岩刚度较大和地下水活动较弱的地段,初支护后围岩变形将较快趋于稳定。
The Effect Analysis of Different Experimental Methods for the Diagnosis of Invasive Pulmonary Aspergillosis in a Rat Model  [PDF]

Abstract: Background: Consensus on the most reliable assays to detect invasive aspergillosis from minimally or noninvasive samples has not been reached. In this study, we compared the efficacy of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for galactomannan (GM) detection and quantitative real-time PCR assay (qRT-PCR) for the diagnosis of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis in a rat model. Methods: Neutropenic, male Sprague-Dawley rats (specific pathogen free; 8 weeks old; weight, 200 ± 20 g) were immunosuppressed with cyclophosphamide and infected with Aspergillus fumigatus intratracheally. Tissue and whole blood samples were harvested on days 1, 3, 5, and 7 post-infection and examined with GM ELISA and qRT-PCR. Results: On day 7, A. fumigatus DNA was amplified from 14 of 48 whole blood samples from immunosuppressed infected rats: day 1 (0/12), day 3 (0/12), day 5 (6/12), day 7 (8/12) post infection. The sensitivity and specificity of the qRT-PCR assay were 29.2% and 100%, respectively. Receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) analysis indicated a Ct cut-off value of 15.35, and the area under the curve (AUC) was 0.627. The GM assay detected antigen in sera obtained on day 1 (5/12), day 3 (9/12), day 5 (12/12), and day 7 (12/12) post-infection, and thus had a sensitivity of 79.2% and a specificity of 100%. The ROC of the GM assay indicated that the optimal cut-off value was 1.40 (specificity, 100%; AUC, 0.919). Conclusions: The GM assay was more sensitive than qRT-PCR assay in diagnosing invasive pulmonary aspergillosis in rats.

Abstract: In order to accurately evaluate the stability of ancient debris landslide,through the collection,arrangement and analysis of related data,the site investigation and exploration of engineering geology,indoor and outdoor physico-mechanical tests,adopting the analytic means of mathematic statistics,unbalanced-thrust method and three-dimensional large deformation contact elastoplastic finite element algorithm,and the theory of groundwater pipe network drainage system,connected with the engineering concrete example of Zhezhouling revived ancient debris landslide in Zhejiang Province,its process of the reviving and failure under rainfall was analyzed.Furthermore,this landslide stability was analyzed and computed also.Meanwhile,with other engineering concrete examples,the applicability of contact elastoplastic finite element algorithm used to analyze the debris landslide stability was studied.The research results show that to analyze the stability of ancient debris landslide by the three-dimensional large deformation elastoplastic finite element contact algorithm may consider the spatial effect of landslide mass,which makes computation result still be more accurate.Secondly,adopting the three-dimensional large deformation contact elastoplastic finite element algorithm with the action of rainfall may better reflect the actual locating state and sliding process of ancient debris landslide under the action of rainfall;and it may afford one method that can be used as a reference to the stability analysis,accurate evaluation and forecast of this type of landslide.Additionally,for shallow debris landslide,medium and deep one,and ancient one,two-dimensional and three-dimensional small deformation contact elastoplastic finit element algorithm and three-dimensional large deformation one were separately adopted to analyze the stability of corresponding debris landslide,in which the satisfactory computation result according with the reality can be achieved.

Abstract: By the site investigation and exploration of engineering geology,physico-mechanical tests in laboratory and field,adopting the analytic mathematic statistics and unbalanced-thrust method,with the concrete engineering practice of debris landslide,the general physico-mechanical characteristic and permeability of debris landslide,the influence of its groundwater pipe network drainage system(GPNDS) on its stability,and the action mechanisms of its instability and failure are researched and analyzed.The research results are as follows.First,the influences of the contents of block and broken stone grain-grade,and fine earth mainly made up of silt and clay grain on debris permeability coefficient are the biggest and most remarkable.Second,debris permeability coefficient increases and decreases in natural exponent,respectively,with its grain-grade contents of block,broken stone and gravel,and the fine earth with grain size less than 0.1 ram.Third,the GPNDS of the debris landslide takes crucial action on natural slope stability.Fourth,when the GPNDS of the debris landslide is destroyed and blocked,groundwater level will obviously rise to make the pore water pressure of potential slide plane and down-sliding force clearly increase,which will make the slope stability coefficient descend obviously,even result in slope instabiliw, disintegration and failure to some extent.

Abstract: The traditional classical incentive model only reveals the general rule of organizational incentive, and does not give specific operation rules. The matching between organizational incentives and employee needs is still black box, and it does not reveal its core operation mechanism from the perspective of mechanism. This paper took through the literature review, the Hidilao Hotpot company as a case study, through a variety of ways to collect data, the use of grounded theory to encode data analysis, and ultimately extracted 58 concepts, 26 sub-areas, 7 main areas, concluded that the Hidilao Hotpot Employee motivation formed the path, and ultimately extracted the micro-level employee motivation mechanism model. The research result of this article comes from the practice of the enterprise, which has enlightenment to the organizational incentive of the traditional catering industry and also provides a micro-research perspective and systematic mechanism research for the incentive field.

Abstract: In this paper, we study some semi-closed 1-set-contractive operators A and investigate the boundary conditions under which the topological degrees of 1-set contractive fields, deg (I-A, Ω, p) are equal to 1. Correspondingly, we can obtain some new fixed point theorems for 1-set-contractive operators which extend and improve many famous theorems such as the Leray-Schauder theorem, and operator equation, etc. Lemma 2.1 generalizes the famous theorem. The calculation of topological degrees and index are important things, which combine the existence of solution of for integration and differential equation and or approximation by iteration technique. So, we apply the effective modification of He’s variation iteration method to solve some nonlinear and linear equations are proceed to examine some a class of integral-differential equations, to illustrate the effectiveness and convenience of this method.
